본 연구에서는 항공운송산업의 발전을 위하여 항공기 운항의 기반이 되는 국내 공역관리의 실태와 문제점을 검토하고, 이의 개선방안을 도출하고져 하였다. 한국은 세계10위의 국제적 민간항공국임에도 불구하고 경쟁력의 원천인 국내여건이 매우 취약한 실정이다. 국내 공역은 약 40만$km^2$인 대구비행정보구역내에 14개소의 접근관제구역과 16개의 항공로가 있고, 민간항공의 비행을 금지하거니 제한하는 71개소의 통제공역과 47개소의 주의공역이 설정되어 있다. 이와 같이 국내 공역은 매우 협소하고 복잡하며, 국가안보의 특수 상황으로 인하여 공역운영의 효율성이 떨어지며, 항공운항의 비경제성과 비행안전요인이 상존하고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 국가공역관리체제가 실질적이며 체계적으로 확립되어야 하며, 총체적인 국가이익의 극대화를 위하여 안보목적의 군 관할 공역과 민간항공이 활용 가능한 공역의 활당이 최적화 될 수 있도록 공역구조가 재편되어야 한다. 또한 운영상 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 접근관제구역의 광역화, 항공로체제 개선, 공역설계기준의 제정, 수도권 공역 부족의 해소와 미래항행시스댐 운영에 대한 대비가 필요하다.

E-commerce is now a familiar form of commercial transaction, especially in the transactions between businesses. This online transaction poses a good deal of problems to the traditional tax system and administration. Realignment of tax system and tax administration in the e-commerce is one of the major topics on the International problem. In the area of consumption tax, they reaffirmed the destination principle. They agreed to decide the recipient's business presence and usual residence as the place of consumption. In the area of consumption tax, they reaffirmed the destination principle. Currently, the Korean VAT law does not have a basis for taxation on international transactions that are considered to be services. Considering the tax revenue loss and the inequality between domestic suppliers and foreign suppliers when international transactions are not taxed, the Korean Tax Authority needs to amend the current law.

Korea has been faced a difficult situation with regard to the cost of physical distribution(PD). The problem have arisen from the fact that Korean firms have far different cost structures of the PD according to its industry or business. High PD costs sometimes reduce firms' operating income and perceived competitive disadvantages not only in domestic but in world-wide business. In this research, we examine the factors affecting firm's PD cost by investigating financial and non-financial variables such as variable cost to sales ratio and number of employee of a firm. Analyses are performed to construct research models with t-test and the logistic regression estimation.

This study deals with more practical problems in Internet Trade. I considered the forms and contents of the offers on the current domestic and foreign web sites and clarified the legal characteristics of the web sites. As I pointed out, there are some problems of the offers of current web sites. So I suggested the alternatives. I have the view that the offers of current web sites titled by a host are not the firm offers but the invitation to offers. So, to make an enforceable agreement between parties, the host has to confirm the order. From the point of this view, it is reasonable to call the current offer on the web site the sub-con offer.

This study primarily concerns the transfer of letter of credit. A transferable credit is a credit that clearly specifies it is 'transferable' and may be made available in whole or in part to second beneficiary by the request of the first beneficiary. the transfer of the credit is available where the seller as a middleman in intermediate trades purchases from domestic and international supplier. The purpose of this study is to examine the transfer of letter of credit in the UCP600. Having recognized the differences, the study analyzes the transfer of letter of credit under the UCP600 in comparison to those under the ISP98. The ISP98, like the UCP600, stipulates for the requirement of transfer, the number of transfer, conditions of transfer, the replacement of the name of first beneficiary.

This paper aims to analyze the status and prospects of chinese e-commerce, review previous literature, and provide future direction for cooperation with far east asian area This study deals with the reform, the open and entering WTO of China economy to suddenly change domestic IT industry, legal regulation of Chinese e-commerce market and cooperation with far east asian area. Product liability is the law of the manufacturer's responsibilities for the consumers' personal injuries or the losses of property resulted from defective products. In today's many countries, the product liability law are being enacted because of the safety of product use and the protection of consumer's right. In korea, the product liability is going to enforce on July 1, 2002. Though the construction of product liability response system is urgent situation, domestic manufacture company's PL response system is not nearly prepared in present. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to discuss the Quality Management's importance and the PL countermeasures by presenting the difference of PL response system construction degree by the Quality Management Maturity degree

This research has been conducted in order to assess the effects on quality management factor of the construction sites. 30 companies abiding by the 'construction industry law' and 32 companies abiding by the 'housing construction promotion law' have been researched in areas of quality-management environment, quality-management understanding, quality-management education on construction field, quality-system and quality-improvement. This construction quality factors are to realized the anticipated results not only quality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 62 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade quality management factor of the construction sites and suggest a way out of difficulties.

Customer complaints on noise from the power transformer have been increased because of their concerns on environment. In order to solve fundamental noise problem of the transformer, KEPCO and domestic transformer manufacturers are developing 55 dBA class low noise transformers. To check accordance of the noise abatement law, we study relation between transformer noise level and substation border noise level. We present 'noise level of the substation border' under operating conditions and transformer noise level change. We also present an appropriate noise level of the transformer that satisfy the noise abatement law for outdoor substations.
