This study focused on the determining factors of foreign workers employment in Korean companies. To improve our national enterprise's work outcome, it is necessary to establish a rational employment management policy plan so that the Korea can promote influx of foreign workers who have appropriate job skills and are hard-working and well suited for cultural environment. Accordingly, the companies need to develop the program by considering following. First, the duty of skilled foreign workers for employment is an important determinant factor and thus the targeting for foreign workers is necessary to proceed with pre-paced training. Second, reflecting the cultural characteristics of migrant workers, a cultural adjustment program needs to be developed. In this regard, the national program of screening foreign workers at the government level and the adaptation program needs to be launched suitable for local environment.

We designed a security improved document DRM for protecting document based military information which is transmitted in the military information system environment. The user should be could not access document which not related to his/her role and duty, and must view the only document appropriate for his/her role and security level according to the security level of document. We improved the security of document DRM by adding to the access control module in DRM server. Our system allows operation mode authorizations for the document, considering the user's role & security level and the security level of document. And it prevents indiscriminate access to the document and damage the confidentiality and integrity of information.

Emission from road traffic is one of the major sources of air pollution, and provides some undesirable effects on the atmspheric environment and human health. In the city of Seoul, the higher portion of diesel vehicles runs compared with that of other countries. Emission from the diesel vehicles is much higher than that of other vehicles. In this study, the driving pattern of city-bus in Seoul is investigated through on-road vehicle test and compared with the test modes of other countries in order to examine appropriateness of the present test mode that is taken in our country.

The Berkeley-medium access control (B-MAC) is a lightweight, configurable and asynchronous duty cycle medium access control (MAC) protocol in wireless sensor networks. This article presents an analytic modelling of single-hop B-MAC protocol under a Poisson traffic assumption.Our model considers important B-MAC parameters such as the sleep cycle, the two stage backoff mechanism, and the extended preamble. The service delay of an arriving packet and the energy consumption are calculated by an iterative method. The simulation results verify that the proposed analytic model can accurately estimate the performance of single-hop B-MAC with different operating environments.

In manufacturing processes, various and suitable pulse shapes are required for the purpose of material processing. In order to make various pulse shapes with variable pulse length and high duty cycle, We have fabricated the power supply consisting 6 SCRs and the Pulse Forming Network(PFN) with the precise delay time control. So our control system has three switching circuits, 3 mesh PFN, and simmer circuit. In addition, we have designed and fabricated the PIC one-chip microprocessor(16F877) to control the delay time of sequential switching.

As a result of the execution of the import liberalization and local autonomy with WTO system launching, centralized rural extension service converted to localized rural extension service. This advent of globalization and localization era affects our over all agricultural condition, moreover the duty and role of rural extension organization which take complete of rural extension, is compelled to diversified and specified technology. In this study, first we will investigate the change of agricultural, rural community, and local rural extension service in globalization and localization era. Second we will analyze the confronted problems of local rural extension service. With this study's outcome for basis, we will present new role and direction of local rural extension service which can contribute to local agricultural development.

Human power is not dependent on other energy sources, but rather is a source of power for ourselves. Human power, the cleanest energy in the world, can be our future. Therefore, we should be interested in sustainable alternative energy. This paper solves the uneven power generation by utilizing the energy storage capability of the flywheel. Therefore, it improved the efficiency by 5% compared to the existing generation method. DC generators produce power at variable speed operation. The constant voltage was generated from the DC-DC converter to the duty ratio control. Therefore, the charging efficiency is improved by 5% by the constant voltage charging of the battery. And it can suppress the decrease of the output due to the circulation current due to the deviation of the output voltage in parallel operation of the pedal generator.

In multi-channel wireless sensor networks, optimizing data aggregation delay without any channels and timeslots conflicts has been concerned these days. The aggregation delay can be reduced by using different aggregation tree construction methods or scheduling in different methods in bottom-up or top-down manners. In this paper, we propose a new way of constructing aggregation tree purposing to decrease the total aggregation delay. The result shows that our proposed scheme can improve up to 64% comparing with state-of-the-art schemes.

This study attempted to examine how we really think about our daily duties, work, and labor, and what it means. In particular, in this study, using the Q-methodology, one of the "qualitative studies," diagnosed and categorized general workers' thoughts about their work and labor. Accordingly, the following analysis results were derived. First, as a result of the analysis, three types were derived, and the types were named as follows based on the Q statement emphasized by each type. emphasizes statements such as 'blessing/happiness', 'rest', 'lover', and 'reward' for work, and labor was named 「Positive Type」. was named as 「Negative Type」 because statements such as 'painfulness', 'the beginning of the day', 'duty', and 'war' were emphasized. In , 'colleagues and friends' and 'learning' were positive, and 'beginning of the day', 'duty', and 'rest' were expressed as negative statements, so it was named as 「Positive Neutral Type」. 'Work' and 'labor', which are indispensable beings in our daily life, are blessings that must be done, happiness, and co-workers and friends, but the value of their existence is possible when appropriate 'resting' is assumed. In addition, Q methodology is expected to be confirmed as an empirical study in the future, as well as usefulness as a hypothesis abductive approach.

This paper provides the meaning of sacred places and pilgrimages in Daesoonjinrihoe, the most representative of the new religions in Korea. Daesoonjinrihoe stipulates Dojang(道場, it means temple complex) as the sacred places, which presently functions as the center of their religious faith. Also, The Daesoonjinrihoe devotees worship 15 deities at a sacred place, Yeongdae(靈臺). By seeing meanings of sacred places and pilgrimage in Daesoonjinrihoe, This article focuses on the process of the sacrificial rite of Daesoonjinrihoe related to the importance of religious ritual or place of faith and sacred places as pilgrimage sites. At this time, I explain the properties of sacrificial rite of it. The sacrificial rite of Daesoonjinrihoe, one of its major rites, is performed at both regular and irregular intervals. It is performed by either an individual or a group at a fixed time and place. The study of sacred places should focus not only artificial structures such as buildings but also the meanings given to them and the mechanism that created these meanings. Pilgrimage is journey undertaken by person who consider their destination sacred. By seeing meaning of pilgrimage, this paper focus on Daesoonjinrihoe' role in making a place pilgrimage sites and pilgrimage functions. The reason I focus on sacred places and pilgrimage in Daesoonjinrihoe is that these sacred places reflect people's attempt to invent religious memory and identity. Thus, I elucidate the role that Daesoonjinrihoe's sacred places and pilgrimage plays in remembering religious memory. I examine the messages that Daesoonjinrihoe's sacred places intend to convey to the followers through the created sacred places and pilgrimage. Sacred places are significant because it reflect important symbolic features of religion. Sacred places and pilgrimage are vehicles for remembering the religious memory and reinforcing various memories. Finally, Handing down of our valuable Daesoonjinrihoe's cultural heritage is our duty. So it is necessary to make an effort to conserve Daesoonjinrihoe's cultural heritage such as sacred places and concentration upon our interest continuously.
