보건의료조직의 단체교섭 결렬요인에 대한 노사간 인식의 차이 연구 (Study on Different Opinions between Labor and Management on Collective Breakdown Factors in Health Organisations)

  • This study is to analyze the reason of Breakdown of collective bargaining caused by the difference of main issue about bargaining and other factors influencing collective bargaining from the viewpoint of both labor and capital in Korean medical system. Korean medical system is facing the huge change of medical policy, so it should pursue institutional change following the change of medical system, On the contrary, the activity of labor union in medical system is more organized, activated, so understanding and cooperating on the related policy between labor and management are necessary. As the method of administration participation is collective bargaining, main issues between labor and management may lead Brwakdown of bargaining, so the author will analyze it from three viewpoints. First, the difference of recognition between labor and management due to the characteristics of hospital Secondly, the difference of recognition between labor unions due to the characteristics of hospital Thirdly, the difference of recognition between the characteristics of hospital and labor union.

초급 일본인 한국어 학습자의 거절 화행 연구 : 시간차에 따른 전략 사용 양상을 중심으로 (Study on the Refusal Speech Act of Japanese Korean Learners of Beginner Level : Focusing on the aspect of strategy use by time)

  • This study aims to examine the change of strategy use by analyzing the refusal sequence of beginner Japanese Korean learners by time difference of 10 weeks. The results of the study are as follows; First, in the solidarity system of politeness(power-, distance-), learners showed similar ability as native Koreans after 10 weeks. Second, in the deference system(power-, distance+), there was a difference according to the situational burden when using strategies. In the invitational setting, the learners sought justification for their refusal or tried to negotiate by explaining in detail as time passed. However, in the request setting, they showed no will to compromise by refusing directly and leading the listener to give up. Third, similar difference was found in the use of strategies depending on the situational burden in the hierarchical system(power+, distance+). While learners could present their justification for refusal by showing their interest in the invitation as time passed in the invitation setting, they expressed straight refusal and were not willing to negotiate in the request setting.

보건소의 물리치료서비스 접근성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Accessibity of Physical Therapy Service in Public Health Center)

  • Every citizen has a right to get the least health care service for their living and should be guaranteed the right of health which is specified in the constitution of Korea. Therefore, health care service should realize the equity and accessibility of service by the equitable distribution which is needed for health care. The objects of this study were the patients who was treated by the physical therapy in health care center(two of them located in cities and others are in agricultural areas). These are the results of our study. First, the age, job, sex and experience of former treatment of objects showed no meaningful statistic difference in the part of convenience of health care center, where as the system of health scurity showed highly meaningful difference. Second, The age, job and system of health care of objects showed no meaningful difference in the part of attitude and appreciation to therapist, where as the experience of former treatment in other center showed highly meaningful difference. Third, The age, job and sex of objects showed no meaningful difference in the part of the appreciation to results of service, where as the system of health scurity and the experience of former treatment in other center showed meaningful difference. To offer the effective physical therapy, the government of province or nation should invest the large amount of financial fund continuously and make the plan of efficient operating system for the physical therapy service room of public health center which is the most nearly located to native citizen. The problem of distance, low reliability to public service, public relation and reliabity should be improved to raise the utility of physical therapy room. And also, the physical therapy room should be opened in health subcenter to offer the condition of the native citizen's healthy life.

LYAPUNOV FUNCTIONS FOR NONLINEAR DIFFERENCE EQUATIONS

  • In this paper we study h-stability of the solutions of nonlinear difference system via the notion of $n_{\infty}$-summable similarity between its variational systems. Also, we show that two concepts of h-stability and h-stability in variation for nonlinear difference systems are equivalent. Furthermore, we characterize h-stability for nonlinear difference systems by using Lyapunov functions.

전달경로의 차이를 이용한 새로운 차량용 능동 머플러의 개발 (New Active Muffler System Utilizing Destructive Interference by Difference of Transmission Paths)

  • A new active muffler system has been developed and its superior performance on both noise reduction and engine torque increase is demonstrated with experiment. Main characteristic of the proposed muffler system is the use of destructive interference by transmission path difference of divided exhaust pipes to reduce major exhaust noise components thereby overcoming problems of other active exhaust noise control methods. The exhaust pipe is divided into two sections and joined again downstream. One divided pipe has a sliding mechanism to vary its length, which is controlled to make half wavelength transmission path difference for the major engine rpm frequency. In this system one divided pipe is used to control major rpm frequency and its Harmonics and another pipe is used to control noise component double the frequency of rpm. An after-market tuning muffler, which has very simple internal structure and minimal back pressure, is also installed to remove remaining wideband noise. To make the system to be small enough to be practical, conventional muffler is also installed and used in low rpm range and active muffler is only employed in high rpm range. Noise reduction of the proposed system is comparable to conventional passive muffler. The engine dynamo test has proved the proposed system can recover almost all the torque lost by conventional muffler.

문화 차이가 ERP 시스템 구현에 미치는 영향 (Cultural Differences impact on the ERP System Implementation)

  • 현대기업경영에서 ERP 시스템은 기업의 전사적인 자원을 효율적으로 배치하고, 활용하는데 있어서 필수적인 도구로 자리매김하고 있다. ERP 시스템의 구현은 단순히 단위정보시스템의 도입이 아니라, BPR을 통한 전사적인 변화와 혁신이 필연적으로 이루어지게 되며, 이를 토대로 시스템 설계와 구축이 이루어지게 된다. 문화적 차이는 경영활동에서 기업 구성원의 태도와 인간관계 뿐 아니라, 조직문화와 기업의 운영원칙의 차이를 만들어낸다. 문화적 차이는 크게는 동양과 서양의 문화권에 대한 차이를 거론할 수 있으며, 작게는 같은 문화권 내의 각 국가마다의 차이를 말할 수 있다. 본 논문은 문화적 차이가 ERP 시스템의 구축과정과 시스템에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이에 대해 ERP 시스템의 구축과정과 의사결정과정, 사용자 Interface에 대한 부분에서 문화적 차이가 미치는 각각의 영향을 분석했으며, 아울러 이에 따른 한국의 문화적 차이에 따른 영향도 분석하였다.
