This study is for analyzing the mgmt performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA, one of the most importantly external environment in int'l mgmt since in the mid of 1990s. The main purpose can be mentioned to test empirically some relations between the mgmt performances of Korean tourism ones and the economic effects originated from FTA. The dependent variables of mgmt performances are classified with sales, profits and mgmt satisfaction, while the independent one regarding with economic effects from FTA are sorted based on the previous studies with the 2 following factors like direct with inbound/outbound and indirect effects. This study is conducted in two stages. Firstly, the research model is designed by the reviewing relevant theories and previous studies. Secondly, the survey of Korean tourism firms engaging in mgmt activities is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are used for correlation, reliability, validity and multi-regression on SPSS 12.0 and the path analysis of structural equation modeling is activated with AMOS 11.0.

In spite of a few numbers of Hyangga that is handed down today, Hyangga has diverse and abundant contents. So it is possible to survey Hyangga as a journey literature of the middle age. On this purpose we can inquire into the Hwarangs' group journey, because the Hwarang was one of the main enjoying group of Hyangga. Hwarangs' group journey shows many aspects. They made a journey for the public purpose like a tour of inspection of people's daily life and the fortresses of the country's peripheral areas. Also, they made a journey for personal purposes like enjoying the attractive view of the mountains and rivers or seeking pretty girls outside of the palace. On these journeys, Hwarang made and enjoyed Hyanggas. Among Hyanggas that remains today, Hyeseongga and Cheoyongga have a direct relation to Hwarang's journey. Hyeseongga was made to eliminate the calamities that occurred at the time of the start of a journey. It is expressed in this poem that Hwarang could take a peaceful trip with the condition that the celestial objects shed light on the earth path. As such, the trip becomes a sacred ceremony. Cheoyongga reflects the fact that the foreigner Cheoyong became Hwarang and toured the streets of Seorabeol, the capital of Shilla. The Cheoyong's bitterness of broken love is expressed in this poem. SongSadahamga and MoJukjirangga come under a broad category of Hwarang's journey literature. SongSadahamga is a farewell poem for Hwarang who leaves to fight on the battlefield. It was universal to make a journey for the fighting of a battle in Shilla period, so many Hyanggas would be made under those situations. MoJukjirangga has the content of Hwarang's trip for saving his follower who was taken by another senior. It expresses the intimate relationship between Hwarang and the follower. Though the words of the song have not been remained, Hyeongeumpogok, Daedogok, and Mungungok were created on the way of Hwarang's journey. These seem to be a series poems which have the proper characteristic features of the Hwarang's journey literature. In these poems, the king's open mind and liberal political views are reflected. In short, Hwarang created and enjoyed Hyanggas on the way of their journey, so Hyangga has the features of journey literature in Korean middle ages.
This study was to examine the mediating role of high school students' teacher justice experience and their emotional relationship with teachers in the links between belief in a just world and school engagements, along with gender differences. The participants were 383 high school students in Seoul, Korea. The results showed that the more the students believed in a just world, the more they engaged in school life. In addition, the effect of belief in a just world on teacher-student relationship was fully mediated by teacher justice experience, and teacher-student relationship also mediated association between teacher justice experience and school engagement. In particular, for female students(N=213), the belief in a just world had both direct and indirect effect on school engagement mediated by students' experience of teacher justice and their relationship with teachers in order. On the other hand, for male students(N=168), the influence of belief in a just world on school engagement was fully mediated by teacher justice experience and teacher-student relationship in sequence. The results that belief in a just world had different path to school engagement by gender could be helpful to understand beneficial effect of belief in a just world in educational context.
This study aims to examine the level of precariousness among young adults in South Korea and analyze the factors affecting their subjective well-being by adopting the three forms of precariousness suggested by Rodgers(1989) such as lack of resource, uncertainty and disempowerment as its analytical framework. Structural Equation Model was used for analyzing the path model of self-rated health, income level and social support(three forms of resource) affecting subjective wellbeing through uncertainty and disempowerment. Study population include young adults aged between 19 to 34 with a sample size of 415 using data of the 8th wave of the Korean General Social Survey(KGSS), 2010. Study population is divided into lower-age group (aged between 19-26) and upper-age group (aged between 27-34) in order to examine the differences between age groups by using Multiple Group Analysis. Study results show that three forms of resources, uncertainty and disempowerment had direct effect on the subjective well-being of South Korean young adults and disempowerment had the most significant effect among the factors. In addition, self-rated health and income level had indirect effect on subjective well-being through both uncertainty and disempowerment while social support had indirect effect on subjective well-being only through disempowerment. Results from the Multiple Group Analysis indicate that among the two age groups, income level only has a significant effect on subjective well-being in the upper-age group. In addition, disempowerment had greater effect on subjective wellbeing among upper-age group than the lower-age group. Based on the study results, this paper suggested policy implications and discussion for further research.

This study examined the effects of perceived value (functional value, social value) and stress (complexity, insecurity) on continuous intention in SNS. In particular, this study examined the direct and indirect impacts of SNS type on the intention of continuing to use SNS. The research model was tested for 461 respondents that used SNS. SPSS 21.0 and PLS 2.0 techniques were used to perform reliability, feasibility, path and hierarchical regression analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, the results indicate that functional value and social value have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, the results indicate that complexity had a negative effect on satisfaction. Third, the results indicate that insecurity and satisfaction have positive effects on continuous intention. Fourth, the results indicate that SNS type had a negative effect on continuous intention. Fifth, it was shown that SNS type had a moderating effect in the relationship between insecurity and continuous intention. Specifically, Insecurity had a stronger effect on continuous intention at closed-type SNS than open-type SNS. These findings suggest that closed-type SNS companies will have to address the anxiety of SNS users by providing various items and system devices.
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 280 people who had experience of using mobile augmented reality-based online concerts. Using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs, the factors affecting the intention to reuse were investigated through statistical analysis(correlation analysis, path analysis, etc.). The main results are as follows. First of all, Presence and interactivity had a positive effect on flow, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Flow had a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness had a direct positive effect on intention to reuse whereas perceived ease of use had an indirect effect on intention to reuse through perceived usefulness. In order to increase the intention to reuse of the mobile augmented reality-based online concert, it is necessary to prepare a plan to increase the level of presence, interactivity, and flow experienced by users. This study identified factors that affect the intention to reuse online concerts based on mobile augmented reality in an untact society. Therefore, it will be meaningful in that it presents the implications necessary to prepare a plan that can be efficiently accepted by consumers for the rapidly growing mobile augmented reality-based online concert.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of academic self-efficacy, task value, behavioral participation, cognitive participation, emotional participation, and initiative participation on learning satisfaction in 462 college students who took a flip learning class. Results, As for the direct effect of variables affecting learning satisfaction, behavioral participation was the largest factor, followed by initiative participation, task value, emotional participation, and academic self-efficacy. These variables explained 86% of learning satisfaction. Academic self-efficacy and task value had an indirect effect on learning satisfaction through behavioral, emotional, and proactive participation. In the multi-group moderating effect with the upper-middle class (B+ or higher) and the lower-middle class (below B) group as the moderating variables, there was a partial moderating effect because the path coefficients of leading participation and learning satisfaction differed between the groups. It is necessary to seek various ways to increase the degree of participation in learning and to develop an intervention strategy through a program tailored to each individual.

This study is an attempt to establish a model and identify the relationship between the individual characteristics of college students, Internet usage characteristics, exposure to pornography, and anti-social sexual perception. The subjects of the study were 360 college students aged 18 or older in B city, and the collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The goodness-of-fit index of the modified model met the acceptance criteria (𝛘2/df=2.786, GFI=.95, AGFI=.92, SRMR=.06, RMSEA=.07, NFI=.89, CFI=.93, TLI=.90). According to the results of path analysis, the variables that directly affect anti-social sexual perceptions of college students were personal characteristics and exposure to pornography, and the variable with indirect effect was the Internet usage characteristics. The biggest direct effect on anti-social sexual perception was exposure to pornography, and it was confirmed that exposure to pornography was directly affected by personal characteristics and Internet usage characteristics. Therefore, in order to reduce anti-social sexual perceptions among college students, measures should be taken to control personal characteristics and Internet usage characteristics that directly affect the level of exposure to pornography.
The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of violence justification, including actor-effect and partner-effect, in the process where the offense motive affects dating violence. The subjects of this study were 135 unmarried male and female couples aged 19 and over who were dating for more than 3 months, and each couple was subjected to a self-report scale on motives, justification of violence, and dating violence. Based on these paraphrasing, as a result of analyzing the path model using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model, Men and women's motivations showed a direct effect on their dating violence, while women's motivations showed a significant partner effect on men's violence. The male's motivation also had a significant impact on his dating violence and partner's abuse of dating violence as a mediator for justification of his violence. On the other hand, the mediating effect of justifying violence in women was not significant. These results show that there is a gender difference between the motives for violence and the paths for justifying violence in the sex violence of men and women. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study, and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
The milled rice yield of the fertilized Zeolite in the sandy loam as 542 Kg/10a was increased by 11% compared with the check plat as a standard cultivation. Significant positive correlations of that were found between grain yield/plant and panicle/total weight ratio or average weight of panicle, while lower correlations between ratio of riqened grains and grain yield/ plant. But significant negative correlations were found between 1,000-grain weight of rough and 4th. 5th internode/culm length ratio. It was reavealed that there were higher direct effects for ratio of ripened grains and spikelets/panicle affecting grain yield/plant through path analysis among the yield components. Moreover, organic dry matter production at 35 days after heading were heavier by 26% in active leaves, 19% in stem + leaf sheath, and 5% in panicle, respectively. Ratio of settled spikelets on the terminal of primary rachis-branch was 47% to total spikelets, and 37% in half-upper of that, moreover many spikelets settled on the terminal of rachis. Therefore, it was recognized that there were a dominant effect of apical glumous flower by fertilized Zeolite.
