Many countries, especially ICT powers, are supporting IoT-based technology at a national level and this technology is actively being researched in the businesses and research institutes in an aim to develop technology and create an ecosystem. Roads in the Seoul city are building public facilities based on IoT to provide various services and conveniences for the users. However, for the full-fledged introduction and development of IoT, there are many cases where infringement on security and privacy and threat for life and safety happen. Also, as the IoT environment includes various environment technologies such as the existing sensor network, heterogeneous communication network, and devices optimized for the IoT environment, it inherits the existing security threat and various attack techniques. This paper researches the attribute based encryption technology for safe communication in the IoT environment. The data collected from the device is transmitted utilizing the attribute based encryption and by designing the key generation protocol, grades and authorities for the device and users are identified to transmit safe messages.

Recently due to the increasing uncertainty of the disaster environment caused by climate change the effects of disasters have become larger due to the confluence and solidification diversification into disaster type and secondary damage. In this paper, we apply ICBMS through intelligent information technology and big data analysis to all processes of disaster safety management to minimize human, social, economic and environment damage from accidents or disasters, and prevention by control technology preparation by education and training expansion to remember by body, response by advanced technology of disaster response unmanned technology restoration by creation of local community environment ecosystem, investigation and analysis by intelligent information technology learn about disaster safety management 4.0. In addition, technical limitation and problems in the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution and the application of big data were analyzed and suggested alternatives and strategies to overcome.

In recent years, the privacy concern for mobile consumers is emerging as the use of mobile application(apps) is growing according to the rapid spread of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. To improve privacy protections in the mobile communications and apps, overseas organizations are announcing guidelines and/or checklists for stake holders. Although personal information protection guidelines for application developers have been prepared in the country, efforts to improve consumer privacy capability is insufficient. Thus, in this paper we first scope the app privacy related guidelines in both domestic and foreign affairs, then present the risk factors of privacy invasion by the stage of mobile application use based on the "Privacy Protection Act", offering privacy checklists for consumers. This checklist will enhance the self-management capability of consumer privacy and create virtuous cycle in the mobile ecosystem.

This study analyzed the domestic and foreign cases of the existing smart home service and grasped the needs of the future smart home service in the future of the Internet of Things. As with all smart homes, the effectiveness of future use is important when comparing needs and random services according to user usability and destination patterns. In order to improve the reliability and to promote the development direction, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 110 people in 20 ~ 30 age group. The survey shows that the reliability of the smart home service is low. The low trust factors include: 1. lack of usability; 2. lack of device recognition; 3. lack of specialization services. Since the smart home service is still in the early stage, various smart home services and ecosystem should be constructed according to user's needs.

The moors ecosystem is sensitive environment change and weak in artificial interference. These nature property are very important to people. It is necessary to preservation and protection the moors with a countermeasure. We really need to Environment-GIS(E-GIS) using Geographical Information System(GIS) and digital map including range, correct position and attribute data of moors. In this study, we take priority of making a database of moors management. Taking effect an environment assesment, we concentrate on a standard method of digital map production and a preservation of moors in our research using GIS. Especially, we have to preserve our important national heritage using GIS when Environment Assesment is conducting under construction. We suggest to pre-estimated model of hidden moors as analysing terrain, geological feature, a geographical distribution of plants and animals using GIS.

In this study, we derived key factors required for the activation of the domestic e-book market and evaluated its importance. Specifically, we derived key evaluation items of C-P-N-D ecosystem perspective through literature review. In addition, we analyzed the implications by evaluating the importance depending on AHP after derived items were modified and classified together with the publisher working group. As the results of analysis, experts considered price(0.785), quality(0.149) and service(0.066) as the important items among three items derived as the primary upper class. A total of 23 factors were derived as the secondary lower class. The importance depending on C-P-N-D areas is as follows: contents(0.43), platform(0.35), device(0.11) and network(0.05). Among the entire sub-factors, three items such as 'distribution of profits with platform', 'profitability of product costs of contents' and 'appropriate rental price of contents and streaming service' showed significantly higher importance than that of other 20 items.

The purpose of this study is to view the current status of the smart manufacturing ecosystem and to use it as an objective basis for establishing a sustainable manpower training policy support plans for smart manufacturing suppliers. Therefore, questionnaires were constructed and distributed to 2,200 domestic smart manufacturing supply firms and 6,000 demand firms, which received responses from 259 supply firms and 155 demand firms. The results showed that both supply and demand firms needed digital converged workforce with comprehensive expertise and field-oriented digital transformation workforce. In the method of securing professional manpower, the demand for in-service training and post-management training was high. Based on the results of this study, this study suggests the manpower training policy support plans for smart manufacturing supply firms and contributes to strengthening the global market competitiveness of smart manufacturing supply firms in Korea.

The smart media has changed the patterns of advertising information consumption and media usage behavior drastically. The smart advertisements, however, have failed to perform as sophisticated as the smart devices carried out. In this respect, this study is designed to figure out the current situation and the ecosystem of smart advertising and to prepare its activation plan through a survey(FGI), which will be able to give policy suggestions about smart media and advertising. In conclusion, this study points out that the proliferation of smart advertising needs to install "Smart Media Representative" which provides independable decisions on the regulation of smart advertising, the system of price, standardization of advertising, the development of various forms of advertisements, the scientific measurement of the effectiveness, the protection of privacy, professional manpower training, etc.

Big data is expected to bring forth enormous public good as well as economic opportunity. However there is ongoing concern about privacy not only from public authorities but also from private enterprises. Big data is suspected to aggravate the existing privacy battle ground by introducing new types of privacy risks such as privacy risk of behavioral pattern. On the other hand, big data is asserted to become a new way to by-pass tradition behavioral tracking such as cookies, DPIs, finger printing${\cdots}$ and etc. For it is not based on a targeted person. This paper is to find out if big data could contribute to catching out behavioral patterns of consumers without threatening or damaging their privacy. The difference between traditional behavioral tracking and big data analysis from the perspective of privacy will be discerned.

The purpose of this study are as follows. First, to analyze relative LQ index of the No. of game company, the No. of employee and the amount of revenue. Second, to analyze personal competence, resource competence, performance competence, network competence and environmental competence of regional game contents R&D. The results are as follows. The LQ index results of company are highest in seoul and Kyunggi area' And In case of except of seoul & kyunggi, the competence of R&D which is daekyung, dongnam, chungcheong are in order. In case of 5 game R&D competence, chungchung, seoul & kyunggi, honam region are in order. The core competence of chungchung region are ideal venture ecosystem among inter-supportive R&D research center, ETRI, university and company.
