The Railway Safety Management System is based on risk management and the basic purpose of risk management is safety management activities to prevent railway accidents and operational obstacles in advance. In order to manage risk, an acceptable risk standard must be established. This risk criterion is used to evaluate the railway risk with both frequency and severity. In the case of overseas railway or other industrial sectors, various factors are reflected in the main variables that constitute the occurrence frequency, but this is no the case in the domestic railway sector. In particular, the current risk assessment criteria in the railway sector remain at a level that exploits the incidents that have occurred in the past and the severity of the property damage and it dose not properly reflect complex and diverse environmental and situational changes in railway operations. Therefore, in this study, it is possible to calculate the potential occurrence of future events instead of occurrence frequency as a component of the risk assessment criteria, focusing on the High-Speed Railway. In addition to the property damage to the consequence, we suggest a rational methodology, development direction, and theoretical implications for constructing accurate and reasonable risk criteria including actual damage such as human injury and time loss.

Recently, rural housing in urban areas has been increasing due to the improvement of income level. With the increase of the construction of the power house, the installation of the heating system using the harmonious fuel for the purpose of heating and the beauty of the room is increasing rapidly. In addition to the increasing use of firewood heating equipment, the incidence of fire is also increasing. Analysis of the National Fire Data System of the Fire Department The result of the analysis of the National Fire Data System Many parts of the fire are incinerated by the accumulation of tar due to the incompleteness of periodic cleaning inside the cylinder. The distance between the fire extinguisher and the combustible materials such as ceiling, Resulting in fire. In addition, it was found that much of the fire of the firewood heating system in the time zone occurs during the sleeping and resting time and there is not enough time for the residents to cope. This, in turn, causes serious harm to the lives and property of the users of the pyrotechnic heating system. Therefore, in this study, domestic and foreign standards and laws related to fuel oil heating facilities were analyzed and 12 cases of fire accidents were analyzed. Through the revision of the fire prevention and firefighting facilities installation and maintenance law, the installation standards of the alarm and fire extinguishing facilities were presented.

2007년 애플의 아이폰과 구글의 안드로이드 OS를 채택한 일명 안드로이드 폰들이 잇달아 발표되면서 스마트폰 열풍이 시작되었다. 2010년 한해 스마트폰 사용자는 2010년 1월 약 100만명에서 2010년 12월 약 710만명으로 700% 증가한 수치를 나타내었으며, 2011년 3월 현재에는 천만명의 사용자가 스마트폰을 사용하고 있다고 보고되었다. 그러나 스마트폰 수요의 폭발적인 증가만큼 많은 보안문제도 대두되었다. 스마트폰은 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 많은 개인정보를 저장하고 있다. 따라서 스마트폰은 다른 IT 기기에 비해 엄격한 보안기술이 적용되어야 함에도 불구하고, 개발자와 사용자 모두 보안에 대한 인식이 미비하여 여러 가지 보안사고가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 스마트폰의 보안 강화를 위해 스마트폰의 취약성을 분석하고 스마트폰 운영체제를 평가하기 위한 스마트폰 운영체제 보호프로파일을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 스마트폰 운영체제와 기존 운영체제의 차이점을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 새로운 보안문제, 보안목적, 보안기술요구사항을 도출한다.

국내 기업에서 발생하는 사고의 98.8%가 50인 미만의 소규모 사업장에 편중되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 산업안전 및 시설 관련 법령과 활발하게 활용되고 있는 안전관리시스템을 상호 비교분석하여 중소기업에서 이행할 수 있는 재난안전 프로그램을 개발하였다. 재난안전 프로그램에는 적용범위, 조직의 구성, 위험성평가, 비상대응체계, 교육 및 훈련, 안전용품 구비 및 프로그램 평가 등의 내용을 포함하였으며, 각 항목별로 작성방법과 절차를 상세하게 수록하였다. 또한 재난안전 프로그램 운용 시 유의해야 할 사항과 운영 전략을 제시하였다. 이후 연구결과를 산업안전보건법에 도입하는 방안을 제언하였다.

사회가 복잡해지고 고도화 될수록 사고의 위험 또한 늘어날 수밖에 없고, 이는 선천적 장애 뿐 아니라 후천적 장애의 발생을 높이는 계기가 되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 첨단기술의 복합체인 재활 로봇의 활용은 앞으로 꾸준히 늘어나게 될 전망이다. 이에 저자들은 국내·외 재활 로봇의 기술 동향과 향후 발전 전망에 대한 살펴보고자 한다. 지금까지의 장애 보조 로봇 기술은 보행 장애나 작업제한 장애 지원영역에서 주로 발전을 이루어왔다. 그러나 인구의 고령화는 인지장애 대상자가 늘어날 것이라는 점을 잠재하고 있기 때문에 사용자의 안전성을 확보한 장애 보조 로봇 개발이 추진되어야 하고, 이를 위해 다양한 형태의 임상연구를 통해 재활 로봇의 치료 효과에 대한 실증적 결과들이 도출, 융합되어야 할 것이라 생각된다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 건설현장에서 스마트건설기술의 원활한 도입을 위한 제도적 개선점을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 수행절차를 따른다. 첫째, 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 건설안전의 개념을 정의한다. 둘째, 건설재해 통계자료 분석 및 국내·외 선진국의 건설 안전관리 체계 및 제도를 분석한다. 셋째, 건설업 및 관련 산업의 스마트 안전기술의 적용 사례를 통해 스마트 안전 기술의 적용성을 고찰한다. 넷째, 기술 적용과 관련한 제도적 문제점 분석하고 정책 방향 및 개선점을 제시한다. 그 결과, 소규모 건설현장에서의 근로자 안전을 위한 기술의 추가적인 개발이 필요하다고 판단되며, 스마트 건설안전 체계를 위한 지속적인 정책적 지원이 필요하다고 분석된다. 본 연구의 결과는 스마트 건설기술의 적용을 위한 제도적 개선의 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

최근 국내 건설산업에는 생산성 저하, 기능 인력 유입 부족, 품질 저하, 안전사고 증대 우려 등 다양한 문제점들이 나타남에 따라, 이를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 Off-Site Construction (OSC)이 주목을 받고 있다. 그에 따라, 건설 프로젝트의 주체들은 기존의 현장 타설 공법뿐만 아니라, OSC의 도입 또한 하나의 대안으로 고려를 하고 있다. OSC의 도입은 초기 단계에서의 의사결정이 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 합리적인 의사 결정을 위한 방법론이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 프로젝트 특성을 도출하여 그에 대한 공사 난이도 지수를 선정하고 각 공법별 cost model을 개발하여 표준 공사비를 산정하여 최종 공사비 점수를 도출하는 의사 결정 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 의사 결정 시스템을 활용하여 초기 단계에서 OSC 공법의 효율적인 도입을 위한 의사 결정을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Construction site fatalities accounted for 51.9% of the total fatalities recorded in 2020. It is known that the safety leadership of site managers is important in reducing occupational accidents at construction sites. According to previous domestic and foreign studies, the safety leadership role of managers has significant effects on the safety behavior and safety culture of workers. Therefore, in this study, we identified the factors affecting organizational trust, which are known to be prerequisites for building a safety culture, and sought ways to enhance organizational trust. In this study, measurement data were collected using a self-report questionnaire. A total of 4,373 copies were distributed to workers and managers of business partners who are highly likely to be exposed to occupational injuries, and 3,873 copies were used as final data for analysis, excluding insincere responses and non-responses. As a result of the study, safety leadership was found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational trust, and communication and motivation moderated the relationship between safety leadership and organizational trust. Therefore, for safety leadership to have a positive effect on organizational trust at construction sites, it is imperative that leadership participation includes communication and motivational efforts.

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 최근 항공산업현황과 항공안전관리시스템 운영체계 현황을 살펴보고 현재 운영중인 항공안전관리시스템의 미비점을 파악하여 항공안전관리의 선제적 예방 및 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 최근 발생한 사건사고조사와 국내법 현황, 해외 운영기관 및 안전관리 체계 분석을 통해 항공안전관리의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과: 최근 발생한 항공기안전 관련 사건과 현재 운영하고 있는 항공안전관리점의 미비점과 국외 항공선진국의 대응 사례를 통하여 관리체계와 법제도 측면의 개선점 및 예방적 항공안전을 위한 관리방안을 도출하였다. 결론: 항공안전관리 개선방안을 데이터를 활용한 기법을 기반으로 제시하였으며, 추가 관련 연구를 통해 구체화해 나가야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 건설현장에서 안전관리자의 과중한 서류업무를 덜어줄 방법을 소개하고 안전사고 예방을 위해 소요시간을 감소할 수있는 업무효율화 방법을 제시하였다. 첫째, RPA 프로그램을 이용하여 안전서류 자동작성과 필요한 자료를 찾아주는 기능을 적용한다. 둘째, 교육장 및 현장에서 모바일을 활용한 서류작성이다. 사례로 안전교육 후 교육일지를 모발일 앱으로 작성하는 것을 제시하였다. 셋째, 필수 안전·보건서류의 누락방지를 위해 RPA가 제출 시기에 맞춰서 자동 warning 기능이 작동하는 기능으로 담당자에게 메일 또는 문자가 발송된다. 넷째, 검색기능인 'Google Cloud Search'를 통하여 빠르고, 정확도 높은 최신의 자료를 찾는 기능을 적용하였다.
