This dissertation aims to empirically analyze the factors that determine the market competitiveness that would enable SaaS enterprises to survive. The contents of this dissertation includes; (l)analysis of factors that determine market competitiveness of domestic SaaS enterprises, (2)structural analysis of factors that determine the market competitiveness of SaaS enterprises on the their performance. Results of analysis of this dissertation are as follows. First, the factors that determine market competitiveness of SaaS enterprises were found to include (l)enterprise management competence, (2)competence for technological possession, (3)reliability and safety, (4)customer management competence, and (S)competence to cope with external environment of the enterprise. Second, the outcome of structural analysis of factors that determine the market competitiveness of SaaS enterprises on the their performance illustrated that (l)enterprise management competence and (2)competence for technological possession has structural relationship of imparting influence on the (6)enterprise performance by the full medium of (3)reliability and safety, (4)customer management competence, and (5)competence to cope with external environment of enterprise.

Industry competition environment is not being meaning of internal and external distinction. This may be phenomenon of globalization progress. In this time, we wish to examine present level in our enterprise and also analyze cause relation between 7 category of China Excellence Performance model which is modified Malcolm Baldridge Model and compare with China enterprise by using the same questionnaire with China. It is right opportunity to obtain information by comparing China enterprise with the Korea. This questionnaire composition and contents used as it is questionnaire contents that enforce in 2007 in China CAQ. The survey on Korea enterprises' is 509 by KSA in 2008, China is surveyed 1679 by CAQ in 2007. In Korea 'leadership', 'strategy planning', 'customer and market', 'measurement, analysis and improvement' 'resources management' and 'process management' stronger than China, but in China 'performance results' is stronger than Korea.

This paper is present the Technology Orientation affects to Enterprise Management Performance. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 212 survey sheets and inspected ten assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of Technology Orientation, research development activity, affects to all factor of Enterprise Management Performance significantly. Second, the factor of Technology Orientation, research development environment, only effect on the technology performance. Third, research development ability is affect to technology performance and new product performance that factor of Enterprise Management Performance. Finally, technology industrialization ability isn't affects to Enterprise Management Performance significantly. Based on the results, we are recommendations for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to find out main factors affecting public enterprise's environment, which improves the performance of public enterprise. In detail, under the premises of keeping publicity in Korea Electricity Industry, the main target of this study is to seek after factors enhancing entrepreneurship and deals with publicity which is related with entrepreneurship. Questionnaires are distributed to the employee of public enterprise, public servants, and civil corps. A total of 553 copies are collected. The main contents of questionnaires are related with the effect of publicity and entrepreneurship by government control, competitive environment, and shareholding structure in Korea Electricity Power Corporation(KEPCO). The results of this survey are as follows : First, government control is negatively related to the entrepreneurship while it is positively related to the publicity. Second, this survey shows that competitive environment has a positive influence on promoting both publicity and entrepreneurship. Third, this survey in connection with shareholding structure indicates that present structure in KEPCO has a positive effect on publicity but negative effect on entrepreneurship. According to this empirical results, it is verified that the main issues on the performance of KEPCO are related with the level of government control and competitive environment in its industry.

최근 정보기술(Information Technology : IT) 분야의 새로운 소프트웨어 패러다임 (paradigm)은 분산 컴퓨팅 기법이 가져온 컴포넌트 기술이다. 컴포넌트 기술은 프로그램 개발에 소요되는 시간을 상당히 단축시킬 수 있으며, 인터넷/인트라넷 환경에 적합한 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 쉽게 구축할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 기술의 변화는 지리 정보 시스템(GIS) 분야에도 커다란 영향을 주었으며. 또한 지리정보 시스템의 기술적 정책적 측면에서 컴포넌트 기술이 매우 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 분산 GIS 컴포넌트들의 효과적인 개발과 운용을 위해 선 마이크로 시스템에서 산업 표준으로 제시한 Enterprise JavaBeans Specification 1.1을 적용하여 GIS 컴포넌트를 위한 엔터프라이즈 서버를 개발한다. 사용자는 엔터프라이즈 서버를 활용하여 GIS 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 UML과 디자인 패턴 등을 관리하며, 개방형 지리 데이타 상호 운용성 사양인 OpenGIS를 준수하는 GIS 컴포넌트 컨테이너를 개발하고. 공간 XML 엔진을 이용하여 공간 메타데이타를 관리하며 그리고 개발된 GIS 컴포넌트들의 테스트 및 검증을 위한 TESTBED 서버를 구현할 수 있다.

The current research utilized as its target population who are current employees of innovative manufacturing enterprise medium to large-sized companies in Korea. The research validated the innovative dimensions by studying the two constructs within the context of the innovative manufacturing enterprise user population. Correlation was found between innovative dimensions retained as components of a Comprehensive Model. It was determined that these four dimensions-Content, Intrinsic Interest, Control, and Timeliness-are significant predictors of user success. The Comprehensive Model was validated, and it is therefore suggested as a basis for further study of user success indicators in the innovative manufacturing enterprise environment.

With rapid changes in the business environment, many organizations pursue to manage cost management and performance management of the organizational business activities over the concept of profit management strategically, But the strategic enterprise management system is implemented individually and is not integrated. And the integrated model of strategic enterprise management is ambiguous and many consulting firms didn't suggested the proper model yet. Therefore in this study we studied the strategic enterprise management system, And we studied how to try to integrate the various components of the strategic enterprise management system through the case of the domestic L company site that implemented ABC/ABM, ABS, BSC, business planning & forecasting system recently.

The scientific evaluation on enterprise helps establishing better management policy. Financial index has been used for the enterprise evaluation as the objective data. However, the necessity of the subjective data for competitive power evaluation is advocated recently. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an evaluation model of competitive power on enterprise by fuzzy integral, using the objective and the subjective data. The evaluation factors are composed to the financial index, top management, product, organization and enterprise's environment. These factors are grouped by detailed sub-factors of 16 units. Lastly, utilizing these factors, the efficiency of this method was shown by the result of the case study of 10 manufacturing enterprises.

With the recent increasing interest in sustainability management, the latest environmental report tends to be substituted by the expanded sustainability management report. In this work, I would like to introduce the management pattern of a global enterprise that values environmental soundness (environmental friendly) and implements eco-friendly measures. The enterprise chosen in this study is FedEx. In this article, FedEx case is presented how companies can adopt environmental friendly management in their businesses. FedEx has maintained an eco-friendly management since the introduction of the company's eco-friendly transport trucks in 2003, following its development in 2000. In 2005, it installed a solar power plant that can supply up to 80% of the electricity consumed by Oakland Logistics Center in California, USA. FedEx has published the "Global Enterprise Citizenship Report," which contains its business developments in 2009. FedEx has worked hard to minimize the influence caused by packaging of goods to the environment and appealed to customers to use recycled products as much as they can. FedEx also encourages customers to use packaging materials efficiently. A considerable amount of energy has been expended in the eco-friendly programs of FedEx. Although thousands of FedEx vehicles and aircraft operate daily with using large amounts of electricity and fuel, FedEx focuses on energy savings and global environment protection.

기업은 기업의 비즈니스 정보를 보호하기 위해 정보보호 관리체계 구축, 정보보호 시스템 구축 및 운영, 취약점 점검, 보안 관제 등 다양한 정보보호 활동을 하고 있다. 기업 비즈니스를 위한 다양한 정보보호 활동들을 체계화한 것이 기업 정보보호 거버넌스라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 시스템화할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업 정보보호 거버넌스를 시스템화하기 위해 기존의 기업 정보 포털(EIP) 모델에 대해 알아보고, 이에 기반한 기업 정보보호 포털(EISP) 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 기업 정보보호 포털(EISP) 모델은 기업의 다양한 정보보호 활동인 기업 정보보호 거버넌스를 시스템화하여 정보보호부서의 활동을 지원하고 기업의 정보보호 활동이 정보보호부서만의 활동이 아닌 최고경영자부터 임직원까지 직접 참여할 수 있도록 통합된 환경을 제시한다.
