In this paper, we suggest a framework to represent the fuzziness in knowledge base as a perspective of the object-oriented paradigm. We divide the knowledge base in two parts. One is the object-base that stores the fuzzy propositions and the explanatory databases. The other is the rule-base that manages the rules between the fuzzy propositions. As the first step, we have to develop a new fuzzy object model that gives an easy way to represent the fuzzy propositions, that is, the fuzzy knowledge in the real world.

In 2010, the second phase of Kyeongbu KTX high speed train construction is expected to be completed. Therefore KTX's fare system need to be further improved. In this study, analyze the present condition and problems whit applying the existing fare system into the second phase of KTX high speed train, and then suggests improvement measures that divide KTX's fare system with distance-based fare and service-based fare.

In this paper, we are focused on the analysis of Petri nets model using the subnet. Specially, we are proposes a divide-conquer method of Petri nets under the condition of one-boundedness for all the Petri nets. The usefulness of the approach is shown by applying the proposed techniques to a illustration model.

At the neutral sections, There are neutral sections inserted in overhead contact line between the substations to divide different phase current sections of AC electrified lines. Except convention line, a large stress occurs in the contact wire near the fittings under passing pantographs. So, in order to raise the train speed over 150km/h, a new type section has been adopted.

Visual analytic for intangible cultural heritage has recently developed in China. Using advanced interactive visualization tools experts can observe data distribution trends and explore the implicit relationships among data within a short time. It can enhance human cognitive and analytical abilities and improve the scientific preservation of intangible cultural heritage. To support this research topic, we have reviewed recent visualization works on intangible cultural heritage in China. We divide these works into three types: text visualization, multi-dimensional visualization, and geographical visualization. Each type is illustrated by several representative works. New development trends in this area are also discussed.

유한체 $GF(2^n)$에서 두 원소의 곱셈을 수행하는 공간 복잡도가 낮은 병렬 처리 곱셈기의 구현에 있어서 divide-and-conquer 방법은 유용하게 사용된다. 이를 이용한 가장 널리 알려진 알고리듬으로는 카라슈바 (Karatsuba-Ofman) 알고리듬과 다중 분할 카라슈바(Multi-Segment Karatsuba) 알고리듬이 있다. Leo ne은 카라슈바 알고리듬의 최적화된 반복 횟수를 제안하였고, Ernst는 다중 분할 카라슈바 방법을 이용한 일반적이고 확장 가능한 유한체 곱셈기를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 Ernst가 제시한 다중 분할 카라슈바 병렬 처리 곱셈기의 복잡도를 제시한다. 또한 기존 방법의 병렬 처리 곱셈기와 시간 복잡도는 같지만 공간 복잡도는 낮은 새로운 다중 분할 카라슈바 방법의 병렬 처리 곱셈기를 제안하며 그에 따른 최적화된 반복 횟수를 제안한다. 나아가서 제안하는 곱셈기가 몇몇 유한체에서 카라슈바 방법의 병렬 처리 곱셈기 보다 공간 복잡도에서 효과적임을 제시한다.

도시기반시설에 첨단 정보통신기술을 융합하여 도시의 경쟁력과 삶의 질 향상을 추구하는 유비쿼터스도시는 구축과 운영에 있어 막대한 비용이 필요한 반면에 정보화 사회에서의 정보격차를 경험하고 있는 저소득층이 사용자로서의 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있는 실질적 u-서비스를 발굴하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해 본 연구는 기존에 제안된 u-서비스 중 저소득층에게 적합한 항목을 선별한 후 계층화분석법(AHP)을 이용하여 법 제도적여건, 기술구현성, 범용성을 기준으로 각각에 대한 중요도와 쌍대비교를 통해 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그 결과 저소득층에게 제공되어야 할 u-서비스로 치매노인 미아방지, 가로(街路)안전대응, 취업고용 정보지원 서비스 등의 순으로 우선순위가 도출됨에 따라, 저소득층을 위한 실질적인 u-서비스의 구축 방향을 제시하였다고 생각한다.

현대 정보 사회에서 정보격차라는 장벽이 존재한다. 이러한 장벽 때문에 장애인들은 세상과 소통하는 데 어려움이 있다. 최근 스마트 기술의 발달에 따라 스마트 기기는 장애인들에게 필수품이 되어가고 있다. 현재 장애인들의 스마트 애플리케이션 접근성 향상은 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 장애인의 스마트접근성 향상을 위한 가이드라인을 개발하는 것이다. 이 가이드라인은 기존의 모마일 접근성 가이드라인에 기초를 두고 개발하였다. 가이드라인은 다음과 같다. 즉, 스마트기기에서 청색 최소화, 입력창에 자동 포커스 제공, 행위 추적, 폰트 칼라 변경 가능, 모션에 의한 응급상황 공지, 제스처 인식, 컨트롤 위치, 스크롤링 금지, 시각경고메시지의 음성화 서비스, 아이콘에 대한 텍스트레벨 부착 등을 포함한다.
