The storage function method is used as a flood prediction model for four flood control offices in Korea as a method to analyze the actual rainfall-runoff relationship with non-linearity. It is essential to accurately estimate the parameters of the storage function method for accurate runoff analysis. However, the parameters of the storage function method currently in use are estimated by the empirical formula developed by the limited hydrological analysis in 2012; therefore, they are somewhat inaccurate. The kinematic wave method is a method based on physical variables of watershed and channel and is widely used for rainfall-runoff analysis. By adopting the two-term storage function method by the conversion of the kinematic wave method, parameters can be estimated based on physical variables, which can increase the accuracy of runoff calculation. In this research, the reproducibility of the kinematic wave method by the two-term storage function method was investigated. It is very easy to estimate the parameters because equivalent roughness, which is an important physical variable in watershed runoff, can be easily obtained by using land use and land cover, and the physical variable of channel runoff can be easily obtained from the basic river planning report or topographic map. In addition, this research examined the applicability of the two-term storage function method to runoff simulation of Naechon Stream, a tributary of the Hongcheon River in the Han River basin. As a result, it is considered that more accurate runoff calculation results could be obtained than the existing one-term storage function method. It is expected that the utilization of the storage function method can be increased because the parameters can be easily estimated using physical variables even in unmeasured watersheds and channels.
In this study, We have newly introduced consumption emotions and switching cost, as a means of managing existing customers, to examine influencing determinants in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and service quality which have been important determinants in previous researches on repurchase intentions. To test them empirically, data from corporate customers of a bank in Korea and corporate banking related bankers are collected and analyzed by LISREL 8.12.. The result of this study can be summed up as follows. First, the most important determinant factor in repurchase intentions is customer satisfaction. Second, it is desirable to measure service quality not only in terms of process service quality, a process of service delivery to customers, but also outcome service quality, what customers receive from services or from service providers. Third, positive consumption emotions have positive influence upon customer satisfaction, negative consumption emotions have negative influence upon customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Fourth, switching cost, even though small in its influence, has been proved to be antecedent in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and negative consumption emotions. After research, as precedents in customers' repurchase intentions, customer satisfaction and process service quality have exercised the biggest influences. Also, positive consumption emotions, negative consumption emotions, outcome service quality and switching cost can be used as determinants in predicting corporate customers' repurchase intentions.
Medical treatment for the aged has become an increasingly important concern as the aged population continues to grow. However, little research has been done on the issue. This study examines the roles of the expertise, convenience, and interaction of medical treatment systems applied by geriatric hospital. Medical treatment systems include oriental medicine, western medicine and integrated(oriental and western) medicine practices. The empirical results of the study are as follows. First, the relative impacts of the expertise, convenience and interaction on customer satisfaction are different depending upon the medical treatment systems. Second, convenience and interaction are shown to be more important factors in western medicine, while interaction is the case in oriental medicine. As for the integrated medicine practices, expertise is considered more important. Thus, it is necessary for the western medicine to make more efforts on interaction and convenience, while it is critical to enhance medical personnels' service quality in the oriental medicine. In the integrated medical treatment, actual and effective cooperation should be achieved to secure expertise. Third, the data demonstrate that customer satisfaction has a positive influence on relationship quality which, in turn, impacts on repurchase intention. Finally, relationship quality has a negative influence on intention to switch in the western medicine, whereas the impact of relationship quality is not significant in the oriental and integrated medicine practices.
This research investigates the systematic relation between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility(CSR). Based on the argument that corporate governance would play the role of mitigating conflicts between firms and society, we hypothesized that corporate governance would enhance CSR performance. Specifically, the firms with good governance are predicted to have CSR performance than those with bad governance. These hypotheses were tested using 130ce rean firms from 1998 to 2005. This study has identified four dimensions in the concept of perceived risk, such as privacy risk, social risk, time loss risk, and economic risk, and three dimensions in the concept of perceived interactivity, such as active control, two-way communication, and responsiveness.
Customer's reward program is a prevailing promotional technique. Recently, both management and marketing fields have been interested in the failure of customer's reward program. However, there are few empirical research regarding this. Therefore, this study examined a research model that employs justice in processing of customer's reward program perceived by customer to explain commitment(calculative commitment, affective commitment) and complaining behavior which is mediated by negative affect. Data was collected from the customers who dissatisfied with their reward programs. For the analysis, frequency, cronbach' ${\alpha}$ and path analysis were used as statistical test tool. Additionally, SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 were used for analyzing the hypotheses. As a result, proposed structural model largely supports the hypothesized framework and the major findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, distributive and interactional justice were negatively related to negative affect. But procedural justice didn't influence negative affect. Second, negative affect was negatively related to calculative commitment. But affective commitment wasn't influenced by negative affect. Third, negative affect was positively related to complaining behavior. Fourth, calculative commitment was negatively related to complaining behavior. But negative affect didn't influence complaining behavior. In conclusion, It can be posited that justice, negative affect, 2 forms of commitment and complaining behavior are important factors.
The study analyzed previous studies on traditional markets and market modernization projects to analyze research trends and content related to traditional markets. Next, the study selected 4 traditional markets throughout the nation where there was promotion of market modernization projects to conduct field research and interviews about store modules, line of flow, facility configuration, and types of businesses. Empirical comparative analysis was conducted on construction hardware status through measurement and observation and data was collected on business environment and requirement characteristics by business type through interviews with merchant associations of the corresponding markets. Consistent standard was applied as much it was possible to comparatively analyze the 4 market modernization cases and on the unique characteristics of individual markets, the cause was determined in conjunction to the history of the business promotion process and regional characteristics. After the study, basic data to suggest guidelines in store modules by business type in traditional markets could be acquired and the study identified the facilities equipment standards that must be considered in future market modernization projects. Through this it will be possible to derive policy implications to minimize trial and error and guarantee business efficiency in future market modernization projects.

The purpose of this study is to understand the critical role of customers' perceived service quality. in relationship marketing. This paper examined the relationships of service quality with customer satisfaction, and investigated the effects of trust and commitment. Data were collected from 242 people at hotel located in Taegu city. LISREL provided satisfactory model-fits in measurement model and structural equation model. The empirical results indicated that first, service quality takes strong effect on customer satisfaction and trust but not on commitment. Second, trust and commitment are importantly influenced by customer satisfaction. Third, service quality was found to indirectly contribute to trust and commitment. Finally, customer satisfaction is effective mediators linking service quality to trust and commitment. The effects of these variables on trust and commitment, which are based on social exchange theory, were empirically confirmed.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between cabin attendants' job stress level and job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover intention in the airline service industry. The study was done by conducting a questionnaire research. 215 questionnaires were distributed to cabin attendants of airlines, and 198 questionnaires of which are utilized for data analysis. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using spsswin 12.0 and Amos 5.0 statistical package for the empirical and statistical analysis. The conclusions were as follows: Firstly, cabin attendants' job stress level had significant negative impact on job satisfaction, but the organization commitment seemed to have a positive impact on overall job satisfaction level. Secondly, job stress didn't affect cabin attendants' organization commitment. The result of the study indicates that there needs to be various way implemented by airline management to dissolve the airline's cabin attendant's overall job stress, in order for the attendants to be satisfied with their job and consequently preventing a high turnover rate in the cabin attendant crew. Finally, the limitations of the study and directions for the future research are presented.
In this study, the effects of the founder's characteristics on venture's business success factors for pet business was investigated focused on the pet hospitals. The effects of the founder's background and psychological characteristics, the business start-up preparing procedure characteristics, and service factor characteristics for customers on the business performance was analyzed by classifying it into financial business performance and non-financial business performance for the he pet hospitals. The questionnaire survey for 150 pet hospitals located in Seoul and Gyunggi-do area was performed, and the main conclusions was drawn as follows. First, as a result of research model analysis for financial business performance among the business performance, it was analyzed that the founder's academic background factor among the founder's background factors had a statistically significantly negative Influence on the financial business performance, on the contrary, the control locus factor among the founder's psychological factors, and the financing factor among the business start-up preparing procedure factors had a statistically significantly positive influence on the financial business performance. Second, as a result of research model analysis for non-financial business performance among the business performance, it was analyzed that the danger acceptance propensity factor among the business start-up preparing procedure factors and the intangible service quality factor among the service quality factors had a statistically significantly positive influence on the non-financial business performance.

This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.
