GML은 OGC(OpenGIS Consortium)에서 공간지리정보의 저장 및 전송을 위한 인코딩 표준으로 제안한 마크업 언어이다. 일반적인 공간 네트워크 데이터베이스에서 GML 지원을 위한 연구는 GML 문서의 파싱, GML 문서의 저장, 그리고 GML 문서의 질의어로 분류된다. GML 문서 저장에 관한 연구는 효율적인 GML 문서 검색을 위해 필수적인 연구이다. 그러나 GML 문서의 저장 스키마에 관한 연구는 거의 전무한 형편이다. 또한 기존 XML 문서 저장 스키마는 공간지리정보 저장에 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공간지리정보를 포함한 GML 문서를 효율적으로 저장하기 위한 저장 스키마를 제안한다. 아울러 제안하는 저장 스키마의 성능평가를 실시한다.

XML문서가 표준 인터넷 문서로 정착되어 감에 따라 XML문서의 효율적인 저장과 검색의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XML문서의 효과적인 저장 모듈과 검색 모듈, 그리고 이를 웹 상에서 연동해서 사용할 수 있는 연동 API로 구성된 XML문서의 저장 및 검색 프레임워크에 대한 연구를 하였다. 저장모듈에서는 가변 K진 완전트리를 기반으로 한 DTD 독립적인 분할-통합형 저장모델을 구현하였고, 검색 모듈에서는 RDF 메타정보를 통해 구축된 색인에 대해 XPath 질의를 수행하는 XPath처리기를 구현함으로써 좀더 의미 있는 구조 검색 기능을 구현하였으며, XML-RPC, HTTP의 GET, POST, PUT 방식 API와 SOAP 방식의 API로 구성된 웹 연동 모듈을 구현하였다.

In various fields of information technology, it is growing up the needs about dynamic content management systems to store and manage SGML(Standard Generalized Markup language) documents in a database system. In this paper, we consider the issue of storing SGML documents that having complex hierarchical structure into a database system, and then propose a data model based on ODMG(Object Database Management Group) object model in order to store SGML documents without loss of information. Because the proposed data model reflects physical element structure and logical entity structure of SGML documents, it is able to store the SGML document in a database system at the system at the element- level granularity without any information loss. And also the proposed data model can be adapted among ODMG-compliant object database management systems. Finally, we will discuss on the implementation details of SGML repository system supports the functionality of automatic database schema creation for any DTD(Document Type Definition0, the functionality of storing the SGML document, the functionality of dynamic document assembly from stored database objects to SGML document, and the functionality of indexing and searching for database objects.

최근의 비즈니스 환경의 변화는 각 기업이 서로 상호작용을 빈번하게 하는 것을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화에서 정보시스템간의 정보교환을 원활히 하는 것을 바탕으로 통합이 주요한 키워드로 등장하고 있다. 특히, e-비즈니스와 같이 여러 기업이 상호작용하는 경우 문서의 이력과 변경과정을 체계적으로 기록하고 추적하는 것 이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우에 의해 자동화되어 실행되는 비즈니스 프로세스의 진행과정에서 XML문서의 변경을 자동으로 찾아 기록하고 이를 효과적으로 저장하는 새로운 방법론을 제시한다. 또한 본 논문은 이를 바탕으로 프로세스의 이상상황에서 문서를 이전 상태로 회복시키는 효과적인 방법론을 제안한다. 본 논문의 유용성을 증명하기 위하여 원형시스템을 구현하였으며, 간단한 실험을 통하여 저장의 효율성을 보였다.

In this paper, we analyze the security requirement for a circulation of the classified documents. During the whole document process phases, including phases of drafting, sending/receiving messages, document approval, storing and saving, reading, examining, out-sending and canceling a document, we catch hold of accompanied threat factors and export every threat factors of security. We also propose an appropriate and correspondent approach for security in a well-prepared way. Last, we present the security guidelines for security architecture of the classified documents circulation.

Recent business environments require a company to communicate frequently with other companies. This makes it essential to use XML (extensible Markup Language) documents. Especially in e-Business environments, change management of documents is important to record and trace the history of the documents. It is also important to reconstruct a certain version of documents that are exchanged among companies. In this paper, we propose a new method of storing a document by detecting changes automatically and reconstructing the document version when a user requests. A prototype system is implemented on top of a workflow system. Our approach provides efficiency of storage space and convenient management of documents.

빠르게 변하는 정보화 사회에서 방대한 양의 문서 정보를 전자 문서로 만들고 관리하는 것은 필수적이다. 이러한 전자 문서를 표현하는 데 있어서 사용하는 문서 내에 포함된 모든 정보를 손실 없이 저장하고 관리하는데 적합한 언어가 전자 문서의 표준인 XML이다. 본 논문에서는 문서의 변경이 발생한 경우에 문서 전체가 아닌 변경이 발생한 내용만 버전을 부여하고 저장함으로써 저장 공간을 절약하였다. 그리고 문서의 변경 내용이 일정한 크기 이하이면 JOIN 연산을 생략할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계함으로써 JOIN 연산으로 인한 시스템의 성능 저하를 줄여 효율적인 XML 문서 저장과 빠른 검색 및 버전 관리가 가능한 방안을 제시하고, 이를 적용한 문서 저장 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

In construction projects, it is common to exchange documents using email because of convenience. In this study, a method extracting and organizing block information automatically based on email was developed. This method is composed of document exchange and archiving processes, which are difficult to manage and vulnerable to loss. Therefore, this study aims to develop a solution that can automatically link email and block information. The block data components are designed to derive from email exchange and user-additional input information. Also, automatically generating blocks process including extraction and conversion of information was proposed. This solution can lead to promote the convenience of project document management in terms of identifying the document flow and preventing loss of information.

본 논문에서는 XML 문서를 관계형 데이터베이스에 저장하는 XML 문서 저장 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 XML 문서 구조인 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 보완한 XML Schema를 XML 문서의 기반구조로 사용하며, 또한 XML 문서의 저장과 색인의 효율성을 위해 XML 문서에 대한 저장 구조는 정적 테이블과 필드들을 가지는 데이터베이스를 기 생성하여 처리토록 하여, 제안 시스템을 이용한 애플리케이션에서 활용하기 용이하도록 하였다.

본 논문은 HWP, DOC와 같은 워드 문서를 대상으로 사용자가 작성한 구조적인 규칙과 XML 기반 워드 문서 변환 기법을 이용함으로써, 사용자의 관심 영역에 해당하는 다양한 형태(표, 리스트 등)의 정보를 효과적으로 추출(변환)하여 저장하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템은 3가지의 중요한 요소들로 구성되어 있는데, 1)워드문서의 원시 XML문서로의 변환방법, 2)XML 기반 구조적인 규칙 작성과 규칙을 이용하여 원시 XML 문서에서 정보를 추출(변환)하는 방법, 3)추출 된 정보에서 최종 XML을 생성하거나 DB에 저장하는 방법이 그것이다. 워드문서의 변환을 위해서 독립적으로 동작하는 OCX 기반의 워드문서 변환 데몬(daemon)을 개발하였고, 사용자의 정보 추출(변환)과정을 돕기 위해서 XSLT를 확장한 형태의 스크립트 언어를 개발하였다. 스크립트 언어는 비교적 간단한 문법 구조를 가지고 있고, 데이터 처리를 위한 자체 정의 함수와 변수를 사용한다. 추출된 정보는 원하는 형태의 구조적인 문서로 생성하거나 DB에 저장할 수 있다. 개발한 시스템(PPE)은 워드 문서 원문 정보에 대한 데이터베이스 구축 및 서비스의 제공, 혹은 구축된 데이터베이스를 이용하여 다양한 처리를 하거나 현황 통계를 제공하는 분야에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 실제로 연구과제관리 시스템과 성과정보시스템에 시범 적용하였다.
