TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

The increase of image spam, a kind of spam in which the text message is embedded into attached image to defeat spam filtering technique, is a major problem of the current e-mail system. For nearly a decade, content based filtering using text classification or machine learning has been a major trend of anti-spam filtering system. Recently, spammers try to defeat anti-spam filter by many techniques. Text embedding into attached image is one of them. We proposed an ontology spam filters. However, the proposed system handles only text e-mail and the percentage of attached images is increasing sharply. The contribution of the paper is that we add image e-mail handling capability into the anti-spam filtering system keeping the advantages of the previous text based spam e-mail filtering system. Also, the proposed system gives a low false negative value, which means that user's valuable e-mail is rarely regarded as a spam e-mail.

With the increasing proliferation of World Wide Web, electronic mail systems have become very widely used communication tools. Researches on e-mail classification have been very important in that e-mail classification system is a major engine for e-mail response management systems which mine unstructured e-mail messages and automatically categorize them. in this research we develop e-mail classifiers for e-mail Response Management Systems (ERMS) using naive bayesian learning and centroid-based classification. We analyze which method performs better under which conditions, comparing classification accuracies which may depend on the structure, the size of training data set and number of classes, using the different data set of an on-line shopping mall and a credit card company. The developed e-mail classifiers have been successfully implemented in practice. The experimental results show that naive bayesian learning performs better, while centroid-based classification is more robust in terms of classification accuracy.

This paper studies supplementing the points at issue bye-mail system for displaying real name of the addressee about the e-mail transmission failure that could be occurred by misspelled or mistyped e-mail address using e-mail system. E-mail system for displaying real name of the addressee is the system that increase the transmission probability by displaying searched for real name of the addressee on database. This is the study with intent to minimizes the economy loss of transmission success probability, outflow of data, and the server's over-tasking from the inaccuracy transmission of e-mail system.

This paper describes an implementation of the spam mail prevention system using reply message with secrete words. When user receives a new e-mail, the e-mail address is compared with the white e-mail addresses in database by the system. If user receives a new e-mail which does not exist in a white e-mail addresses database, a reply e-mail attached with secrete words is delivered automatically. And the system is compared with the white domains first for intranet environment. It speeds up processing time. proposed algorithm is required a small database and faster than the black e-mail addresses comparison. This system is implemented using procmail, PHP and IMAP on Linux and the user can manage the databases on the web.

Most recent E-mail systems, that are serviced in Korea, are supporting Hangul in many fields of E-mail(For example, contents, subject, attachment, etc.). However, these systems do not support Hangul in the address field of E-mail. In 2003, IDNA built the international standard in order to support multi-lingual besides the alphabetic character, a number, and '-'. So, Hangul cab be used in the domain part where is the right of '@' mark among the compositional element of the E-mail address. But, the local-part, where is the left of '@' mark, doesn't still support multi-lingual. So Hangul cannot be used in the local-part. In order to support multi-lingual including Hangul in the local-part, this paper designs and implements the E-mail system according to the EAI standardization research that it is progressed in IETF.

With the advent of virtual money such as bit coins, interest in the block chain is increasing. Block Chain is a technology that supports Distributed Ledger and is a versatile technology applicable to various fields. Currently, the block chain is conducting research for various applications such as virtual money, trade finance, marketplace, power market, image contents service, and IoT. The technologies that make up the block chain are smart contract, digital signature/hash function and consensus algorithm. And these technologies operate on P2P networks. In this paper, we have studied e-mail system based on the ethereum which is one of the block chain based technologies. Most legacy mail systems use SMTP and the POP3/IMAP protocol to send and receive e-mail, and e-mail use S/MIME to protect the e-mail. However, S/MIME is vulnerable to DDoS attacks because it is configured centrally. And it also does not provide non-repudiation of mail reception. To overcome these weaknesses, we proposed an e-mail system model based on ethereum. The proposed model is able to cope with DDoS attack and forgery prevention by using block chain based technology, and reliable recording and management among block chain participants are provided, so that it is possible to provide a non-repudiation function of e-mail transmission and reception.

Now is the time for web-based video e-mail system because of world wide use of internet. But video data is so large, then data compression is much needed for transmission by web. In this paper, my colleagues and I implement full motion video e-mail system using MPEG-4, the international standards for audio-visual data. This video e-mail system is made of web-based active-X control, so easily accessible by web, and applies real-time audio-video compression. It's possible for everyone to send video e-mail for free to everywhere in the world if this system is used. The main application areas of this system are multimedia mailing service, web-based video advertisement, remote education, remote medical service and shopping mall construction, etc.
