공사용도면 현황분석에 기반한 일반업무시설 실시설계도면 체크리스트 개선방안 (Checklists for Construction Drawings of Office Buildings based on Working Drawing Analysis)

  • 현재 실시설계도면 작성과정에서 시간, 비용 등 제한조건으로 인해 실시설계도면 자체의 품질저하가 발생하고 있으며, 시공상세도는 표준화된 기준이 없이 임의적으로 작성되고 프로젝트 완료 후 대부분이 폐기가 되어 설계단계로 피드백 되지 않아 실시설계도면 품질저하의 악순환이 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실시설계도면과 시공상세도의 품질 향상을 위하여 일반업무시설에 대한 기존 실시설계 체크리스트를 기본으로 공사현장에 요구되는 정보와 시공상세도를 반영하고, 설계자의 설계도면 구성 분류에 따른 검토항목과 시공자의 공사별 분류 방법에 따른 검토항목을 상호 연계함으로써 시공성을 반영한 실시설계도면 체크리스트 개선안을 제시하였다. 실시설계도면과 시공단계가 연계된 공사별 통합 체크리스트의 활용성을 위해 인덱스 매트릭스를 개발하였으며, 실무전문가를 대상으로 심층면담조사를 통해 유효성을 확인하였다.

과학실험수업에 대한 초등과학영재들의 인식분석 (Analysis of Science Gifted Elementary Students' Perceptions about Laboratory-based Science Learning)

  • The purpose of this study was investigated the perceptions and expectations of science gifted elementary students in the laboratory-based science learning. For the purpose of this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 science gifted elementary students in J city. The question of the interview is constructed with perception and expectation of science gifted elementary students in divided with 4steps of understanding of lesson object, planning experiment, performing experiment and drawing conclusion in laboratory-based science learning and an attitude for science. The interview is progressed per individual and all the content of the interview is recorded. The result of this research is as follows. The science gifted elementary students have a wish for building an assumption and expectation and planning an experiment with discussion more than following the textbook and teacher present. In the step of the experiment, they wanted general more discussion of their own activities rather than teacher's instruction and they wanted teacher's instruction and they wanted teacher's mediation conflicts within small groups and comments for students' experiment results. The science gifted elementary students wish to open a science lab, which man who likes science can go and come freely and to study with friends who have a same interest to make a theme. And from top to bottom they want to test autonomous and ask to salute like a representative experiment of teacher. And they ask to have a chance to test individually and want to see a movie related to an experiment before doing an experiment. Like this, it presents that the scientifically gifted elementary students want to do an experiment what they can, want to have a class which can plan and can do an experiment by themselves through discussion with the unit more than following explanation of a teacher and a textbook without condition.

수도권 치매요양시설의 건축적 특성 (Dementia Units' Architectural Features in the Metropolitan Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to unveil the characteristics of residential space organizations in dementia units. Observation, interview, and drawing analysis of the sample units were used to collect the data for new dementia unit plans. The findings revealed the lack of minimum requirement of residential spaces per person in some sample units, the necessity of consideration of group units, and the change of units based plans to each floor based plans. However, insufficient recreation rooms and the lack of caregivers' resting spaces in the sample units were uncovered. Thus, various recreation rooms such as a reading room, flower room, pottery room, bakery room, or game room should be provided in the sample units. The conclusion is that asylum oriented residential types should be changed to each floor based units having privacy and high satisfaction of residential life. The study of floor oriented residential units focusing on minimum spaces of the floor, space numbers, number of elderly persons on each floor should be studied in the near future.

기도원 시설의 공간구성 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Space Programming of Prayer House feature)

  • This study investigates the prayer House facilities in Korean Churches and improves them to the positive way in order to revive the church itself. The prayer houses in Korea manages the various facilities and special programs. Theses facilities are used in christian seminars, educations, belief-training for the more non-christian's resort and training center when they could meet the god naturally. The purpose of this paper suggests the condition of the current prayer house facilities and the main organizers. this leads the fundamental data for the patterns of the unit facilities. Methods of study and range are 20 places among Seoul, Kyunggi - do area and analyse document survey, phone interview, drawing analysis, direct visit including the prayer house type, building area, site area, total floor area, location condition as searching items.

Understanding Contextualised Liveability from the Bottom Up: A Qualitative Analysis of the Participatory Planning Proposals in Daegu, South Korea

  • This paper takes a qualitative approach to examining liveability by analysing the participatory planning proposals delivered by the local residents in Daegu, South Korea. Drawing on the textual resources of the proposals and interview data, the perceived liveability was found to vary across different neighbourhoods, and community cohesion and community capacity building were found highly valued in the liveability discourses in the Korean context. The paper argues that our understandings of liveability should be localised and contextualised at a sub-municipal level. It also highlights that participatory planning can be useful in articulating local communities' perception and experiences of liveability of their immediate localities, particularly in the less attractive and less affluent neighbourhoods in the city.

초등학교 2학년 학생들의 물질에 관한 이해 (The Second Grade Students의 Understanding about Matter)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate children's preconception about matter, to analyze children's conceptual change. of ,matter by science learning activities, and to investigate understanding possibility about mallet The subjects of this study were the second grade students of an elementary school and science learning activities were conducted to 2 boys and 3 girls for investigating their conceptual change. Video tape recording, interview, drawing pictures and writing statements were used to collect data. The concepts in this study were properties of matter, states of matter, uses of matter and origins and changes in matter. Then, the collected data were analyzed by the way of categorization and qualitative method. The conclusions of this study are as follows: science loaming activities were effective for changing misconceptions of matter to scientific concepts. Conceptual changes of high achievers happened easier and more than of low achievers. In the ideas about matter, some children had supernatural ideas and animism, which were most second grade students' characteristics.

중등수학 예비교사의 전문성 발달을 위한 포트폴리오 활용 (Using portfolio for professional development of pre-service mathematics teachers)

  • The purpose of this article is to suggest using portfolio for professional development of secondary pre-service mathematics teachers based on actual application case. To achieve this goal, 28 pre-service mathematics teachers developed their own portfolios in the regular study course for one semester under the pre-planned components of portfolio. Then they participated in the survey of their beliefs in mathematics and mathematics education and in the structured interview for drawing implications of using a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio. According to the collected data, developing a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio made a significant difference in beliefs of mathematics teachers' roles and showed the potential to improve the professional development of pre-service mathematics teachers as well as their learning. Continued investigation for more effective components of a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio would be needed.

1학년 수와 연산 영역에서 학습자의 오류 분석을 통한 교과서 재구성 방안

  • The purpose of this study is to look for the plan of reconstructing a textbook through error analysis and the process of its correction in numbers and operations of the first grade. The Research materials are collected and analyzed through the journal about every lessons, the recording sheets of students' activity, the recording videotapes during lessons, the individual interview and observation. This study investigated 4 errors which are useful for reconstructing textbook, the errors of understanding relation between numerical expression and number line, the errors of drawing-strategy, the errors of understanding relation between additive expression and subtractive expression, the errors of subtraction has to be regrouped. The errors are classified into some types and analyzed focusing on content of each error. Reinstructing are carried out based on material analyzed for correcting errors.

빛에 대한 국민학교 학생들의 개념조사 (Korean Children's Conceptions about Light)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate children's(K-5) conceptions about light in Korea. The two aspect of children's conceptions about light were identified : the sources of light, the nature of vision. Data were collected from 92 children by a mixture of writing, drawing and interview, and were analysed by systematic networks. The major findings of this study were as follows : 1. Children showed an awareness of a wide variety of sources of light. The predominant sources exampled by children were primary sources. 2. Children explained vision as intentional activity of seeing Seeing. means action that move their heal or eyes to the objects. Infants(K-1) did not recognize that light are needed for vision. 3. A notable features in children's conceptions about light were context-dependent.

  • 작년 7월, 강병근 건국대 건축공학과 명예교수가 제4대 서울시 총괄건축가로 위촉돼 활동 중(임기 2년)이다. 서울시 총괄건축가는 도시와 건축관련 정책, 디자인 등 시의 건축사업 전관을 총괄 기획·조정한다. 강병근 서울시 총괄건축가는 지난 5월 18일 본지와의 인터뷰에서 100년 후 도시가 나아갈 방향을 담은 마스터플랜을 계획하는 것이 급선무라 밝히며 관련 계획을 수립 중이라고 밝혔다. 또한 체계적 시스템의 부재로 인한 아쉬움을 지적하고, 서울건축기본계획 등의 시스템 구축과 공공의 도시공간을 위한 실현 방안 등을 계획·정리 중이라고 밝혔다. 아울러 단순한 행정기획이 아닌 선제계획의 중요성을 강조하며 중앙·지방정부부터 기초단체까지 시티아키텍트, 즉 시티플래너가 있어야 한다고 언급했다.
