TBM 굴착 공법 적용 구경별 표준 공사비 및 공사기간 분석 연구 (Analysis of Standard Cost and the Construction Period Applied TBM Excavation Method)

  • 본 연구는 대표적인 TMB 장비 회사인 독일 WRITH사에서 개발한 TMB 공법 적용 현장의 굴진보고서를 수집하여 작업운영 생산성을 분석하였다. 그리고 분석된 자료를 근거로 구경별(2.6m, 3.0m, 3.5m, 5.0m, 8.0m) 월굴진속도(m/월)를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출된 구경별 월 굴진속도를 근거로 독일의 WRITH사에서 구경별로 제시한 1m당 굴진에 소요되는 공사비 와 총공사기간을 산출하였다. 경암 40.0%, 연암 30.0%, 보통암 20%, 풍화암 10.0%로 구성된 암질을 기준으로 구경별로 도출된 월굴진속도, m당 공사비, 총공사기간은 향후 TBM 공법 적용시 기본계획단계와 기본설계단계에서 구경별 공사기간 및 공사비를 추정하는데 효과적인 활용 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

엔진 윤활 시스템에서 오일 압력 변동의 영향 (The Effect of Oil Pressure Fluctuation on the Engine Lubrication System)

  • The connecting rod big-end bearing is one of the most heavily loaded components of the lubrication system of high-speed combustion engines. The supply oil flow has to pass to the main bearing and the rotating crankshaft before entering the connecting rod bearing. It is common knowledge that the centrifugal forces due to the crankshaft rotation influence the oil flow to connecting rod bearing through the oil supply bore, especially, when the oil supply system to the connecting rod bearing has a 180$^{\circ}$circumferential groove via a single drilling in the crankshaft. In this case, it should be confirmed that the groove oil pressure in the main bearing is sufficient to overcome these centrifugal forces. For the purpose, the dynamic oil pressure before entering oil supply bore to the connecting rod bearing was measured instead of averaged oil pressure in main gallery. Experimental test results show that the dynamic oil pressure in the oil groove was more useful than that of main gallery. And it was also found that the oil pressure fluctuation in the groove was sensitively affected by the reduction of the main bearing clearance.

  • After drilling operations at the offshore plant to production to crude oil to high pressure. After that time the low pressured of pipe inside when the secondary produce so oil recovery is reduced. At that time injection sea water at the pipe inside through water injection pump that the device Increase recovery so to be research and development at many industry. So developing 3-stage water injection pump at the domestic company. A variety of mathematical analysis during the detailed design analysis was not made through the dynamics characteristic. In this paper, a 2D finite element analysis is performed through the dynamics of the present study was the validation of the model.

셰일 및 운모편암의 사면안전성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of shale or mica schist on slope stability)

  • To be design the slope, the area distributed the shale or mica schist which was metamorphosed by shale must carefully consider the stability. The shale has the detrital materials of which the grain size are 1/256mm and fissility. As the reason the slope of shale is always unstable by bedding slip and fissility but also the joint and fault. Mica schist is also another unstable rock for slope by schistosity, cleavage, axial plane of a fold etc. In general shale and mica schist contain the swelling clay minerals such as smectite, vermiculite and montmorillonite. These minerals make the slope unstable. At OO tunnel construction area for the rail way of the Kyungbu high speed train, the slope of mica schist is very unstable by the distribution phenomena of the discontinuous plane such as joints which are 1-5cm spacing and thrust and strike-slip fault. By the drilling core of this area, most RQD have 0-20%.

Experimental Evaluation of Percussion Performance for Rock-Drill Drifter

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to understand the operating mechanism of the rock-drill drifter, to explain how to setup an experimental test system and measure the strain of the drifter's rod, and to evaluate the drifter's performance with respect to the impact energy and blow frequency. Methods: The structure of the rock-drill drifter and its operating principle regarding the impact process were analyzed. Static calibration was carried out to calculate the correction factor using a drifter rod as the first step of the experimental test. The impact energy and blow frequency were then calculated based on strain measurements of the drifter's rod. Results: Experimental results showed that the tested drifter elicited a blow frequency of 3330 BPM (Blows Per Minute) and generated impact energy of 170 J/blow. This indicates that the drifter elicits a higher percussion speed and results in a lower impact energy compared to the hydraulic breaker at the same input power. Conclusions: The study proposed methodologies that deal with the experimental setup and the evaluation of the performance of the rock-drill drifter. These methodologies can be extensively used for validating and improving the percussion performance of the drilling equipment.

  • 공장 자동화 및 무인 자동화를 실현하기 위해 가장 기본적이며 중요한 기술은 제조공정에 대한 감시 기술이다. 특히 절삭공정에서 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 절삭 과정 중 드릴이나 앤드밀 등과 같은 공구의 마모상태가 실시간으로 감시되어야 한다. 본 논문은 드릴 공정에서 퍼지 논리를 도입하여 마모진단 시스템을 구성하였다. 실시간 마모진단을 위해서 절삭력과 절삭력의 변화량을 퍼지 입력 변수로 하여 컴퓨터를 이용한 드릴의 마모상태를 판단하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 퍼지 마모진단 시스템을 평가하기 위하여 퍼지 마모량과 드릴의 실제 마모량을 측정하여 그 결과를 비교하였다.

청정 절삭 가공을 위한 절삭유제의 선택 (Selection of Cutting Fluids for Environmentally Clean Machining)

  • 절삭가공 공정에 있어서 절삭유제는 환경영향이 가장 큰 요인들 중의 하나이다. 현재의 기술수준에서 환경영향을 줄이기 위한 공정개선의 방법으로 유제의 환경부하에 대한 평가 및 저부하 유제로의 사용대체가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 절삭성을 바탕으로한 절삭유제의 선택방법과 환경영향을 고려한 선택방법을 비교하여 절삭유제의 선택기준을 제시하고 환경부하의 평가방법으로 AMP 방법을 소개한다. 중절삭이며 저속가공인 드릴링가공을 통하여 절삭성과 환경영향을 함께 고려한 절삭유제의 선택과정을 예시한다. 절삭가공의 물질수지를 고려하여 다섯가지의 환경영향의 평가요소를 선정하고 한국공업규격의 다섯가지의 절삭유제를 비교한다. 비수용성 절삭유제가 성능 뿐만 아니라 환경적인 면에서도 수용성 유제에 비하여 우수한 결과를 보여주었다.

다이아몬드 코어드릴의 중공비가 절삭력에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Effectiveness of Hollow Ratio on Cutting Force of Diamond Core Drill)

  • In this study, the variation of the cutting forces generated in the machining process were evaluated experimentally. A material of $Al_{2}O_{3}$ ceramic and a tool of the dynamometer were used for the measurements of the cutting forces. With the constant rates of the feed and the tool rotation, the cutting forces were measured along three axial directions(X, Y, Z axis) for the various values of the hollow ratio. It was found that the cutting force be increasing linearly along the direction of Z axis, but along X, Y axis be not varied. Also from the viewpoint of the precesses of the hole drilling, the cutting force was found to be increasing sharply at the beginning process, but from the eighth process be increasing smoothly. As conclusions, the cutting force generated by machining for the material of $Al_{2}O_{3}$ ceramic are influenced more significantly by the feed rate and the hollow ratio than by the tool rotational speed.

환형관내 굴착유체의 편심회전유동에 관한 수치해석적 연구 (A Numerical Study on the Eccentric Rotation Flow Characteristics of Drilling Fluid in Annuli)

  • The paper concerns numerical study of fully developed laminar flow of a Newtonian water and non-Newtonian fluids, 0.2% aqueous of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) solution in eccentric annuli with combined bulk axial flow and inner cylinder rotation. Pressure losses and skin friction coefficients have been measured when the inner cylinder rotates at the speed of 0~200 rpm. A numerical analysis considered mainly the effects of annular eccentricity and inner cylinder rotation. The present analysis has demonstrated the importance of the drill pipe rotation and eccentricity. In eccentricity of 0.7 of a Newtonian water, the flow field is recirculation dominated and unexpected behavior is observed. it generates a strong rotation directed layer, that two opposing effects act to create two local peaks of the axial velocity. The influences of rotation, radius ratio and working fluid on the annular flow field are investigated.

안쪽축이 회전하는 환형관내 비뉴튼유체 유동 연구 (Flow of Non-Newtonian Fluids in an Annulus with Rotation of the Inner Cylinder)

  • 본 연구는 안쪽축이 회전하고 바깥쪽 실린더는 정지해있는 반경비가0.52이고 30$^{\circ}$ 경사진 동심 환형관내의 헬리컬 유동 특성에 관한 것이다. 비뉴튼 유체인 UC 수용액과 벤토나이트 수용액을 사용하여 안쪽축이 0~400pm으로 회전할 때 축방향 유동을 완전히 발달시킨 후 축방향 압력손실값을 측정하였다. 또한, 헬리컬 유동의 가시화는 불안정한 파를 관찰하기 위해 수행되었다. 현재 연구 결과는 표면마찰계수에 대해 로스비순(Ro)와 레이놀즈수(Re)의 관계를 나타내었다. 또한, 그 결과들은 유동 불안정성 메카니즘의 존재를 보인다. 축회전수가 증가함에 따라 압력손실이 증가하지만, 그 증가폭은 천이 및 난류영역에서는 레이놀즈수가 증가할수록 감소하며, 회전의 영향으로 유동교란이 증진되어 천이가 촉진된다. 또, 이런 유동교란의 증진은 표면마찰계수값의 증가와 함께 임계 레이놀즈수(Re$_{c}$)를 작게 만든다.
