The purpose of this study is to examine structural relations between the emotional leadership of educational administrative officials' superiors and subordinates' empowerment and job satisfaction. To attain the study goal, this researcher finally selected 368 educational administrative officials working in Gyeongsangbuk-do and conducted statistical analysis. Accordingly, this study has drawn the following detailed conclusions: First, there is statistically significant positive correlation among the subfactors of the emotional leadership of educational administrative officials' superiors and subordinates' empowerment and job satisfaction. Second, it has been found that the hypothetical path model to explain the emotional leadership of educational administrative officials' superiors and subordinates' empowerment and job satisfaction is appropriate. In other words, among the goodness-of-fit indexes of the final study model, ${\chi}^2=203.657$ (p<.001), RMR equals .030, RMSEA is .093, GFI equals .910, and AGFI is .900. About its relative goodness-of-fit indexes, TLI equals .930, NFI is .933, CFI equals .948, and IFI is .949; therefore, all indexes have been found to be allowable. Third, emotional leadership of educational administrative officials' superiors have had this influence directly on job satisfaction. But, the total influence of the emotional leadership of educational administrative officials' superiors on job satisfaction is smaller than that on job satisfaction with the mediation of subordinates' empowerment.

Purpose - The labor management department is an important area in charge of the labor-management relations that affects the competitiveness of the company. This study seeks to diagnose labor management education focusing on labor manager competency strengthening curriculum that is currently being conducted domestically and propose an educational model that can contribute to the labor manager competency development by researching improvement measures. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the first phase is a Delphi open form survey and 15 expert panels participated. The second phase had 31 expert panels participating and in the final IPA analysis, targeting 111 on-site subjects, it conducted a survey regarding desired level of current educational level and future education requirement. Results - A final 57 subjects regarding 11 items to increase the competency of the labor managers through the first and second Delphi survey was deduced through this study. To add, regarding the current education level and desired level that the current workers are thinking with respect to analysis results of the 57 subjects through the IPA analysis, an educational model could be deduced to increase competency of the labor managers based on the result. Conclusions - Thus far, research regarding labor management has been insufficient as it was defined as a subordinate role to human resources. This study reviews the role and competency of labor managers and presented an educational model to strengthen the capabilities of internal labor managers to re-illuminate the labor manager. However, this study is limited in terms of the diversity of the types of companies participating and the small number of panels. Better data can be produced if such parts are supplemented in the future.

콜센터는 고객과의 접촉에 있어 비대면 채널에 의해 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지기 때문에 대면 접촉에 의한 것보다 더 많은 상담사의 능력을 요구한다. 이러한 상담사의 능력개발을 위해 콜센터들은 경력과 직무에 따라 다양한 교육훈련을 실시하고 있으며, 교육훈련의 성과로 상담품질이나 생산성 향상을 실현하고자 한다. 한편, 교육훈련에는 많은 시간과 예산이 투입되기 때문에 교육훈련의 평가를 통해 현업수행에 도움이 얼마나 되고 있는지 그 효과성이 파악되고 관리되어야 할 것이다. 지금까지의 교육훈련의 평가에 대한 연구들을 보면 만족도와 학습정도를 측정하거나 학습이 행동에 전이되는 정도를 측정하는 연구가 주류를 이루어 전체적인 평가모형에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 콜센터교육훈련의 효과성을 상담사들의 인식수준에서 Kirkpatrick의 4단계 평가모형을 반영하여 반응, 학습, 행위, 결과에 대한 각 단계별 평가기준 간에 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지 알아보고, 구조방정식 모델을 사용하여 전체적인 모형의 적합도를 살펴보았다, 또한 대안모형으로 반응요인과 행위요인의 직접적인 관계를 고려하여 연구모형과 대안모형의 구조모델 적합도를 비교 분석하였다.

정보통신 기술의 발달로 다양한 교수매체가 등장함에 따라 교수매체에 적합한 콘텐츠 제공이 학습의 중요한 요소로 주목받고 있는 가운데, 특히 PDA와 같은 이동통신 학습 환경에 대한 학습자 요구가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 초등학생들의 수학 학습(사칙연산)을 보조하기 위한 이동 학습단말기로서의 PDA 매체를 이용한 학습콘텐츠 설계 기법, 즉 학습 콘텐츠 내에서의 학습 시퀀싱 모델과 학습 콘텐츠사이의 학습 시퀀싱 모델을 설계하였다. 그리고 이를 PDA에서 구현하고, 이를 지원해주는 학습운영시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 또한 PDA를 학습 보조 단말기로 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 학습 서비스를 구현하였다. 대한 요약을 기술하시면 됩니다.

이 논문은 국가 및 국제수준에서 이루어지고 있는 컨소시엄사업에 대해 개괄적으로 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 선진국에서는 컨소시엄사업이 점차 증가하고 있는 반면, 인도와 같은 개발도상국에서는 상황이 좋지 않은 편이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 시각에서 인도 타밀 나두 주의 공학교육기관들의 컨소시엄에 대한 인식을 살펴보고자 하였다. 컨소시엄에 대한 인식과 컨소시엄 가입에 대한 태도를 측정하기 위해 이 지역 공학교육기관들에 대한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과를 바탕으로 이 지역 공학교육기관을 위한 모형 컨소시엄을 제안하였다.

This study suggests a theoretical model and examples of overcoming cognitive obstacles related to the limits of mathematical sequences. The model includes 3 stages, that is, an exposure of obstacles, the awareness of conflicts, and the resolutions of conflicts. Also this model emphases discussions of teacher and students or among students. Such a discussion stimulates reflections of students having cognitive obstacles, helps them to cast away their old conceptions and to obtain right concepts.

Educational evaluation involves data collection and the analysis of various education-related factors to make decisions that improve educational quality. Systematic educational evaluation is essential for enhancing the quality of education. This study reports a case of student-conducted process evaluation of a medical school's student support system and the procedure for devising improvement plans. Sixteen Inje University College of Medicine students participated in the Education Evaluation Committee (IUCM-EEC) to understand the educational improvement process as learners and actively achieve improvement. The Quality Improvement Committee of the Inje University College of Medicine (IUCM-QIC) decided to reform its student support system based on a previous educational evaluation in 2019. The evaluation of the student support system was conducted for 10 months in 2021 by the student subcommittee, under the guidance of the IUCM-EEC. The CIPP (context-input-process-product) evaluation model was used for a systematic evaluation. Accordingly, the subcommittee developed evaluation criteria and indicators, and analyzed relevant data collected from surveys and the previous literature. For further recommendations and revision ideas, the student subcommittee members interviewed faculty members from six other medical schools and also conducted a focus group interview with the dean and vice deans of IUCM. Finally, the student subcommittee submitted a report to the IUCM-QIC. Communication with various stakeholders is essential for a successful evaluation process. In this case, students, as key stakeholders in education, evaluated the student support system. Their active participation helped improve their understanding of the evaluation process.

교육은 적응적 하이퍼미디어 시스템에서 가장 큰 응용분야이다. 사용자 모형은 적응적 하이퍼미디어 시스템분야에서 매우 중요한 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 수준에 따라 다양한 학습 내용을 제공할 수 있도록 신경회로망 기법을 이용하여 사용자 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 사용자 모형의 성능평가를 위해 웹기본 개념, 멀티미디어, HTML에 관한 내용을 학습하는 하이퍼미디어를 가지고 시뮬레이션 결과 학습자의 수준에 따라 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공함을 알 수 있었다.

This paper presents a novel educational model of subjects of electric, electronic and control for marine engineer in accordance with STCW 2010 amendments. In accordance with STCW 2010, contents of such courses in marine engineering operations of undergraduate programs in maritime university should be updated correspondingly to new features. In order to propose the model, this paper analyses and reviews subjects on electric, electronic and control in STCW convention compared to STCW 1995. Also, in this paper, subjects of electric, electronic and control in marine engineering operations in Korea and other countries are analyzed and a new educational model is proposed. in theoretical perspective and practical perspective.

This paper explores the educational method of using films as a means to cultivate critical thinking abilities for engineering students. It provides a practical educational model that elaborates on how films could be used as case studies to draw relevant questions, and in the process of answering them, develop students' ability to think critically. The educational model proposes a learning method of enhancing critical thinking abilities through debates and essay writing on issues raised in films. Furthermore, the paper entails concrete learning objectives on critical thinking education, and standards to evaluate levels of enhancement. Through raising the critical thinking abilities of engineering students, this paper will contribute to the utilization of creative ideas in the process of engineering research. Furthermore, the concept of utilizing films as a model for education used in this study could be adapted for fields other than that of engineering.
