중소병원 간호사의 소명의식, 회복탄력성, 리더-구성원 관계 및 간호업무환경에 관한 연구 (A Study on Calling, Resillence, Leader-Member Exchange and Nursing Work Environment of Nurses in Small and Medium Sized Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 소명의식, 회복탄력성, 리더-구성원 교환관계 및 간호업무환경 간의 관계를 파악하여 간호사의 인력유지관리 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 중소병원 간호사를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 조사하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 소명의식은 회복탄력성, 리더-구성원 교환관계, 간호업무환경과 정적 상관관계가 있었으며 회복탄력성은 리더-구성원 교환관계, 간호업무환경과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 리더-구성원 교환관계와 간호업무환경도 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 이에 중소병원 간호사의 개인적 측면에서 소명의식과 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 동기부여 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 조직적 측면에서 리더-구성원 교환관계와 간호업무환경을 개선하기 위해 병원 관리자의 지속적인 리더십 강화프로그램이 필요하다.

도심환경에서의 자율 군집적인 각도 기반 라우팅 프로토콜 (A Self-Organizing Angle-based Routing Protocol for Urban Environments)

  • Mobile Ad Hoc Network(MANET)은 잦은 경로 단절과 경로 재설정으로 인한 지연 때문에 차량환경에 적용이 쉽지 않다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 VANET(Vehicular Ad Hoc Network) 알고리즘이 제안되었으며, 이들 중에서 위치 정보 기반의 라우팅 프로토콜이 유용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 도심환경에서는 차량의 잦은 이동과 함께 높은 건물들로 인한 전파 방해로 빈번한 네트워크 단절을 일으키지만 현재의 VANET은 이러한 도심환경을 고려하지 않기 때문에 토폴로지의 단절이 빈번히 일어난다. 본 논문에서는 도심환경 내에서 노드들의 이동방향을 측정한 후 캐쉬 테이블을 통하여 비교하여 교차로를 탐색하는 방법을 개선하고, 전송 홉 수를 최대한 줄여 전송효율을 높이는 라우팅 알고리즘을 제시한다.

A Study of the Development Direction Factors for Mass Customization of Clothing based on Digital Fashion System

  • Due to the diversification of lifestyles and the rapid growth of Internet environments since the 1990s, mass customization has been recently accepted as an important trend in the area of clothing and all other areas. In response to mass customized clothing products, global clothing product brands are introducing systems for mass customization such as the application of digital fashion systems that introduced IT technologies such as CAD and 3D scanners. However, studies of planning factors for clothing products applied with digital fashion systems in the area of mass production of clothing products are insufficient. Therefore, this study was intended to analyze the lifestyles of 20-30s that are expected to have the highest demand for clothing applied with digital fashion systems and present basic planning factors according to lifestyles. Through the analysis, three groups that have one of fashion pursuing type, sensory information pursuing type, and practical function pursuing type lifestyles were derived. Based on this result, consumer demand for digital fashion systems and basic factors for product planning were analyzed to present basic planning factors for digital fashion system based customized clothing by lifestyle group. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data for product planning through digital fashion systems by analyzing the awareness, preference, necessity, and planning factors of digital fashion systems through the analysis of lifestyle types.

  • In this paper, we propose a new framework based on negotiatory mobile multi agent system, and implement a mobile multi agent environment based on DECAF(Distributed Environment-Centered Agent Framework) which is one of the distributed agent development toolkit so as to implement a new PDS(Personal Digital Library System). The new framework has some optimality and higher performance in distributed environments.

  • Depending on applications where transmission bandwidth, wire distance, power consumption and EMI environments vary, design trade-offs must be made to optimize the display interface. After introducing the digital display interface architecture, topics such as cost, EMI, signal integrity, scalability and content protection are discussed with available techniques. Implementation issues are discussed regarding their cost and design complexity. Existing standards are reviewed and comparison on their strengths and shortcomings are discussed.

  • The error rate performances of digital modulation systems which are influenced by impulsive noise have been studied in the environment of electromagnetic interference(EMI). We have derived the error probability equations of L-level ASK, M-ary PSK, MSK, QAM, and APK signals. Using these derived equations, we have evaluated the performance of each system and compared each other.

  • As networks increase and cross-convergence occurs between various types of devices and communications, there is an increasing demand for interoperable service in the business environment and from end users. In this paper, we investigate interoperability issues in the digital rights management (DRM) and present a practical framework to support interoperability in environments with multiple devices. The proposed architecture enables end users to consume digital content on all their devices without awareness of the underlying DRM schemes or technologies. It also enables DRM service providers to achieve interoperability without costly modification of their DRM schemes.

Though that design give a stress to the neighborhood, we can't prevent the design taking place. We must control architectural design, because it is important to public worth and urban aesthetic. To prevent selfish architectural design, it is recommend to extend design review and reflect neighborhood opinions.

  • 본 논문에서는 SparkHDE-EM이라는 생태학적 모델 알고리즘에 기반한 하이브리드 DE를 제안한다. 그리고 Spark 기반 아일랜드 모델을 도입하여 다양한 DE 변종의 병렬화를 구현한다. 또한 Monod 모델을 활용하여 자원 간의 균형을 유지하는 방법을 제안한다.

A Wireless Location-Based Routing Algorithm in Multi-User Game Environments

  • In this paper, we propose a wireless location-based routing algorithm which uses the location information of its neighbor nodes and a destination node. At first, the proposed routing algorithm forwards a packet to the X direction by selecting a closest node to its destination as a next hop in terms of the X coordinate until the packet reaches closely to the packet's destination. Then the packet is forwarded to the Y direction by selecting a closest node to its destination in terms of the Y coordinate. We use a back off mechanism in case that a next hop cannot be found using the proposed routing algorithm, which resolves loops while forwarding. The experimental results show that the proposed routing algorithm performs well like the existing routing algorithms Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector and Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing. It is expected to use the proposed routing algorithm in the digital battlefield of military environments and survival games of commercial environments.
