What kind of publicness is there in oral records? This question is the starting point of this study. To find the answer to this question, this study prepared three questions again. First, what is the public sphere and what is publicness? Second, what is the difference between oral records and other records? Third, has there been a case where oral records created publicness? This study analyzed the public sphere and publicity to achieve the purpose. Prior studies in philosophy, sociology, and politics were referenced. The results of this study are as follows. The results of this study are as follows. First, the core role of the public sphere is to provide citizens with freedom of speech. Second, oral records can record alienated information and facts and enable interaction. This study concluded that this was the publicness of oral records. This study proved this conclusion by analyzing the commentary by life history archivists who worked in the 2021 Digital Life History Archiving project.

In this paper, we propose a method for coding history detection of digital speech signal. In digital speech communication and storage, the signal is encoded to reduce the number of bits. Therefore, when a speech signal waveform is given, we need to detect its coding history so that we can determine whether the signal is an original or an coded one, and if coded, determine the number of times of coding. In this paper, we propose a coding history detection method for 12.2kbps AMR codec in terms of original, single coding, and double coding. The proposed method extracts a speech-specific feature vector from the given speech, and models the feature vector using a deep neural network. We confirm that the proposed feature vector provides better performance in coding history detection than the feature vector computed from the general spectrogram.

This study suggested a digital curation framework for supporting the digital policy of institutes that collect memory. As such, it conducted a literature review and an analysis of digital curation models, as well as a focus-group interview of historians and graduate students majoring in historical studies. In this study, digital curation framework refers to an abstract model for supporting policy development and the planning for a high-level view of the archival information service. This implications of this framework are as follows: (1) to emphasize the data life cycle and connection between stages and actions; (2) to make an infra-schema for understanding institutes that create, arrange, or store specific data as the same history contents have to be provided by different institutes and as there are differences in the data's value; (3) to check the present conditions of information services and their systems; (4) to consider the practical applications of contents that have been collected and stored; and (5) to converge all data in one system through the framework and activate diverse works in the context of the framework.

Innovation in technology has changed the form and meaning of performance work and its appreciation in its long history. Applied to performance art, the concept of digital media and ubiquitous also created new implications in aesthetics and technology. As a matter of fact, new elements of ubiquitous performance- new relationship between creators and the audience and the extension of the notion of 'audience'- are not newly introduced. These elements have been tried throughout hundreds years of performance history and is far more developed thanks to digital communication. In this study, we will discuss how these elements have been developed from the earlier text-based ubiquitous performance to 3D virtual world and contributed to the construction of the virtual culture.

Information technology improves the efficiency of humanities research. In humanities research, information technology can be used to analyze a given topic or document automatically, facilitate connections to other ideas, and increase our understanding of intellectual history. We suggest a method to identify and automatically analyze the relationships between arguments contained in unstructured data collected from humanities writings such as books, papers, and articles. Our method, which is called history mining, reveals influential relationships between arguments and the philosophers who present them. We utilize several classification algorithms, including a deep learning method. To verify the performance of the methodology proposed in this paper, empiricists and rationalism - related philosophers were collected from among the philosophical specimens and collected related writings or articles accessible on the internet. The performance of the classification algorithm was measured by Recall, Precision, F-Score and Elapsed Time. DNN, Random Forest, and Ensemble showed better performance than other algorithms. Using the selected classification algorithm, we classified rationalism or empiricism into the writings of specific philosophers, and generated the history map considering the philosopher's year of activity.

Image has more power in the 21st century than ever before. With the advance in technology and media, image is either made or received more easily and promptly using digital technology. Because of that, it has been hard for digital images to gain value as a work of art. But after NFT technology was developed and then applied to digital images, we have come to distinguish the original from the copy of it. People are trying various ways to allow digital images to be acknowledged as art, and changing the nature of digital images that makes new paradigms in the history of art. Through NFT artworks rising as a new style, this paper analyzed and investigated the new properties and changing characteristics of digital images in order to anticipate the characteristics of artworks that the public produces, enjoys, and consumes. This study is grounded on experimental analysis methods, and this author expects that it can contribute to figuring out which kinds of visual culture and artworks digital image is influencing currently from various perspectives.

This paper is concerned with the development of a simple digital stethoscope system for diagnosis of cardiac disorders. This system consists of an electronic stethoscope, IC sound recorder and a notebook computer. The cardiac sound is easily acquired by the electronic stethoscope and then recorded in IC memory stick so that the digital cardiac signal can be simply transmitted to the computer for signal display, disease diagnosis, and personal history record. A software is built with functions displaying the sound graphically and replaying the sound clearly. Further, a neural network recognition system for automatic diagnosis of cardiac disorders is also added to the software.

This study aims to present an integrated development plan that independently holds festivals for ancient Mahan historical and cultural festivals in our region. It is also aimed at promoting the intensive Mahan culture through attracting and promoting tourists through Mahan's history and culture. To this end, we intend to explore future ancient historical culture through in-depth analysis and presentation of development that can help with future development plans and build mutual consensus. The purpose of the study is to re-examine the value of Mahan culture, develop integrated Mahan culture in the future through empirical analysis by local residents and experts, and present the current status and direction through research to attract tourists.

Since the number of e-malls is increased by the rapidly Progress of internet, most e-malls are trying to increase customers' interests by providing personalized services. To Provide this service for CRM, the e-mall must use the personalized rules calculated from customer transaction database. The more filtered transaction data are, the more the e-mall services efficiently and exactly to customer's need. The filtered transaction database is necessary to obtain the food personalized rules. In this paper we propose and develope a personalized e-mall with association rules based on view history of excellent customers who have good transaction data. Association rules based on view history of excellent customers reduce the access time and computing costs. The e-mall with them can provide personalized services more efficiently and exactly.
