CMP공정의 전압 활성화로 인한 전기화학적 반응 특성 연구 (Voltage-Activated Electrochemical Reaction of Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) Application)

  • Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) 공정은 deep 서브마이크론 집적회로의 다층배선구조률 실현하기 위해 inter-metal dielectric (IMD), inter-layer dielectric layers (ILD), pre-metal dielectric (PMD) 층과 같은 절연막 외에도 W, Al, Cu와 같은 금속층을 평탄화 하는데 효과적으로 사용되고 있으며, 다양한 소자 제작 및 새로운 물질 등에도 광범위하게 응용되고 있다. 하지만 Cu damascene 구조 제작으로 인한 CMP 응용 과정에서, 기계적으로 깨지기 쉬운 65 nm의 소자 이하의 구조에서 새로운 저유전상수인 low-k 물질의 도입으로 인해 낮은 하력의 기계적 연마가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 전기화학적 기계적 연마 적용을 위해, I-V 특성 곡선을 이용하여 active, passive, transient, trans-passive 영역의 전기화학적 특성을 알아보았으며, Cu 막의 표면 형상을 알아보기 위해 scanning electron microscopy (SEM) 측정과 energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) 분석을 통해 금속 화학적 조성을 조사하였다.

Application of Ecological Momentary Assessment in Studies with Rotation Workers in the Resources and Related Construction Sectors: A Systematic Review

  • Whilst Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) can provide important insights over time and across contexts among rotation workers whose work periods alternate with leave at home, it can also be challenging to implement in the resources and construction sectors. This review aimed to provide a summary of the methodological characteristics of EMA studies assessing health outcomes and related behaviors in rotation workers. Systematic searches in PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Scopus were done to include 23 studies using EMA methods in assessing health-related outcomes and behaviors. EMA designs included daily diary: assessments once per day typically fixed at the end of day (47.8%), within day fixed interval time-based design: assessments on multiple times per day at certain times of day (17.4%) and combination of both designs (34.8%). Studies employed paper and pencil diaries (73.9%) and one or more electronic methods (60.9%): wrist-worn actigraphy device (52.2%) and online-based diaries (26.1%) for data collection. Most of the studies (91.3%) did not report prompting -EMAs by schedule alerts or compliance. Daily diary and within day fixed interval dairies designs are common, with the increasing use of electronic EMA delivery techniques. It is unclear how well participants adhere to assessment schedules, as these are inadequately reported. Researchers should report compliance-related information.

휴대용 전자코를 이용한 계육의 냉장 중 신선도 평가 (Evaluation of Freshness of Chicken Meat during Cold Storage Using a Portable Electronic Nose)

  • 본 연구에서는 저장기간에 따른 계육의 신선도 변화를 GC-MS를 이용한 가스 성분의 변화, 미생물의 총균수와 지방 산패도의 변화를 통해 분석하고, MOS 센서와 수분센서를 기반으로 한 전자코 시스템을 구성하여, 계육의 품질 평가를 실시하였다. 계육의 GC-MS, 미생물, 지방 산패도를 이용한 품질의 측정결과 저장기간이 증가함에 따라 품질은 저하되었고, 저장기간이 5일 이후부터 급격한 품질의 저하를 나타내기 시작했다. 전자코 시스템을 이용한 실험결과, 그래프 분석을 이용하여 계육은 저장기간 초기부터 저장기간의 증가에 따라 선형적으로 저항값의 변화율이 감소함을 확인할 수 있었다. 전자코 센서의 신호를 이용하여 주성분 분석을 한 결과 저장일수에 따라 제1, 2주성분이 뚜렷이 구분됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 선형판별을 이용하여 분석한 결과 1일에서 19일까지 전체 분류 정확도가 92.5%였다. 저장 초기의 1일에서 5일까지의 데이터를 기반으로 선형판별분석을 한 경우 제1, 2판별함수를 이용할 경우 100%의 정확도를 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서의 전자코를 이용한 계측과 주성분분석 및 선형판별분석법을 이용할 경우 냉장 저장된 계육의 신선도 변화가 예측 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

MOPSO-based Data Scheduling Scheme for P2P Streaming Systems

  • In the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) streaming systems, peers randomly form a network overlay to share video resources with a data scheduling scheme. A data scheduling scheme can have a great impact on system performance, which should achieve two optimal objectives at the same time ideally. The two optimization objectives are to improve the perceived video quality and maximize the network throughput, respectively. Maximizing network throughput means improving the utilization of peer's upload bandwidth. However, maximizing network throughput will result in a reduction in the perceived video quality, and vice versa. Therefore, to achieve the above two objects simultaneously, we proposed a new data scheduling scheme based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization data scheduling scheme, called MOPSO-DS scheme. To design the MOPSO-DS scheme, we first formulated the data scheduling optimization problem as a multi-objective optimization problem. Then, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed by encoding the neighbors of peers as the position vector of the particles. Through extensive simulations, we demonstrated the MOPSO-DS scheme could improve the system performance effectively.

전자거래 분쟁해결 제도에 관한 소고 - 분쟁해결기관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Settlement System of Disputes in Electronic Commerce)

  • This paper discusses about the e-commerce and the various types of e-commerce disputes. Through empirical examination on the dispute consideration system and by comparative analysis it is derived out of the weakness of current system and finally some suggestions for improvement. First, it is recommended that the more sophisticated knowledge concerning e-commerce should be proliferated through the existing institutions. For example, disputes for B2C could be managed by the consideration system of consumer dispute consideration in Consumer Protection Board of Korea, while B2B by the arbitration system of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Second, the role of Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce established for the purpose of consideration of e-commerce disputes is much emphasized. For successful achievement, it is necessarily required to reinforce the related laws, systems, institutions and human resources. Finally, it is also suggested that the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Consumer Protection Board of Korea fully cover consideration and arbitration, while Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce activates its proper role of consulting and ad hoc arbitration by using electronic information. This study results are how to minimize the disputes and the method of dispute settlement. Therefore, a role of arbitration proposed and emphasized. To protect the dispute in advance, it's suggested to revise rules timely following on technical changes, and emphasized that the dispute has to lead to arbitration settlement not for consuming unnecessary time and finance for enterprises and consumers.

Public Key Encryption with Equality Test for Heterogeneous Systems in Cloud Computing

  • Cloud computing provides a broad range of services like operating systems, hardware, software and resources. Availability of these services encourages data owners to outsource their intensive computations and massive data to the cloud. However, considering the untrusted nature of cloud server, it is essential to encrypt the data before outsourcing it to the cloud. Unfortunately, this leads to a challenge when it comes to providing search functionality for encrypted data located in the cloud. To address this challenge, this paper presents a public key encryption with equality test for heterogeneous systems (PKE-ET-HS). The PKE-ET-HS scheme simulates certificateless public encryption with equality test (CLE-ET) with the identity-based encryption with equality test (IBE-ET). This scheme provides the authorized cloud server the right to actuate the equivalence of two messages having their encryptions performed under heterogeneous systems. Basing on the random oracle model, we construct the security of our proposed scheme under the bilinear Diffie-Hellman (BDH) assumption. Eventually, we evaluate the size of storage, computation complexities, and properties with other related works and illustrations indicate good performance from our scheme.

초기 화재 진압을 위한 자율주행 소방 로봇 시스템 설계 (Design of an Autonomous Firefighting Robot System for Early Fire Suppression)

  • The initial suppression of fires is critical to protecting human and material resources. In response to this, fire prevention and suppression systems using artificial intelligence and robot technology have recently been studied. In particular, an autonomous driving system that detects a fire using CNN is attracting attention. These systems respond quickly in the event of a fire, enabling initial fire suppression. However, since the conventional system is not equipped with a fire suppression function, direct intervention of firefighters is required. (1) To overcome these limitations, we propose an autonomous fire detection robot system equipped with a fire suppression function ROS-based firefighting system called 'ADEFS' (Autonomous-Detect & Extinguish-Fire Service). (2) The system performs three tasks to detect and extinguish. Tasks are to run the Ros-based SLAM Navigation, YOLO-CNN, and Four-degree freedom manipulator connected to the fire extinguishing pump. (3) Through this, early response in the event of a fire can minimize damage to life and property and can reduce labor costs, which can also be expected to reduce costs for companies.

UN/CEFACT 제출 양식 기반의 기업간 표준 전자문서 개발 지원 시스템 (A Supporting System for Developing Standard B2B Electronic Documents Based on UN/CEFACT Submission Forms)

  • 기업간 전자거래가 활성화됨에 따라서 표준 전자문서의 이용이 급속히 증가되고 있으며, 기업간에 교환되는 표준 전자문서의 종류와 형태도 변하고 있다. 초창기에 주로 사용되던 EDI 전자문서를 대신하여, 최근에는 XML전자문서가 활발히 사용되고 있다. 이를 위해 제정된 XML전자문서 프레임워크표준들은 대부분 기본적인 구문 규칙과 메시징, 그리고 표준문서에 대해서만 규정하고 있어서, 새로운 표준 전자문서 개발에서 효율성과 효과성을 확보하기가 어려웠다. 국제적 EDI 표준인 UN/EDIFACT 개발 경험을 반영하여, UN/CEFACT에서는 전자문서를 구성하는 데이터 항목을 컴포넌트로 만들어 전자문서를 개발할 때 재활용할 수 있는 방법론과 라이브러리를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법론과 라이브러리를 적용하여 전자문서를 개발하고 활용하기 위해서는 추가적인 많은 노력이 요구된다. 이를 개선하기 위하여, 이 논문에서는 UN/CEFACT의 표준 전자문서 제출 양식을 중심으로 등록저장소의 각종 자원을 재활용할 수 있고, 다양한 양식간의 자동화된 변환을 지원하는 시스템을 제안한다.

Effect of Applied Voltage Bias on Electrochemical Migration in Eutectic SnPb Solder Alloy

  • Smaller size and higher integration of electronic systems make narrower interconnect pitch not only in chip-level but also in package-level. Moreover electronic systems are required to operate in harsher conditions, that is, higher current / voltage, elevated temperature / humidity, and complex chemical contaminants. Under these severe circumstances, electronic components respond to applied voltages by electrochemically ionization of metals and conducting filament forms between anode and cathode across a nonmetallic medium. This phenomenon is called as the electrochemical migration. Many kinds of metal (Cu, Ag, SnPb, Sn etc) using in electronic packages are failed by ECM. Eutectic SnPb which is used in various electronic packaging structures, that is, printed circuit boards, plastic-encapsulated packages, organic display panels, and tape chip carriers, chip-on-films etc. And the material for soldering (eutectic SnPb) using in electronic package easily makes insulation failure by ECM. In real PCB system, not only metals but also many chemical species are included. And these chemical species act as resources of contamination. Model test systems were developed to characterize the migration phenomena without contamination effect. The serpentine-shape pattern was developed for analyzing relationship of applied voltage bias and failure lifetime by the temperature / humidity biased(THB) test.

연구기관 생산 지식정보자원 관리에 관한 연구: 교육연구기관 홈페이지를 중심으로 (Management of Knowledge and Information Resources Made by Research Institutes: Focusing on the Homepags of Educational Research Institutes)

  • 본 연구는 교육연구기관에서 생산된 지식정보자원이 기관의 지식관리시스템으로 역할을 수행하는지 살펴보고, 국가지식관리시스템의 방안 제시를 위하여 시도되었다. 홈페이지에서 제공되는 지식정보자원을 '결과의 지식정보자원', '과정의 지식정보자원', '소통의 지식정보자원'으로 분류하고, 내용분석법을 사용하여 메타데이터의 적용 현황, 검색시스템의 구성 현황을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 홈페이지 지식정보자원 관리의 개선을 위하여 표준화된 유형별 메타데이터와 분류체계의 개발, 홈페이지가 기관 생산지식정보자원의 대외 유통 창구라는 인식 고취, 홈페이지 지식정보자원에 대한 다양한 검색기능과 지식지도 제공, 원문 획득을 위한 연계정보 제공, 조직 운영자와 홈페이지 관리자의 기관 홈페이지에 대한 지식관리시스템으로서의 인식, 모바일 환경에 적합한 데이터 크기 분할과 제공 단위의 다양화 작업, 내부 전자결재시스템과 홈페이지의 유기적인 연계 기능을 제시하였다.
