This study explores the political parody, which has become an active art form in order to express Korean Internet users' political practices, especially, during the politically turbulent periods from the presidential election of 2003 to the recent candlelight vigil protest of 2008. This study investigates the rise and fall of a parody culture by online users from the mid-2000s, and also examines aesthetical aspects of parodic artworks relying on amateurism culminated in 2004. Specifically, the current study questions an aesthetical lack shown in 'appropriation', by which most of the online users simply produce imitations of original image. This study rather notes 'photomontage' as an aesthetic prototype, the political aesthetics made by John Heartfield, through which this study intends to observe how his aesthetical legacy of political art could be realized in the contemporary form of political parodies produced by online users. The present paper concludes that online users' political participations in producing critical works of art could allow us to negate the dichotomy between the elite and the mass, professional artists and amateur parodists, and a radical politics and the politics of style.
With the development of media technology, UCC actively working through the medium of the Net, the Internet space, which can influence politics instead of TV is drawing attention as the new leading media. As the one-sided media influence of TV is dwindling in the times of the Internet, the hegemony of the media is rapidly changing into UCC marked by two-way interaction. Especially, UCC has the characteristic that it has changed the people performing a role as the receptor of the media into the agent of enormous political influence as well as the freshness specific to its contents. This study was intended to investigate the types of diverse political influences of UCC in political practice as well as daily politics with a focus on the fact that it can newly project the world led by the media and their changes and exercise strong power in changing the society. Therefore, it attempted to investigate the political influence and ripple effect that UCC can exert by attempting to analyze what political influence UCC can exercise at diverse political situations including election. As a result, UCC led to four situations such as incentive-exploding type, issue-leading type, dispersion-switching type, direction-obeying type. This can be said to lead to the positive effect at the political field, such as implementing direct democracy through digital technology.
Political parties would normally claim that their campaign and communication materials have effects on voters, be it on their supporters or their opponents during election campaigns. However, such effects are assumed effects by the parties unless voters are themselves assessed about the effects of such materials on themselves. The supporters of the parties are likely to regard such campaign materials as congenial to them but this may not be so with the opposition supporters who would regard such materials as negative. Taking the third-person effect to analyze effects on the audience as the theoretical framework, this study posited that opposition members would regard the materials as negative and thus would claim that they would not have any effect on them but they would likely say that such campaign materials would have effects on own party supporters. Davison (1983) posited that individuals will perceive that negative mediated messages would have their greatest impact not "on me" or "you" but on "them,"- the third person. Research suggests that people judge others to be more influenced than they are by media, advertising, libelous messages, media violence, pornography, and television drama. The theory referred to as the Third-person effect developed on the postulation that audience members would not admit that media had any direct effect on them, but would instead believe that the media influenced others, the third person (Tewksbury, Moy, & Weis, 2004; Price, Tewksbury, & Huang, 1998). On the other hand, while people would discount the effects of negative or biased messages on themselves, they would, under the notion of the First Person Effect, readily admit to being influenced by such messages. This study was based on studying the effects of political literature on party and opposition party supporters taking the messages to be positive to one group and biased and partisan to another group. The study focuses on the assumed effects of political literature on own party and opposition party supporters. It traces the degree of influence of Malaysia's largest political party, Barisan Nasional (BN) political communication literature on its own supporters and on non-BN party supporters. While the third-person effect assumes a null or minimal effect on one's self and some or strong effect on others, the question that arises are on welcoming favorable media effects on oneself and assuming unfavorable effects on others.
The current movie world is called the era of faction hot-wind by the continuous hits of faction films. The interpretation of the missing 15 days in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty during Gwang-hae's reign based on one sentence in the record makes 'faction' that there was another king, drives audiences to absorption and imagination in the faction film < Gwang-hae: The Man Who Became King >. Furthermore, this film redefined historical king Gwang-hae as an ambivalent image through Gwang-hae and Ha-sun who filled the role as the king in it. Also, this film was appraised by reviews of reinterpretation of the image of leader who people want and hit success when the film released before the season of the presidential election. This thesis considers 'Faction' which is marked as a new image content and analyzes the film < Gwang-hae: The Man Who Became King > which is listed as Korea's all-time sixth highest grossing film with 12,323,555 tickets sold nationwide by three sections; < Gwang-hae: The Man Who Became King > as faction film, two images of Gwang-hae, and the appropriateness of film release time. In conclusion, the film < Gwang-hae: The Man Who Became King >. succeeded since it communicated with people to satisfy their wishes and taste. It would be necessary to study and analyze the basic connection between the trend of movies and Strategic elements of the box-office results, and a significant stride for progression of the movies.
This study is analysis of the existing domestic terrorism factors and suggest countermeasures for political leadership that can occur to the precautionary terror occasion of the presidential election approached 100 days in the future. Political terror caused mainly achieved peak of Ideology or social conflict by Politically alienated class. Common cause is most likely to occur when the party or the government want to attack a target or can not stand disadvantaged and lose that I suppert the party or the government. 21st century political terror is occurred with Misfits of complaints expressed or social conflict more frequency than attack used random people, new weqpon and bomb. It is interpreted that issued as a drastic measure from individual complaint because of increased polarization of wealth by separate into group and fallen law and order but also we are not familiar with the political compromises. Personal safety escort mission is essential condition of political activity that Absolute personal protection and to come up with a large number of voters for best result. Thus security guard ought to professional security activity depend on gathered situation, location and regional feature for perfect protection service.
The goal of this investigation is to examine the matter as to how various cyberpolitical activities such as on-line civic participation, cyber parties, development and movement of civil society networks are appeared in cyberspace; and how political activities in cyberspace are associated with offline environment. This research was based on in-depth and open-ended interviews centering around 20s (32 interviewees) and the major results are as in the following. First, in terms of on-line civic participation, searching political issues occur in places, where internet users can access information easily relatively, and creating or reconstructing political information is identified in places giving stability or affinity to the public society. Second, even though each party's homepage for the channel of cyber parties has enough capacity as bridgespace, which takes charge of supporting f lows of people, goods, capital, and ideas, most of them don't play a role to establish virtual or real networks. Exceptively, cyber parties contribute to make temporalized places, where nobody takes the responsibility, somewhat. Third, the development and movement of civil society networks is divided into several segments according to political interests and tendency in online; furthermore, such a cyberpolitical activity influences human networks and the decision of major places for political activities in offline.
The objective of this study is to introduce the characteristics and establishing process of national regional policy for the sunbelt developmentr initiative of the southern coastal area in Korea. Discussion on the development of southern coastal area of Korea with some members of the Korea Society of Future Studies began in the early 1990s, and its discussion was continued with the activities by the Committee on Regional Unity of the Grand National Party and Namhaean Forum. The sunbelt development initiative was selected as one of the major commitments of the Grand National Party in the 17th presidential election of Korea. Since the launching of the Lee Myung-bak government, the Presidential Committee on Balanced National Development made a comprehensive plan for sunbelt development of southern coastal area(CPSD), and this plan was confirmed by central governmental planning in May 2010. CPSD is meaningful in terms of the fir first national regional planning and legal plan in Korea. The target year of CPSD is 2020, and some projects by CPSD started in 2010. However, there are many negative views that CPSD will not be going too well. Therefore, new efforts and roles of geographers who participated in the process of planning of CPSD are required for the success of CPSD.

The objective of this study was to test whether the developmental capacity of human multi-pronuclear (PN) zygotes after ultra-rapid freezing using EM grid can be maintained. For this experiment, multi-PN zygotes which produced in human IVF program were used as an alternatives of normal 2PN zygotes, and they were separated into 3PN or $\geq4PN$ zygotes to compare their in vitro development and cryoinjury according to PN number. As freezing solution, EFS30 which consisted of 30% ethylene glycol, 18% bcoll, 0.5 M sucrose and 10% FBS added D-PBS was used. The result obtained in this experiment was summarized as follows; When the multi..PN zygotes were ultrarapidly frozen and thawed, the high mean percentages (85.5%) were survived. Also when the cleavage rates between control and freezing group were compared with PN number, there were not significantly different in each group (3PN; 81.3% & 85.4% and $\geq4PN$; 90.0% & 95.7%). When the in vitro development rates after thawing were examined, freezing 3PN group (22.0%) was not differed to control 3PN group (38.5%), although the development result of freezing $\geq4PN$ group (45%) was significantly lower than that of control $\geq4PN$ group (44.4%) (p<0.05). These results demonstrate that developmental capacity of human zygote can be obtained by ultra-rapid freezing method using EM grid and EFS30.

In this study, the relationship between wax matrix in lipstick and sweating was investigated by observing the change of size and shape of wax matrix with sweating by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). For observation by SEM, a lipstick sample was frozen in liquid nitrogen, then the oil in the lipstick was extracted out in cold isopropanol($-70^{\circ}C$) for 1-3days. After isopropanol was evaporated, the sample was sputtered with gold, and examined by SEM. When examined the sweated sample by SEM, the change of wax matrix underneath the surface from fine, uniform structure to coarse, nonuniform structure was observed, which was resulted from the caking of surrounding wax matrix. That is, the oil underneath the surface was migrated to the surface of lipstick with sweating, consequently the wax matrix at that region was rearranged into the coarse matrix. In case of flamed lipstick, sweating was delayed and the wax matrix was much coarser than that of unflamed one. Its larger wax matrix at surface region was good for including oil. The effect of molding temperature on sweating was also studied. As the molding temperature was increased, sweating was greatly reduced and the size of wax matrix was increased. It was also found that sweating was influenced with the compatinility of wax and oil. A formula consisting of wax and oil which have good compatibility has a tendency of reduced sweating and increased size of wax matrix. When pigment was added to wax and oil. It was also found that sweating was influenced with the passage of time by observing a thick membrane of wax on surface of lipstick after a month from molding. In case of some lipsticks, the size of wax matrix was altered to bigger or smaller. In conclusion, the structure of wax matrix at the surface region of lipstick was changed with the process of foaming, molding temperature, compatibility of wax and oil, addition of pigment, and the passage of time. In most cases, as the size of wax matrix was increased, sweating was reduced and delayed.

Sensor nodes forming a sensor network have limited energy capacity such as small batteries and when these nodes are placed in a specific field, it is important to research minimizing sensor nodes' energy consumption because of difficulty in supplying additional energy for the sensor nodes. Clustering has been in the limelight as one of efficient techniques to reduce sensor nodes' energy consumption in sensor networks. However, energy saving results can vary greatly depending on election of cluster heads, the number and size of clusters and the distance among the sensor nodes. /This research has an aim to find the optimal set of clusters which can reduce sensor nodes' energy consumption. We use a Genetic Algorithm(GA), a stochastic search technique used in computing, to find optimal solutions. GA performs searching through evolution processes to find optimal clusters in terms of energy efficiency. Our results show that GA is more efficient than LEACH which is a clustering algorithm without evolution processes. The two-dimensional GA (2D-GA) proposed in this research can perform more efficient gene evolution than one-dimensional GA(1D-GA)by giving unique location information to each node existing in chromosomes. As a result, the 2D-GA can find rapidly and effectively optimal clusters to maximize lifetime of the sensor networks.
