주관적 음성문제 인지 기간과 병인학적 음성질환과의 관계 (The Association between Duration of Self-reported Voice Problems and Voice Disorders among Adults)

  • Studies on the risk factors of voice disorders in Korean adults are rare. I evaluated the association between the duration of self-reported voice problem and voice disorders in Korean adults. Data were from the 2008 Korea National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey. Subjects were 3,135 people (1,310 men and 1,825 women) aged 19 years and older. Multi-nominal logistic regression analyses were used to examine the association between the duration of self-reported voice problem and voice disorders. The prevalence of self-reported voice problems was 5.9% among Korean adults. Adjusting for covariates (age, sex, education level, length of employment, tobacco consumption, alcohol consumption, thyroid disorders, pain and discomfort during the last two weeks), self-reported voice problems lasting longer than three weeks were independently associated with functional voice disorders (OR=5.30, 95% CI: 3.30-8.50) and organic voice disorders (OR=4.84, 95% CI: 1.82-12.89). Self-reported voice problems in the past three weeks were significantly associated with functional voice disorders (OR=3.64, 95% CI: 1.84-7.19), but not significantly associated with organic voice disorders. Self-reported voice problems are prevalent among adults. This study highlights that self-perception of a voice problem for more than three weeks is related to functional voice disorders and organic voice disorders.

어머니의 격리불안 척도의 개발 (Development of the Maternal Separation Anxiety Scale)

  • The purpose of this study was the development of a scale to assess maternal anxiety after mother-child separation. Subjects consisted of 384 mothers who had children from 6 to .36 months of age. A questionnaire consisting of eighty Likert-type items and Spielberger's(1970) State Anxiety Scale were administered to mothers and data were analyzed using item analysis. factor analysis. multiple regression. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Pearson's correlation and F-test. Sixty of the eighty items were significant and deemed acceptible through item discrimination method with indices ranging from. 32 to .95. Factor analytic procedures have selected 54 items of the 60-item scale and supported a 5-factor solution. The subscales labeled 'Maternal Separation Anxiety'. 'Perception of Separation Effects on the Child', 'Desire for Physical Cuddling and Closeness'. 'Attitudes toward the Value or Importance of Exclusive Maternal Care' and 'Employment-related Separation Concerns,' Finally. a multiple regression analysis conducted to reduce the length of the scale yielded a 39-item form for the Maternal Separation Anxiety Scale(MSAS). Internal consistency of the MSAS was high(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ =.85). The correlation of the MSAS with the Spielberger's State Anxiety measure yielded a coefficient of .36, revealing a moderate and positive relationship.

Fraud Scenario Prevalent in the Banking Sector: Experience of a Developing Country

  • Banks are the engines that drive the operations in financial sector, money markets and growth of economy. With growing banking industry in India, frauds in Banks are increasing and fraudsters are becoming more sophisticated and ingenious. Shockingly, banking industry in India dubs rising fraud as "an inevitable cost of doing business." As part of study, a questionnaire-based survey was conducted in 2012-13 among 345 Bank employees "to know their perception towards bank frauds and evaluate factors that influence the degree of their compliance level." The study reveals, "there are poor employment practices and lack of effective employee training; usually over-burdened staff, weak internal control systems, and low compliance levels on the part of Bank Managers, Offices and Clerks. Although banks cannot be 100% secure against unknown threats, a certain level of preparedness can go a long way in countering fraud risk. Internal audit professionals should play an integral role in organization's fraud-fighting efforts. Some other promising steps are: educate customers about fraud prevention, make application of laws more stringent, leverage the power of data analysis technologies, follow fraud mitigation best practices, and employ multipoint scrutiny.

교육부 고시 개정이 대학 현장실습학기제에 미치는 영향: 대학 현장실습 운영자의 인식을 중심으로 (Effects of the Amendment of Regulation of Ministry of Education and Co-op: Focusing on the Perception of University Co-op Operators)

  • On July 6, 2021, the Ministry of Education revised and announced the operating regulations of the undergraduate co-op with the aim of protecting students rights and student-centered operation based on mutual benefits for students and institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze universities' perceptions against the amendment of regulation of the Ministry of Education's into universities/college, regions. According to a survey of 75 KACE, we found that colleges are more difficult than universities in terms of administrative work, company participation, reduced opportunities for co-op, and managing participating companies. Next, most of the regional differences in difficulties were not significant, and only the decline in company participation rate was more difficult in Daegyoung/Gangwon/Chungcheong/Jeju than in the metropolitan area. Finally, policy directions such as the differential application of practical support expenses according to the size of the company, tax benefits for institutions, and clarification of the concept of job training were presented.

Investigation and Analysis of the Employees Happiness in Small and Micro Enterprises under the New Normal in China

  • Purpose: As China's economic development enters new normal, employee happiness degree of small and micro enterprises will take on new features. The purpose of this paper is to discover the characteristics of changes in employee happiness, and provide reference and management suggestions. Research design, data and methodology: This paper determined the factors affecting employee happiness, established a measure model of happiness, measured and analyzed employee happiness by selecting more than 1,108 employees from 30 domestic small and micro enterprises. Results: First, the overall level of happiness in small and micro enterprises is relatively low. Second, there is no significant difference in happiness perception among employees in terms of the six factors. Third, the employees of small and micro enterprises have the highest happiness in three issues, including work distribution, internal interpersonal relationships, and less institutional constraints, the happiness on the two compensation benefits and a democratic management issue is the lowest. Fourth, gender factor has no significant effect on employee happiness, while age, working years, education, position, and the nature of employment have a significant impact on happiness. Conclusions: Employee happiness of small and micro enterprises will take on new features. Some human resource management suggestions are proposed from different perspectives based on the survey results.

조직지원인식이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 경력계획의 매개효과 검증 (The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Subjective Career Success: The Mediating Effect of Career Planning)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the relations among perceived organizational support, career planning, and subjective career success (career satisfaction and job satisfaction). In particular, this study focuses on the mediating effect on the career planning between perceived organization and subjective career success. The target cases are employees of a Korean branch of a global company (A), which operates formal career program to support a career development for employees. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from December, 2014 to March, 2015. 211 out of 300 questionnaires were returned (response rate 70.3%). After the data cleaning, 209 questionnaires were used for the data analysis. These data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The whole process of the data analysis was accomplished using the SPSS 21.0 for windows and the AMOS 21 program. Results - The findings of the study are as follows: First, the better the organizational support is perceived, the higher career satisfaction and job satisfaction is. That is, the employees' career and job satisfaction is higher, when they feel themselves received more supporting. Second, perceived organizational support has a positive impact on employees' career planning. This result means that it is important to support employees in their career development. Third, career planning has a positive impact on career satisfaction, but not on job satisfaction. Lastly, it is verified that career planning has a mediating effect between the perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. Not only has the perception of an organizational support a direct impact on career satisfaction, but also an indirect impact through career planning. However, there is not an indirect relationship through career planning, just an direct relationship between the perception of an organizational support and job satisfaction Conclusions - Based on the findings of this study, the major conclusion of the study was as follows: The study provides theoretical values and practical implications for the fact that the differences of the subjective perception about organizational support exist among employees, and the differences have an impact on their career planning as well as subjective career success. Furthermore, some recommendations for workplace were suggested: The companies should support the career development for employees in organization level. Even though employment instability makes individual workers themselves to be responsible for their own career development, it is an important issue in organizational level that employees' career success could have positive effects on organizational development and success, as well. However, there is a limit in the study that analyzing results cannot be generalized due to the data from a single company. Some recommendations for future research are suggested: First, a comparative study should be conducted with other various companies. Second, a hierarchical analyzing model needs to be applied to substantiate how organizational context influences on subjective career success of employees.

치과 건강보험 교육이 자격증 취득에 미치는 영향 (preference of dental insurance-related and dental health insurance professional qualifications)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 취업을 앞둔 치위생(학)과 졸업생의 치과 건강보험에 관한 인식조사 및 치과 건강보험 수업의 운영에 있어서 효율적인 운영을 위하여 수업의 구성을 어떻게 하는 것이 좋은지에 대한 생각과 치과 건강보험 전문치과위생사 자격 도입에 대한 의견을 제시하기 위해 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0을 사용하였으며, 학생들이 희망하는 치과 건강보험 수업은 한 학기 수업 69명 (56.1%)이고, 수업 방식은 이론수업을 더 선호했으며 63명 (51.2%), 취업시 가장 필요한 자격증으로는 '치과 건강보험 청구사' 96명 (78%)이 선택했다. 또한 치과 건강보험 청구하는 적당 직종으로는 93명 (75.6%)이 치과위생사를 선택하였다. 요인 분석을 시행한 결과 2가지 요인을 추출할 수 있었고, 상관계수는 0.01 수준 (양쪽)에서 유의하게 나타났으며, 모두 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 그리고 치과 건강보험 주관적 이해도, 치과 건강보험 청구인식 의지가 교육 이수 의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 32.8%의 설명력을 나타냈고, 교육 이수 의지가 자격증 취득의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 22.3%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 치과 건강보험교육을 이수하려는 학생들의 의지가 취업에서 경쟁우위를 달성하기위한 자격증 취득 까지 이어지고 있음을 확인하였으며, 치과보험교육의 방법과 수업시간 분배 등의 변화와 국가에서 시행하는 치과 건강보험 전문 치과위생사 자격 도입 등 제도적 개선 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정 만족도에 관한 주관성 연구 -호텔조리학과 재학생을 중심으로- (A Subjectivity Study on the Satisfaction of Intensive Major Course in Bachelor Degree Major College -Focusing on hotel culinary department enrolled student-)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정 만족도의 주관적 인식을 파악하고자 전공심화과정 호텔 조리학과 재학생을 대상으로 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 연구의 목적은 전공심화 교육과정 만족도의 구조를 유형화 하며, 전공심화 교육과정 만족도에 관한 유형들 간의 특성을 기술하고 분석하여 향후 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 유형분석 결과, 총 6가지로 도출되었다. 제 1유형(N=5) : 전공심화과정 교수법 만족형(In-depth major curriculum teaching method satisfaction type), 제 2유형(N=4) : 실기중심 수업 만족형(Practical learning class satisfaction type), 제 3유형(N=3) : 현장 중심 수업 만족형(Place centered class satisfaction type), 제 4유형(N=3) : 취 창업 중심 수업 만족형(Employment Establishment centered class satisfaction type), 제 5유형(N=3) : 이론중심 수업 만족형(Theory centered class satisfaction type), 제 6유형(N=2) : 일 학습 병행 수업 만족형 (Work learning concurrent class Satisfying type)으로 각각의 유형마다 다양한 특징이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정에 관한 연구에서는 많은 문헌과 실증연구를 바탕으로 보다 세밀한 Q방법론적인 질문과 분석기법으로 수정 보완하여, 응답자들의 다양한 의견을 보다 구체적이며 객관적으로 분석하고자 한다.

평생학습 학습성과 평가를 위한 자기주도학습 준비도 검사도구(SDLRS)의 타당성 연구 (Study on Validity of SDLRS Instrument for Evaluation of Life-Long Outcome)

  • 본 연구는 평생학습 능력의 중심 개념인 자기주도학습의 측정을 위한 자기주도학습 준비도 검사도구(SDLRS)의 신뢰도, 타당도를 검증하여, 공학교육의 프로그램 학습성과 항목 중 평생학습 능력의 평가도구로서의 활용 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구목표는 다음과 같다. 즉, 자기주도학습 준비도 검사도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하고 공과대학 학생들의 개인 변인에 따른 자기주도학습 준비도의 차이를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 조사연구를 수행하였는데, 평생학습과 자기주도학습에 대한 문헌연구를 토대로 Gugliemino(1977)의 자기주도학습 준비도 검사도구를 이용하여 경기도 소재 A대학의 기계공학 전공 학생들 218명을 대상으로 조사연구를 수행하였다. 검사도구는 5점 척도로 구성되어 있으며 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 요인분석, t검증, ANOVA에 의한 F검증 등의 분석 방법이 이용되었다. 58개의 원검사 도구는 7차례에 걸친 요인분석 결과 23개 문항으로 압축되었다. 또한 학습에 대한 사랑, 학습에 대한 개방성, 자아개념, 기본학습기능과 독립성, 학습에 대한 책임수용, 주도성과 미래지향성, 독창성과 탐구적 특성의 7개 요인으로 재구조화되었으며 전체 변량의 약 58%를 설명하였으며 Cronbach $\alpha$값은 .8332이었다. 개인적 배경에 따른 자기주도학습 준비도 분석 결과 학년, 산업체 근무기간, 대학원 진학계획, 학점에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으나, 성별, 산업체 근무여부, 부모의 학력, 가구의 소득 수준에 따라서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구를 기초로 하여 향후에는 보다 많은 모집단을 대상으로 연구를 수행함으로써 연구결과를 검증해 볼 필요가 있다. 또한, 다양한 검사도구의 적용을 통해 검사도구간의 상관관계 및 평생학습에 영향을 주는 능력과의 상관관계에 대한 후속연구를 수행함으로써 평생학습 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구를 보다 체계적으로 수행해야 할 것이다.

NCS기반 음식·조리분야 교육과정의 주관적 인식에 관한 연구 -인천지역 호텔조리학과 졸업생을 중심으로- (A Study on the Subjectivity with Curriculum in Food·Cooking Area Based on NCS -Focusing on Graduates of Hotel Cooking Department in Incheon Region-)

  • 본 연구는 NCS를 기반으로 한 음식 조리분야 교육과정의 주관적 인식을 파악하고자 호텔조리학과 졸업생을 대상으로 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 연구의 목적은 NCS를 기반으로 한 음식 조리분야 교육과정에 관한 주관적 구조를 유형화 하며, NCS를 기반으로 한 음식 조리분야 교육과정에 관한 유형들 간의 특성을 기술하고 분석하여 향후 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 유형분석 결과, 총 4가지로 도출되었다. 제 1유형(N=7) : 기초실무 수업 추구형 (Seeking Basic Practical Classes type), 제 2유형(N=5) : 국내 취업 선호형(Prefer domestic employment type), 제 3유형(N=5) : 유명 셰프초청 수업 추구형(Pursuit of famous chef inviting class type), 제 4유형(N=3) : 현장실무 맞춤수업 추구형 (Seeking tailor-made lessons typ) 으로, 각각의 유형마다 다양한 특징이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 NCS기반 음식 조리분야 교육과정에 관한 연구에서는 많은 문헌과 실증연구를 바탕으로 보다 세밀한 Q방법론적인 질문과 분석기법으로 수정 보완하여, 응답자들의 다양한 의견을 보다 구체적이며 객관적으로 분석하고자 한다.
