  • The company's technical reserves in accordance with the internal skills and external technology commercialization capacity and to analyze the impact on the performance of technology commercialization and financial performance of the company. External technology funding, internal and external technologies marketing, internal and external technologies production, outside of the external Technology Commercialization technique was investigated to affect the financial performance. Financing, marketing capability, and the production base is completely mediated effect acting from within the technology business technical achievement, but funding and the regulation of full-mediated effects on the financial performance in the external action, technical marketing skills and capacity of external technology in part mediated effect was investigated by the effect on financial performance.

An Empirical Study of the Influencing Factors of Management Consulting Performance on Application Intend mediating the consulting deliverables and satisfaction (컨설팅 산출물과 컨설팅 만족도를 매개로한 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 성과 영향요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed at policy proposal to increase the management consulting application intend, investigating the factor that influence the application intend in terms of consultant side, consulting diagnosed small and medium sized enterprises side by means of consulting satisfaction and consulting deliverables. The results of this study showed that consultant capacity and consulting performance have positive impacts on the consulting deliverables and satisfaction, but the collaboration of diagnosed SMEs have no significant effect on consulting deliverables. In addition, verifying the mediating effect of consulting deliverables and consulting satisfaction for the consulting application intend, consultant capacity and consulting performance was mediated fully by the consulting deliverables and satisfaction. The collaboration of diagnosed SMEs was not mediated by the consulting deliverables, but particialy mediated by the consulting satisfaction.

  • In this paper, the MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-Output) channel characteristics for Rx antenna spacing are described in the real environment, which has LOS(Ling of Sight) and NLOS (Won-Line of Sight). We developed $2\times2$ MIMO channel measurement system at 2.3GHz Wibro Band. MIMO antenna evaluation parameters such as received power, channel capacity and spatial correlation are evaluated for standard dipole antenna with 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0 wavelength spacing at 2-position for LOS and 4-position for NLOS. The spatial correlation is distributed more than 0.9 in most LOS case which might be intricate to operate MIMO communication. MIMO antenna design need to be focused on getting spatial diversity and reducing spatial correlation in LOS case.

  • Traditional databases exploit a record-based model, where the attributes of a record are placed contiguously in a slow hard disk to achieve high performance. On the other hand, for read-intensive data analysis systems, the column-based compressed database has become a proper model because of its superior read performance. Currently, flash memory SSD is largely recognized as the preferred storage media for high-speed analysis systems. This paper introduces a compressed column-storage model and proposes a new index and its data management scheme for a high-capacity data warehouse system. The proposed index management scheme is based on the asymmetric index duplication and achieves superior search performance using the master index and compact index, particularly for large read-mostly databases. In addition, the data management scheme contributes to the read performance and high reliability by compressing the related columns and replicating them in two mirrored SSD. Based on the results of the performance evaluation under the high workload conditions, the data management scheme outperforms the traditional scheme in terms of the search throughput and response time.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze quantitatively the inundation causes by applying the prevention of performance objectives using the urban storm water runoff model XP-SWMM. The model was built by using DTM and storm sewer-network with the storm sewer and geo-data of the study area as input-data to assess the current performance of prevention. An analysis of the causes of the inundation by the frequency and the rainfall-duration. As a result, lack of pipe capacity due to flooding, as well as inundation heavier that the backwater rainfall occurs due to the rise of water level of outside. For solve the inundation damage, It is necessary to improvement pipe of capacity lack and installation of a flood control channel.

  • Supply Chain Management(SCM) is getting important, because size of the company is getting bigger and the kinds of product are various. In the case of manufacturing corporation, for the optimization of SCM, we have to make production and distribution plan by considering the various fluctuation in the aspect of integration. In this paper, first, It proposed the reasonable operational way of the SCM about when the customer's demanding is various and demanding expectation fluctuates in capacity standardization of producer stage. Second, the paper proposed the management way for demanding by considering confirmed demanding information, related inventory expense and demanding shortage expense when we make production and distribution plan. The paper applied the genetic algorithm proved for current usefulness. it proposed the optimal operational way for SCM by dividing into 2 ways for dealing with the duration of confirmed demanding information and various fluctuation.

  • CDN(Content Delivery Network) has been used as contents transmission network for transmitting high capacity contents fastly and stably. Main goals of CDN are efficient distribution and management high capacity contents. Current CDN distributes contents by managing contents based on basic metadata created by contents provider. However, existing CDN management system doesn't provide a method for applying additional metadata in content itself that is necessary for efficient contents management and distribution. Since the existing system can not annotate additional information in metadata about contents itself, and can not search contents that user wants. This paper proposes a method for applying additional metadata in existing CDN and implemented it as contents metadata management system(CMMS). A user can search needed contents effectively via CMMS. Also, the searched result can help selecting and managing contents to distribute in CDN.

The Performance and Implication of Policy Coordination of Prime Minister's Office (국무총리실의 정책조정 성과와 함의)

  • Effective policy coordination is necessary function for successful policy implementation. Korean government, for effective policy coordination, had developed the policy coordination system in the Prime Minister's Office. The Prime Minister's Office had successfully implemented policy coordination tasks during 35 years. The Prime Minister's Office had systemized policy coordination institutions and developed organizational capacity for effective coordination, and utilized various strategies, such as power, persuasion, and technical strategy. Based on the system, capacity, and various strategies, ]the Prime Minister's Office had achieved 90% of the asked policy conflict problems and completed 85% of coordination tasks within 6 months. The purpose of this study is for reviewing the performance of successful coordination of Prime Minister's Office and searching for some implications. For the study, the author analyzed the 429 policy conflict problems which had been recorded in 8 Policy Coordination White Papers.

  • In the system security technology, the information hiding field is developed as technologies for embedding information, which are generally used as contents media. The proposed technique is a technical steganography technique which uses a technique of concealing certain information through physical / statistical change of signal values of contents. Recently, there have been various studies based on histogram shifting in reversible data concealment. In multi - peak histogram shifting, the capacity of data concealment gradually increased by applying multiple peak histogram method. In this paper, we analyze the effect of concealment in terms of adopting the histogram shift method including skipping. In addition, we propose multi - branch data concealment as a general method to improve concealment capacity. The above proposal has proved to be an example using mathematical expressions, and further improvement measures could be derived.

The Effects of Writing Using Media on the Promotion of Creative Convergence Capacity (미디어를 활용한 글쓰기가 창의융합 역량 증진에 미치는 효과)

  • This was a single group pretest-protest pre-experimental study designed to find out whether writing using media enhances creative convergence capacity. Data were collected from 30 C university students in C city, from March 1st to July 15th, 2020. Analysis was done using IBM SPSS 25.0 for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and paired t-test. Creative problem solving ability was enhanced by an average of 0,63 points (p<.001), critical thinking tendency by 1.06 points (p<.001), self-leadership by 0,53 points (p<.001), and self-control by an average of 0.51 points, so was statistically significant (p=.001). Writing using media had the effect of improving creativity and integration capabilities. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development of educational programs for creativity and integration enhancement at university-level. Also, follow-up studies on the effectiveness of writing education by utilizing web media as text and tools simultaneously and customized university-level writing education utilizing media are required.
