  • This exploratory study was conducted to derive the components of digital entrepreneurship by targeting the experts related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Through the review of previous studies and Delphi analysis, the major components of digital entrepreneurship were derived into the 'digital entrepreneurial orientation area' and the 'digital technology competency area'. The components of digital entrepreneurship are innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking, desire for achievement, ability to identify digital business opportunities, digital technology utilization capability, digital operation process establishment capability, digital technology development capability, digital technology acceptance, information exchange, and cooperation network establishment, digital-based customer acquisition and management was presented. The importance and execution of success factors were measured through IPA analysis. The first quadrant(keep up the good work) includes proactiveness, ability to identify digital business opportunities, and ability to establish digital business processes. The second quadrant(concentrate here) includes innovativeness, digital technology development capability, and digital technology acceptance. The third quadrant(low priority) includes risk-taking, desire for achievement, digital technology utilization capacity, and digital-based customer acquisition and management. The fourth quadrant(possible overkill) includes information exchange and cooperation network establishment. This study is meaningful in that it presents the concept and components of digital entrepreneurship for digital entrepreneurs that can be applied in Korea.

The objective was to enhance the healthcare rights of individuals with disabilities, considering the potential expansion of the digital health policy. The findings indicate that digital health holds significant promise in improving mobility and accessibility for the healthcare rights of disabled individuals in Korea. However, addressing the digital gap is crucial for achieving smooth utilization. To ensure seamless use of the digital health system, it is imperative to attain digital inclusion, encompassing digital technology, connectivity, and accessibility. Additionally, establishing governance for digital health and expanding infrastructure for affordable access to high-quality internet are essential. Despite the study's limitations arising from relying on literature research, it is anticipated that the findings can serve as foundational data for preemptive responses and provide insights into the direction of the government's digital health policy to enhance the healthcare rights of individuals with disabilities.

A large number of Digital Art is contact with the audience in pavilion(limit place and limit period). However, It will be possible, Digital Art can use place digital form media even there are indoor, outdoor, anywhere. Prior to study, I was to analyze the feature of Digital Art in order to using Digital Art, Interactivity make communication between humans and the art as well as cause audience participation, and take a role of bridge between human and space. A study was base on the relationship between human and space, space and Digital Art, Digital Art and human taken the focus interaction between human and space, and Interactivity of Digital Art. This paper analyze reciprocal action for utilize Digital Art in indoor space design, and this paper study expression about indoor design base of interactive.

  • The purpose of this study had started from trying to look for a new standard in new media era and sounding out possibility of perspective of digital poetry, and had been extracting interpretational elements based on characteristics of otology in digital poetics research in technical method. Through examination of many documentary records, we suggested interpretive elements of medial space based on meaning and the theory of digital poetics. We deduced three perspectives based on relationship between the basic thesis in poetics and interpretive elements of medial space. We used them as tool for analysis of example. We chose as an example that change of program in space is clear through connection of media and space in where new form of creation happens through digital instruments and chose article as subject to which digital technology is applied and had been since 2000, The result of this study is as following: First, epistemological analysis about a space of digital media in new media era requires poetical approach unlike aesthetic approach. We can endow creative action and creation process with significance and pay attention to technical method of manufacturing, stating appropriateness of perspective in digital poetics. Second, the justice of digital poetics and its basic thesis help derive analytic elements from medial space and study purpose of production, technical method, ontological characteristics, which are three perspectives of digital poetics. Third, it analyzed characteristics of example according to three perspectives above and we can analyze characteristics of spacial expression in space of digital media into potential, trans-active, and semiosis space. It would be possible through analyzing examples in digital poetic perspective to overlook new methods of design in 21th and various perspectives and possibilities of medial space design.

Through this analysis, the study aims to provide new perspectives and insights into trade policies in the digital commerce era. Design/methodology/approach - This study conducts a case analysis of Indonesia's customs and tariff policies on electronic transmissions, focusing on the purpose and rationale behind imposing tariffs on digital products, the potential violations of international trade norms, and the economic impact of such tariffs. Findings - This study concludes that Indonesia's policy of defining electronic transmissions as digital goods subject to customs tariffs is both necessary for increasing government revenue and supporting various public policy objectives. Additionally, it finds that this policy does not violate international norms and is feasible, providing valuable insights for other developing countries and international organizations in formulating trade policies for digital products. Research implications or Originality - This study demonstrates that Indonesia's digital goods tariff policy aims not only to increase revenue but also to achieve public policy objectives. It signifies a significant policy decision to promote the growth of the digital economy and support the development of digital economies in developing countries. • Purpose - Digital trade, which started in the early 2000s, is showing a sharp increase due to the recent pandemic. However, despite this proliferation, users' acceptance of innovation is very slow. Cloud services are at the center of digital trade activation. This study aims to contribute to the spread of digital trade through empirical analysis of the resistance factors that hinder the use of cloud service-based digital trade using the innovation resistance theory and the status quo bias theory. Design/Methodology/Approach - In order to achieve the research purpose, this study was conducted with 171 entrepreneurs using cloud service-based digital trade. Structural equation model(SEM) was used through empirical analysis. Findings - As a result of the study, it was found that the complexity of technology, perceived risk, compatibility, and trust in service providers had a significant effect on innovation resistance, and policy trust did not affect innovation resistance. Also, security concerns and institutional trust were analyzed to have a significant effect on the trust of service providers. Research Implications - This study is meaningful to help the rapid diffusion of innovative technologies through empirical analysis of factors that lower the intention to accept cloud service-based digital trade.

  • The 4th Industrial Revolution and Covid 19 are moving the fashion industry from offline to online. Fashion shows that took place offline are being replaced by online. Online is greatly increasing consumers' digital customer experience based on digital technologies. In this study, we studied the effect of digital experience factors on digital customer satisfaction based on the Schmitt(1999)'s experience marketing. The effect of digital customer satisfaction on purchase, continuous use intention, and recommendation intention were also studied. In addition, the moderating effect of experience frequency was studied. We randomly sampled 180 individuals among fashion mall users.. SPSS 24, AMOS 23 and Process Macro 3.5 were used for statistical analysis. In the study in which digital experience factors influence digital customer satisfaction, all except the digital act showed positive influence. The impact of influence was digital sense (β = .366) > digital think (β = .225)> digital feel (β = .191) > digital relate(β = .163). Digital customer satisfaction have been positive impact on purchasing, continuance use and recommendation intention. In the moderating effect of digital experience frequency, between digital feel, digital act and digital customer experience showed a statistically effective relationship. Based on the this study, We suggested theoretical and practical implications.
