The consumers, who are characterized by gathering a wide scope of information and by putting into action immediately, have come to the new group searching for emotion and have played a leading role of market. The characgeristics of consumers are the fact that they have followed the street fashion with no-concept, independent of the trends which the brand has provide for consumers. Therefore it leads to a big gap between the fashion information for enterprises and market formation for consumer class. The principal purpose of this paper is to get closer the distance between the information which is used in merchandise plan and real market for consumers, and to suggest the new direction of information management system in order to enhance the hit rate of merchandise plan. The results are as follows : (1) It is shown the enterprises should divide the information data between fashion information and market information, and understand the mutual relationship of them, and regard the statistical data related on the change of sensitivity and desire in market specialized in attributes of street fashion as the emotional expression\`s view, and manage them by the feedback style. (2) It is shown that enterprises should fully understand the fashion factors in the line of fashion stream with the independence of theme in order to plan the merchandise effectively for market which are specialized in the duality that it has both conservation and innovation at the same time, and detect their change. (3) It is shown that in order to predict exactly, enterprises should reflect the statistical data and the emotional factors in planning the merchandise, bring up the systematic organization, expert system. (4) It is also shown that enterprises should make an effort to pursuit the discriminated brand through the feedback management in which the consumer\`s lasting desires are reflected.

Even though the historical changes of the Cold War, they does not release the Cold War structure in Korean peninsula. And continues North Korea's provocations against South Korea. A factor of instability in Northeast Asia is the causing catastrophic inter-Korean relations and North Korea's Yeonpyeong shelling and provocation of the Cheonan battleship sinking by an explosion. These behaviors have been committed by among the North Korea military. North Korea's provocations made by a complex decision-making system in the United States and North Korea and South Korea. North Korea's aggressive military actions are conducted under the North Korean political system of strategies unification of the Korean peninsula. It has a duality of continuity and change, depending on the situation of a foreign policy in North Korea. If North Korea want maintain structure of their country, they should change the national policy and strategy, tactics and the military action type. North Korea should be a member of international community. As one of the country in the world, North Korea create economic power, nuclear tensions break, and participate in the international community for the peace.

Application of conventional phase controlled power electronic circuits causes reduced power factor and increased harmonic component in the electric sources. Therefore, an Optimal PWM strategy has been investigated here in order to reduce to a large extent these effects mentioned. Optimal PWM converter has been to minimize the rms harmonic current in the sources and has been found to have a duality with Optimal PWM inverter. The voltage patterns of Optimal PWM Inverters are governed by the same switching patterns and control laws as the current patterns for Optimal PWM converter. The improvement requires switching devices having a high speed capability. While this formerly did require thyristors with force commutation circuits, today this feature is easily implemented by using power Transistor or GTOs. The control laws for minimizing the rms harmonics current in the source, the circuits and the results are shown in the paper.

A systematic method using an optimal estimation algorithm is presented for simultaneous estimation of diffuse pollution distributed along a stream reach and model parameters for a stream water quality model. It was applied with the QVAL2E model to the South Han River for optimal estimation of kinetic constants and diffuse loads along the river. Initial calibration results for kinetic constants selected from a sensitivity analysis reveal that diffuse source inputs for nitrogen and phosphorus are essential to satisfy the system mass balance. Diffuse loads for total nitrogen and total phosphorus were estimated solving the expanded inverse problem. Comparison of kinetic constants estimated simultaneously with diffuse sources to those estimated without diffuse loads, suggests that diffuse sources must be included in the optimization not only for its own estimation but also for adequate estimation of the model parameters. Application of optimization method to river water quality modeling is discussed in terms of the sensitivity coefficient matrix structure.

In this paper, we propose a robust deinterlacing algorithm which combines edge dependent interpolation (EDI) and global motion compensation (GMC). Generally, EDI algorithm shows a visually better performance than any other deinterlacing algorithm using one field. However, due to the restriction of information in one field, a high duality progressive image from Interlaced sources cannot be acquired by intrafield methods. On the contrary, since algorithms based on motion compensation make use of not only spatial information but also temporal information, they yield better results than those of using one field. However, performance of algorithms based on motion compensation depends on the performance of motion estimation. Hence, the proposed algorithm makes use of mixing process of EDI and GMC. In order to obtain the best result, an adaptive thresholding algorithm for detecting the failure of GMC is proposed. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional approaches with respect to both objective and subjective criteria.

In this paper, we proposed a new method of the large capacity steganography using adaptive threshold on bit planes. Applying fixing threshold, if we insert information into all bit planes, all bit planes showed different image quality. Therefore, we first defined the bit plane weight to solve the fixing threshold problem. We then proposed a new adaptive threshold method using the bit plane weight and the average complexity to increase insertion capacity adaptively. In the experiment, we inserted information into the standard images with the same image quality and same insertion capacity, and we analyzed the insertion capacity and image duality. As a result, the proposed method increased the insertion capacity of about 6% and improved the image quality of about 24dB than fixed threshold method.

For the effective utilization of the fish resources in coastal regions, investigations on processing conditions of frozen-dried product, quality stability of the Product during storage, and utilization as a food material were carried out with the filefish, Navoden modestus. The processing condition was determined with the moisture content and texture of the product. The duality of the product was evaluated on chemical composition, rehydration capacity, TBA value, browning, omission test and sensory score. The conditions for the processing of frozen-dried filefish under the conditions of freezing temperature at $-10^{\circ}C$ and forced air thawing at $56{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ with a velocity of 1 m/sec were as follows : freezing temperature, $-10^{\circ}C$ : freezing time, 10 hours; thawing time, 2 hours ; and repeated number of freezing and thawing, 5 times. The yield, the condition of moisture and protein were $10.2\%,\;23.6\%\;and\;70.6\%$, respectively. The frozen-dried product packed with air and stored at room temperature showed no remarkable changes in TBA value, rehydration capacity, browning during the storage period of 90days. The frozen-dried filefish showed no remarkable differences in the taste, odor and texture, comparing with frozen-dried Alaska pollack on the market.

Interior design education has been developed rapidly since the discipline established in Korea in 1980s but unfortunately the development was without any progressive transition until 1990's. When Korean Institute of Interior Design/KIID inaugurated in 1992, interior design education and related research activities began to be intensified. Despite its effort, there were still confusion about the discipline as there were many similar discipline tracks (architecture, design, fine art, & home economic, etc.) each having an own definition of interior design and introducing different aspects of educating the subject. Education program for interior design still not sufficiently supporting the needs of today's rapidly changing industry nor to prepare the diverse needs of the client. In order for interior design major to be effective in the future and fulfill the needs of current industry development within our society, re-evaluation of our current interior design educational programs in Korea is important. This study will be the beginning of a research series. As the first part of the research series, this particular study has been focused on reviewing of current status of interior design majors in the nation and its current condition. While making suggestion for the changes in curriculum, the following points will have to be considered as basic principle. First, understanding the duality of technology and design to accommodate the contents of design discipline. Second, understanding the need of practice and theory combined for practical education. And lastly, considering ways to adopt the human experience in order to develop creativity in oneself. The focus of this research is only on the interior design discipline, and research method as the following; first, analyze current status by reviewing admission data for 2010. Second, process a survey regarding the interior design education and practice-related issues in admissions and collect opinions from educators and professional designers in the field. Thirdly, with reference to previous studies, suggestions will be made for the discipline to be effective in the field. As mentioned earlier, this study series will continue and develop to suggest improvement in interior design program as well as to provide curriculums for students get ready for the industry with more up-to-date knowledges and creativities.

Objective : Heavenly stems and Earthly branches is a tool used for understanding the virtue of Yin Yang and Five elements. Korean medicine understands the changes in Wuyun through the Ten Heavenly stems, and understand the changes of Liuqi through the Twelve Earthly branches. An accurate understanding of the definitions of Heavenly Stems and Earthly branches and the concept of each of the 10 stems is of vital importance. Method : The paper first reviews the origin, history, and significance of the Heavenly stems and Earthly branches before studying the definitions of the stems and branches as laid out in the works of Yu Onseo, Lee Samun, and Han Dongseok. The paper then reviewed the concept of the each of the ten stems through researching the texts of Seoulmunhaeja, the annotations of the four great Seolmuns, and the texts of Jeongyeokwonui. Result & Conclusion : Heavenly stems and Earthly branches have been in use since more than 6,000 years ago. The central numbers in the changes of Heaven and Earth are five and six. Each number functions with duality, yin and yang, meaning there are ten Heavenly numbers ($5{\times}2=10$) and 12 Earthly numbers ($6{\times}2=12$) which oversees all of the cosmic changes. Stems become the body and signifies water. Branches become the use and signifies divided fire. The meanings of the letters Gab Eul Byeong Jeong Mu Gi Gyeong Sin Im Gye originate from the one year life of a tree which grows, bears fruits, processes Yang qi, and awaits for the next spring. The reason a tree is used is because there is nothing better in studying in detail the changes of a living being through a year.

Internet Technology allowed general commerce to have proceeded actively, and now it is sharply evolving into Mobile Commerce. Mobile Commerce came into an inheritance of the Electronic Commerce, thought the feature to be different form is various as well. Many researches that analyzed the feature of Electronic Commerce were carried out but those were processed according to its location and field only. This study extracted and analyzed the factor that considered the several positions for Mobile Commerce so that it can reflect diverse the demands from those related to Mobile Commerce. It sought the new characteristic which is different from the Electronic Commerce, and took account of the successful factor for Mobile Commerce which includes the position in a user, a developer and an operator. In addition AHP (Analytics Hierarchy Process) was used in order to evaluate the subject characteristic applied to each related to through more objective methods. The analysis results identified in this study such as the quality trust and understandability for an information duality might be the one of the chief elements of success in Mobile Commerce which applies at the present.
