Digital Distribution in Preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution: Focused on the Beauty Industry

  • Purpose: After using the Internet, the world is changing through several paradigms, and the retail industry, which is essential to living in the world, is also changing rapidly. In this review paper, the requirements that the retail industry should consider and prepare in accordance with the rapidly changing paradigm were reviewed according to the current situation of the times. Research design, data, and methodology: It is a review of technological development using PRISMA flow diagram, retail change, and necessity in April 2022, and a review of the digital environment to be applied to the retail industry in the future. Results As the current situation and changes of retail, and the development of IT technology, reviews on the retail business applying the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence were collected, and the direction of the retail industry was suggested. Conclusions: The direction for the retail industry in preparation for developing technologies was presented. In addition, this study is a review paper that suggests the need for research on active introduction of new technologies to the beauty market that is very close to human life and economically helpful as IT technology for the 4th industrial revolution develops rapidly.

  • 농업혁명, 산업혁명, 정보혁명과 맞먹는 제4의 혁명이 바로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명이다. 과거의 농업 혁명이나 산업혁명은 인류문명의 기반인 물리 공간의 혁명이었고, 월드와이드웹 서비스가 확대되면서 절정기를 맞은 정보화 혁명은 사이버 공간의 혁명이었다. 이에 반해 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명은 물리 공간과 사이버 공간의 지능적 결합을 통한 온라인과 오프라인 공간이 통합된 공간에서 이뤄진다. 사이버 공간은 자연스럽게 생활공간과 결합되어 새로운 통합 공간을 창출한다. 그 공간은 아직까지 인류가 경험하지 못한 미지의 세계이자 무한한 기회 공간이다. 본 소고는 현실 증감된 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술(RFID, CCTV)의 개념과 현황 살펴본다. 또한 본 소고의 주요 연구 목적으로는 현실 증감된 환경하에서 프라이버시, 개인정보, 전자감시에 대한 개념적인 분석을 위한 것이다. 따라서 본 소고에서는 사건, 기술적인 이슈, 문제와 해결 등에 관한 분석을 다루었다.

  • 농업혁명, 산업혁명, 정보혁명과 맞먹는 제4의 혁명이 바로 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 혁명이다. 과거의 농업혁명이나 산업혁명은 인류문명의 기반인 물리 공간의 혁명이었고, 월드와이드웹 서비스가 확대되면서 절정기를 맞은 정보화 혁명은 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)의 혁명이었다. 이에 반해 유비쿼터스 혁명은 물리 공간과 사이버 공간의 지능적 결합을 통한 온라인과 오프라인 공간이 통합된 공간에서 이뤄진다. 사이버 공간은 자연스럽게 생활공간과 결합되어 새로운 통합 공간을 창출한다. 그 공간은 아직까지 인류가 경험하지 못한 미지의 세계이자 무한한 기회 공간이다. 본 연구는 현재 진행 중인 유비쿼터스 기술의 개념과 현황 살펴본다. 또한 유비궈터스를 미용분야에 적용할 때의 문제점을 도출해보고 각 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 모든 기기간의 무선통신이 가능한 세상에서는 개인의 프라이버시에 대한 침해가 많이 발생할 소지가 많다. 이에 대한 정책적 기술적 해결방안을 제시함으로 향후 미용분야에 도래할 유비쿼터스 세상에 대한 철저한 준비에 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 치료·공급자 중심의 의료서비스에서 예방·소비자 중심의 서비스로 패러다임이 변화하고 있는 시점에 보건의료와 ICT융합기술의 접목은 4차 산업혁명 안에서 디지털 헬스케어 산업에 대한 관심을 고조시키고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어에는 건강, 영양, 운동, 및 환자관리 등이 포함되며, 디지털 헬스케어 산업에는 개인 건강 및 의료 정보를 제공할 수 있는 의료기기, 의료정보시스템 및 헬스케어 플랫폼 등과 관련된 의료 및 IT 산업의 융합으로 요약된다. 고령화 및 만성질환의 증가에 따른 사회적 요구로 인해 우리나라에서도 4차 산업혁명 안에서 디지털 헬스케어는 중요한 정책으로 다뤄지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업이 인류의 수명연장과 삶의 질 증진에 기여하기 위해서는 관련 인프라와 법률적 제도 정비 및 정책 마련 등이 시급하며 덧붙여 중요한 것은 디지털 헬스케어 산업을 이끌어갈 인재 육성을 위한 융합적 교육의 활성화가 필요하겠다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 동향과 정부의 연구개발 정책방향에 대해 고찰하고 미래 발전 방향 및 시사점을 도출하고자 시행되었다.

A Study on Research Trend Analysis and Topic Class Prediction of Digital Transformation using Text Mining

  • In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation, which means changes in all industrial structures, politics, economics and society as well as IT technology, is an important issue. It is difficult to know which research topic is being studied because digital transformation is being studied in various fields. Convergence research is possible because a research topic is studied in various fields such as computer science area and Decision science area. However, it is difficult to know the specific research status of the research topic. In this study, eight research topics were derived using the topic modeling technique of text mining for abstract of academic literature and the trend of each topic was analyzed. We also proposed to create a Topic-Word Proportions Table in the LDA based Topic modeling process to predict the topic of new literature. The results of this study are expected to contribute to advanced convergence research on topic of digital transformation. It is expected that the literature related to each research topic will be grasped and contribute to the design of a new convergence research.

  • This study aims to study non-rechargeable wrist-type smart bands for those vulnerable to the digital environment. The transition to the digital age means improving the efficiency of human life and the convenience of management. In the digital age, it can be a very convenient infrastructure for the digital generation, but otherwise, it can cause inconvenience. COVID-19 is spreading non-face-to-face culture. The reality is that the vulnerable are complaining of discomfort in non-face-to-face culture. The core of the digital environment is smartphones. Digital life is spreading around smartphones. Technology that drives the digital environment is the core technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The technologies are lot, big data, Blockchain, Smart Mobility, and AI. Related technologies based on these technologies include digital ID cards, digital keys, and nfc technologies. Non-rechargeable wrist-type smart bands based on related technologies can be conceptualized. Through these technologies, blind people can easily access books and manage their ID cards conveniently and efficiently. In particular, access authentication is required wherever you go due to COVID-19, which can be used as a useful tool for the elderly who feel uncomfortable using smartphones. It can also eliminate the inconvenience of the elderly finding or losing their keys.

  • Recently the attention to the 4th industrial revolution has been increasing. In the 4th industrial revolution era, the boundaries of physical space, digital space, and biological space are becoming blurred since the active convergence between various fields There are a lot of issues on the 4th industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence, internet of thing, big data, and cyber physical system. Accordingly, this study aims to analyse the main issues of the 4th industrial revolution. Data mining such as topic modelling method is used for the analysis. This study is expected to be helpful for the researcher and policy maker of the 4th industrial revolution.

  • 빅데이터와 제4차산업혁명은 새로운 형태의 에너지를 낳지 않고 디지털화라는 새로운 기술적 현상을 촉발한 최초의 혁명이다. 디지털트랜스포메이션은 파괴적인 혁신을 야기 시켰고, 각 나라와 주요 기업들은 이에 대한 대응이 필요한 상황이다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 국내외 실증연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 디지털트랜스포메이션 추진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 문헌고찰을 통해 발굴하고, 델파이 스터디를 통해 수정 및 보완하여 연구모형을 개발하고 실증 분석하였다. 연구모형은 IDT와 TOE 모델을 결합하여 기술, 혁신, 조직, 환경 등의 주기준과 17개의 하부기준으로 구성되었다. 이를 실증분석하기 위해 국내 디지털트랜스포메이션 추진 주관사 및 협력사의 전문가를 대상으로 AHP의사결정기법을 이용하였다. 디지털트랜스포메이션을 추진하는 기업들은 기업이 속한 집단의 업종 및 기업규모 관점의 특성에 따라 디지털트랜스포메이션 추진에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 고려하여 추진한다면 성공적인 디지털트랜스포메이션의 달성 가능성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

  • The differentiators of this study are as follows. I would like to consider the factors that the compensation, considering the characteristics of the members of the ICT construction company, affects the turnover and suggest ways to promote the welfare of ICT construction company members in the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to look at how perceived compensation affects the degree of turnover by members of small ICT construction companies through organizational Commitment and job placement. Specifically, the independent variable looks at the causal relationship between organizational civic behavior and organizational trust through Turnover intention. First, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of the tasks of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment. Second, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of wages by members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on organizational immersion and job alignment. Third, in the fourth industrial revolution, the promotion management of members of ICT construction companies did not have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment Fourth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the concentration of members of ICT construction companies' organization is found to have a positive influence on turnover. Fifth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the job alignment of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on turnover.

조직 내 4차 산업혁명의 기술 적용에 관한 연구 (The Technology Application of Fourth Industrial Revolution in Organization)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine organizational change for a technological application of the fourth industrial revolution. The theoretical background of this study utilized organizational change management, the fourth industrial revolution, technological innovation, and voluntary acceptance. This research method used structural equations, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance. According to the results of the study, the organizational implement system, organizational leadership, and organizational operating system provided a positive effect on the voluntary technology acceptance of organization members. The voluntary technology acceptance provided a positive effect on the effectiveness of individual task innovation. However, organizational institutionalization among the independent variables did not affect voluntary acceptance. All independent variables except the organizational institutionalization had a partial mediating effect in the mediating effect verification. Meanwhile, The three groups by the cluster analysis were classified as new technology apathy, preference, and anxiety groups, and differences appeared among groups in the importance of organizational change variables. The organizational implement system in the technology apathy group and the organizational operating system in the technology anxiety group have a positive effect on voluntary technology acceptance. The technology preference group shows that a positive effect on organizational leadership and a negative effect on organizational institutionalization for voluntary technology acceptance. This study analyzed the technology application of the fourth industrial revolution in the organization based on the theory of organizational change. There has been reexamined the organizational change theory based on the new technology acceptance by the change of external environment in the fourth industrial revolution and the importance of technology innovation. As a practical implication, firms that are interested in a new technology of the fourth industrial revolution should prioritize preparing an implementation system when designing organizational changes.
