Web-based information services should be evaluated for accessibility and usability with various types of Internet Web-browsing devices, interacting with web information servers. A reliable ubiquitous Web information server, accessible and usable with a variety of Web-browsing devices (e.g. a full-browsing mobile phone), should be a unified center for personalized ubiquitous Web information services as well as for business models based on personalized advertisements. We studied an estimation of the accessibility and usability in Web interaction for personalized ubiquitous Web information services, as metrics for real-time estimation. We show empirical results based on implementation and experiments in Korea, Japan and China, using a test-bed Web site ('ktrip.net') and single-character Korean domain names (e.g. 김.net, 이.net, 박.net, 최.net, ㄱ.net, ㄴ.net ... ㅎ.net, ㅏ.net, ... ㅔ.net, ㄱ.com, ㄴ.com ... ㅎ.com).

This paper proposes a new registry model for systematically referencing standards in e-Business field. We have many systems that provide standards and additional information. However, there are several problems such as inefficient standard information, dependency on a standard type, high standard information acquisition cost, no relations between standard information, and so on. In this paper, a new registry model and its prototype implementation are described. The proposed model is defined based on ISO/IEC 11179-Metadata registries, which is one of the international standards for interoperability between data. The proposed model provides an integrated- systematic standard information support, and also considers technology stack and business processes for e-Business systems. This paper develops a prototype for the proposed model and implementation result. Finally, to show the contribution of our proposal, this paper shows the comparative evaluation between previous systems and our proposal with various comparative items.

네트워크 및 전송기술의 발달로, 고품질 HDTV, IPTV 및 3DTV 영상서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 통신망을 사용한 멀티미디어 서비스 및 DMB와 같은 이동 수신 방송 등은 사용자에게 편의성을 제공한다. 그러나 한정된 대역폭으로 인한 압축 열화와 전송오류로 인한 화질 열화의 발생으로 멀티미디어 서비스의 체감 품질(QoE: Quality of Experience)이 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 국제전기통신연합(ITU)과 VQEG 등의 국제 표준화 기관에서는 다양한 환경과 규격의 영상에 대해 영상의 품질을 측정하는 표준화를 진행하였다. 본 고에서는 동영상 화질 평가에 대해 기존에 진행된 표준에 대하여 소개하고, 현재 ITU에서 진행 중인 표준화 동향 및 이슈들을 살펴본다.

Video services over Internet is getting important. Since the service quality of the video service provided by streaming over Internet may be degraded, the quality assessment and management are very important. Currently the objective method based on the measured values of parameters is being widely used for video services. The subjective assessment, however, is more ideal in that the quality that is experienced by human. This paper, therefore, proposes a subjective quality management scheme for video service in a mobile environment that overcomes the limitations of the subjective method. The proposed scheme is expected to contribute to implement a more efficient quality management system for video services in a mobile environment.

After the revision of the Software Promotion Act, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with little experience in e-government projects began to participate in public projects. Accordingly, the government introduced the public Project Management Office (PMO) in July 2013 to reduce the risks and secure the quality of informatization business, and the public PMO is still spreading. However, the public PMO service currently experiences sluggish business, such as low-priced orders, due to cut-throat competition, and thus needs improvement plans. In this research, we establish a research model for quality factors of public PMO services that can be considered for the improvement plans, measure and evaluate quality factors based on the model, and then analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. For that, we measure quality factors using the SERVPERF model for those who have used public PMO services, establish a structural equation research model, and empirically analyze and evaluate the impact of quality factors. Lastly, we suggest improvement plans and implications for public PMO services.

To reduce time to market for converged services, the service provider needs to combine external services and internal processes together, and IT architecture for converged services has to support it. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) enables the development of a converged service by combining external services and internal processes effectively. However, it is difficult for the existing SOA methods to support the evolution of a converged service, even though the service which consists of the converged service changes over time. In this paper, we argue that a method for profile-based dynamic service binding is required to support evolution of converged services. In order to identify requirements for the proposed method, a business scenario with a smart athletic equipment is given. We then present the concept and architecture of the method for profile-based dynamic service binding to meet the identified requirements. We also demonstrate a prototype implementation for evaluating the proposed method.

With the appearance of various types of traffic services in communication networks, a study on QoS(Quality of Service) packet scheduling mechanisms which can support differentiated service to each traffic service becomes very important. To meet this requirement, IEEE 802.11 Working Group established the IEEE 802.11e MAC protocol which categorizes every traffic services into 4 access categories(AC) and provides the differentiated service to each AC. In addition, the physical layer of IEEE 802.11a/g standards provide up to 54 Mbps transmission rate per one wireless LAN terminal. However, since the radio resource is hardly limited in wireless channel, it is necessary to find an efficient packet scheduling scheme to maximize the transmission efficiency. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a new packet scheduling scheme that can enhance the total throughput by setting different contention windows(CW) of CSMA-CA channel access scheme to each wireless LAN terminal according its current channel states. Numerical results derived from using NS-2 network simulator have shown that our proposed packet scheduling scheme can enhance the performance of IEEE 802.11e more and more.

Car Sharing Service is provided with sharing the vehicleas you can use it anywhere and anytime. The paper verified the factors impact between providing infrastructure characteristics such as scarcity, system quality and service quality and user evaluation factors based on DeLone & McLean IS Success Model. User evaluation factors have an influence on net benefit. D&M IS model mainly proved inner organization impact. The research collected experienced car sharing service, we analyzed the 224 respondents. The result of the hypothesis follows. The scarcity of time is negatively related to perceived social support and app trust. Provisional coupon is positively related to perceived social support and app trust. But, scarcity of quantity is not related to user evaluation factors. Most of the system qualities are related to app trust, however, privacy concern isn't related to app trust. the paper's demographic characteristic is lack of experience frequency. User evaluation factors that are perceived social support and app trust are positively related to user satisfaction and WoM intention. User satisfaction is individual impact and WoM intention is organization impact. Two factors are the net benefit in car sharing service. The area of sharing economy should more study about correlation among experimental various factors. Thus, the paper has different significant from antecedent research. because of trying to experimental analysis.
