간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 디지털리터러시, 간호정보역량이 근거기반실무역량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Critical Thinking Disposition, Digital Literacy, and Nursing Informatics Competence on the Competency in Evidence-Based Practice among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the competency in evidence-based practice, critical thinking disposition, digital literacy, and nursing informatics competence, and to identify the factors influencing the competency in evidence-based practice among nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 196 nurses from a university hospital in J-city. Data were collected from December 1 to December 30, 2023. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 26.0 program using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The results showed that the factors influencing the competency in evidence-based practice included nursing informatics competence, critical thinking disposition, digital literacy, and having a master's degree. The participants with a master's degree demonstrated higher competency in evidence-based practice compared to those with a three-year degree or a four-year degree, and a total explanatory power was 53.1%. Conclusion: In this study, critical thinking disposition, digital literacy, and nursing informatics competence were influential factors in competency of evidence-based practice. Therefore, a variety of intervention programs should be developed to enhance the impact of these factors on nurses' competency in evidence-based practice.

중·장년층의 디지털리터러시와 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Digital Literacy and Life Satisfaction of Middle-Aged and Older People)

  • 이 연구는 공공도서관을 이용한 중·장년층의 디지털 리터러시 역량이 중·장년층의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해 G 지역에 거주하는 40~64세의 중·장년층 192명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 데이터는 통계 패키지 SPSS 27 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 분석 방법은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, t-test와 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 사후 검증으로 Duncan 방법, 회귀분석 등을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 첫째, 디지털 리터러시 역량이 중·장년층 삶의 만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 디지털 리터러시 역량이 향상될수록 중·장년층의 삶의 만족도가 높아졌다. 둘째, 전체 조사 대상자의 성별, 학력, 직장 여부, 월 평균 수입에 따른 디지털 리터러시 역량은 내가 하는 일(학업이나 업무 활동 등)에 영향을 미쳤고, 최종학력에 따른 디지털 리터러시 역량은 삶의 만족도에서 여가 및 문화생활에 영향을 미쳤다.

항공서비스전공 대학생의 디지털 리터러시 역량이 학습몰입, 학습만족, 학습성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Digital Literacy Competency on Learning Flow Earning Satisfaction and Learning Outcomes of College Students Majoring in Aviation Service)

  • Recently, the acquisition and production of information using digital tools and the creation of new knowledge are emphasized as important educational elements. Therefore, in this study, the effect of learning achievement according to the digital literacy level of college students was analyzed. For the analysis, a questionnaire is conducted with college students majoring in aviation services attending universities in Seoul Capital Area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypothesis of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on the questionnaire, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of digital literacy competency of college students majoring in aviation service, 'technology use' is found to have a positive effect on 'cognitive flow' and 'emotional flow' of learning flow except 'behavioral flow'. Second, among the sub-factors of digital literacy competency, 'self-learning' is found to have a positive effect on 'cognitive flow', 'emotional flow', and 'behavioral flow' in learning flow. Third, the sub-factors of learning flow, 'cognitive flow', 'emotional flow', and 'behavioral flow' have a positive effect on 'learning satisfaction'. Fourth, 'learning satisfaction' is found to have a positive effect on 'learning outcomes'. Based on the research results, practical support measures and strategies for educational success are presented.

의과대학생의 디지털윤리-리터러시, 다문화수용성, 세계시민의식이 문화적역량에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Medical Students' Digital Ethics-literacy, Multicultural Acceptance, and Global Citizenship on Cultural Competency)

  • This study is descriptive research study to understand the impact of digital ethics-literacy, multicultural acceptance, and global citizenship of medical students' on cultural competency. The subjects for this study were the medical students of J city of Province of G, collecting data from first of October to 15th of October 2023. The tools used for this study consist of 178 questions which were 9 questions of general properties, 70 questions of digital ethics-literacy, 35 questions of multicultural acceptance, 3qustions of global citizenship and 33 questions of cultural competency. As a result of this study, the score of digital ethics-literacy was 2.67±0.85(out of 5), the score of multicultural acceptance was 3.62±1.08(out of 6), the score of global citizenship was 3.72±0.75(out of 5), and the score of cultural competency was 3.49±0.71(out of 5). There is a positive correlation between multicultural acceptance and global citizenship. The global citizenship was the factor affecting significantly on cultural competency. The power of explication was 20.8%. The education for accepting and understanding cultural diversity and offering opportunity of domestic and overseas volunteering programs so that global citizenship could be improved. There is also a need of development of integrative education programs in terms of multicultural education including direct and indirect digital media education which can perform medical service for various multicultural recipient on the medical site not an one-shot instiiled displine.

지속적인 디지털 전환을 위한 소상공인 디지털 리터러시 측정지표 개발 연구: 3차 산업(숙박 및 음식점업, 도·소매업, 서비스업)을 중심으로 (Development and Study of Digital Literacy Indicators(Checklist) for Micro Business Owners for Continuous Digital Transformation: Focusing on the Tertiary Industry)

  • As the DT of micro businesses emerges as an important task, the government is also promoting support projects such as policy establishment and micro business education. This study aims to develop a new index (checklist) that can objectively measure the level of digital literacy required for DT in the tertiary industry, which accounts for the largest share of micro business owners. In this study, indicators were derived through review of existing studies and FGI, and the validity and reliability of Likert 5 were measured for decision makers in the tertiary industry. In the field of digital literacy for micro business owners, a total of 22 indicators were developed, largely composed of basic technology environment competency, information utilization competency, information dissemination and production capability, and mind recognition capability. This study has academic significance in that it can contribute to accurately understanding the digital capabilities of micro business owners by developing a digital literacy index for micro business owners, a specific group lacking in research.

디지털 리터러시 측정도구의 개발 및 예측타당성 검증 연구 (A Study on Development and Validation of Digital Literacy Measurement Tool)

  • 최근 코로나19로 인한 언텍트 시대를 맞아 비대면 소통이 일상화되었고, 온라인상에서의 소통역량이 매우 중요한 역량으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회의 변화와 요구를 반영하여 종합적이고 체계적인 디지털 리터러시 측정도구를 개발하고자 기존 디지털 리터러시 측정도구들을 유형화하여 구성 변인들을 도출하였다. 각 변인의 개념에 부합하는 34개 문항을 개발하였으며, 디지털 네이티브 세대에 해당하는 대학생을 대상으로 설문한 후 탐색적, 확증적 요인분석을 통해 신뢰도와 타당도 등을 확인하여 5개 하위요인, 25개 문항으로 디지털 리터러시 측정도구를 최종 확정하였다. 이후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 디지털 리터러시 하위 요인들의 예측 타당성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

간호대학생의 정보자원이용, 비판적 사고성향과 간호정보활용역량의 관계 (Relationships between Use of Information Resources, Critical Thinking Disposition, and Nursing Information Literacy Competency in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 정보자원이용, 비판적 사고성향, 간호정보활용역량의 관계를 파악하고, 이들의 간호정보활용역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위함이다. J시에 위치한 2개의 간호대학에 재학중인 4학년 간호대학생 118명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 간호정보활용역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(${\beta}=.54$, p<.001)과 전자정보자원(${\beta}=.27$, p<.001)으로, 이들의 설명력은 44%(F=44.96, p<.001)인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 간호정보활용역량을 향상시키기 위해서 비판적 사고성향과 전자정보자원 이용을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 후 이 프로그램이 근거기반실무 역량(근거기반실무 지식, 태도, 기술)과 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시도되었다. 간호대학 2학년 학생 72명을 대상으로 한 단일군 전후설계 연구이다. 실험중재는 간호대학생에게 6회(총 8시간)의 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램이 제공되었다. 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램을 실시한 결과 간호대학생들의 근거기반실무 역량(근거기반실무 지식, 태도, 기술)과 문제해결능력이 실험전보다 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 간호대학에서 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램을 활용하여 이들의 근거기반실무 역량 및 문제해결능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

공공분야 온라인 사회혁신 프로젝트를 통한 직무역량 강화 연구 (Research on job competency reinforcement through online social innovation project in the public sector)

  • Social innovation refers to activities that solve social problems by developing new ideas in cooperation with actors close to the field for the purpose of preserving the sustainability of society. In the field of social innovation, voices calling for a bottom-up method that starts with citizen participation are growing, and the need to improve public officials' awareness of social innovation and strengthen professionalism is being raised. In the era of Covid 19 and the 4th industrial revolution, digital literacy is being emphasized to us. In the field of social innovation, the need to strengthen social activities using digital media is growing. In this paper, an example of online social innovation project education based on the design thinking methodology was presented for public officials in Busan to improve their awareness of social innovation and secure expertise, and the effect of job competency reinforcement was statistically verified. As a result of statistical analysis, the average difference between the 'online communication' factor and the 'online empathy' factor was the largest, and it can be interpreted that digital literacy for social innovation has been strengthened.

Implications of Digital Education Policy -Focused on Basic Act for Digital-based Education-

  • This study attempted to obtain implications for digital education policy by reviewing the Framework Acts and Enforcement Decrees related to digital education. To this end, the following were explored. First, the concept and components of digital competency were reviewed. Second, the Framework Acts and Enforcement Decrees related to digital education policy were reviewed using the above concepts. Third, the characteristics and implications of the Framework Acts and Enforcement Decrees for digital education were explored. The results are as follows: Korea's digital education policy tried to reflect the categories that digital competency must cover, even its function and dysfunction role. However, to achieve their purpose, it is necessary to maintain consistency with related laws or policies. We identified that amendments to the Basic Act and related articles are essential to effectively enforce the Digital-Based Distance Education Activation Basic Act. A reevaluation of the correlation between Article 10, emphasizing digital media literacy education, and Article 5 of the enforcement decree is necessary. Revision of the enforcement decree to align with Article 10's objectives is vital to ensure proactive measures for promoting digital literacy and competence as mandated by the Basic Act.
