강소농교육 참여 농업인의 직무성과와 학습지향성, 자기효능감, 학습전이의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relations of Learning Orientation, Self-Efficacy, Learning Transfer and Job Performance of Farmers who Participated in the Strong and Small Farms Education)

  • The purposes of this study are to explain and identify the frame of structural relations of learning orientation, self-efficacy, learning transfer and job performance of farmers who participated in the strong and small farms education. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 495 farmers who have taken the farm education. Based on the collected data, the study conducted a structural equation modeling(SEM) to confirm the validity and analyze the structural relations of the suggested model. Using measured and latent variables drew from the analyses, the study set a structural equation model and tested the model by analysis of the structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0. The results found from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. 1) Learning orientation and self-efficacy positively influenced job performance through learning transfer. 2) The hypothesis that learning orientation would have direct impact on job performance was not supported. 3) The strong and small farms education is useful to expand learning transfer and to enhance job performance. So, government policy support has to reinforce learning support on farmers in order to achieve high performance of learning and job management through farm educations.

연신에 의한 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)의 구조 변형 (Structure Development in Drawn Poly(trimethylene terephthalate))

  • 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트) (PTT)의 연산에 의한 구조 변형을 살펴보았다. 특히 연신 온도 및 연신비에 따른 PTT의 열적 특성과 결정화도 변화 및 배향 특성을 고찰하고 이에 따른 수축률과 기계적 특성 변화를 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 연신에 따른 응력에 의한 결정화의 발현은 PTT의 결정화도를 증가시키고 그 결과, 유리 전이 온도의 증가와 냉 결정화 온도의 감소 및 냉 결정화 엔탈피의 감소를 확인할 수 있었다. 연신에 의한 결정화도 및 주사슬 배향의 변화는 가해진 응력 크기와 연신 온도에 따른 주사슬의 유연성에 의하여 좌우됨을 알 수 있었다. 수축률은 주사슬의 배향에 따라 증가되나 연신 온도에 의한 결정화도 증가에 의하여 수축률을 최소화시킴을 확인하였다. 주사슬 배향 증가에 의하여 탄성 계수와 인장 강도가 증가하며 신율은 감소하나 연신에 의한 결정화도 증가에 의하여 신율을 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시장지향성의 선행요소와 조직기억이 기업의 혁신성에 미치는 영향과 기업의 혁신성이 직간접적으로 기업의 전반적인 성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 조직학습 이론 및 시장지향성에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로, 조직기억과 시장지향성이 조직혁신성의 선행변수이고, 또한 조직혁신성은 기업의 신제품 개발성과와 전반적 성과에 영향을 미친다는 가설들을 설정하였다. 국내 대기업의 중역들에게 받은 설문을 바탕으로 분석을 한 결과, 조직학습 및 시장지향성은 조직혁신성에 유의미한 정의 영향을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 조직혁신성은 신제품 개발성과와 기업의 전반적 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 신제품 성과는 기업의 전반적 성과에는 유의미한 영향을 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구 및 기업을 위한 논의점을 제시하고 있다.

대학생들의 SNS 이용동기, 대인관계지향성이 MSNS(Mobile Social Network Service) 중독경향성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the influence of College Student's Usage Motivation of SNS and Interpersonal relationship orientation on MSNS(Mobile Social Network Service) addiction Proneness Addition tendencies)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of usage motivation of SNS and interpersonal relationship orientation on Mobile Social Network Service(MSNS) addition proneness. For this purpose, questionnaires including MSNS addition Proneness scale, usage motivation of SNS scale and interpersonal relationship orientation scale were administered to 250 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that usage motivation of SNS showed influences of interpersonal relationship orientation. The Usage motivation of SNS showed influences of MSNS addiction proneness, interpersonal relationship orientation showed partial influence MSNS addiction proneness. The result of this study implicated that level of MSNS addiction tendencies needs to be considered for counseling with used of SNS motives. This study findings would contribute in development of preventive interventions for SNS addiction and improvement program for interpersonal competence in college students. Futhermore, exploration of various ways to satisfy motivation of interpersonal relation would be helpful to reduce SNS addiction tendencies. Finally, based on the result, implications of finding, limitation and suggestions for future research were discussed.

기업가지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중소기업 제조업체를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of the Entrepreneurial Orientation on Management Performance : Focused on the Manufacturer in the Small Businesses)

  • The purpose of this study is to present that the entrepreneurial orientation affects to management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 171 survey sheets and inspected seven assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of entrepreneurial orientation, innovative-ness, influences on the technical innovation performance and financial performance significantly. Second, the element of entrepreneurial orientation, proactive-ness, has an important effect on the technical innovation performance and financial performance. Finally, the requisite of entrepreneurial orientation, risk taking, affects to the technical innovation performance significantly, but not the financial performance. Based on the results, the companies that achieve the technical innovation and financial performance have an atmosphere to encourage to perform the research and development works and find out innovative ideas and improvement points in processes. However, the entrepreneur is required to take careful judgement for determining the uncertain circumstance.

The Relationship between Shopping Value and Shopping Orientation on Purchase Intention at International Shopping Spot

  • Purpose - This study examines the relationship between the global consumer's shopping value and the intent to purchase in many of today's emerging international malls. furthermore, the orientation of shopping will be examined to see if there is a significant mediating effect between the value of shopping and willingness to purchase in international shopping malls. Design/methodology - This study conducted a survey of Chinese travelers who had experience in visiting a shopping mall during their visit to Korea through an online panel research agency and received a total of 230 responses. To confirm the relationship with constructs, the structural equation model (SEM) was used to test hypothesis in this research. Findings - The study was to examine the relationship of the international consumers' shopping value to the purchase intention in shopping mall when they visit to other countries, and to find if there was any effect on the relationship between the shopping value of the shopping orientation and the willingness of the international shopping mall. Originality/value - By confirming the relationship between international consumers' shopping value and shopping orientation, this study proposed the theoretical implications for global consumers' shopping behavior. In addition, this result can affect the development of service programs for foreign consumers.

21세기 지식 기반 사회에서의 지속가능발전 교육 방향 탐색 (An Inquiry into the Orientation of Education for Sustainable Development in the 21st Century Knowledge-Based Society)

  • In spite of the perceived importance of sustainable development in society, we still fails to reflect consistently our best understandings about the sustainable development and education for sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to inquire into the orientation of education for sustainable development in the 21st Century knowledge-based society. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, it is necessary to provide newly defined sustainable development which enables us to transform unsustainable way of life into environmentally sound and sustainable development. Education for sustainable development is defined as a basic education that have a mature understanding among the human, nature and wisdom of life. Second, we should emphasis on a system thinking, basic communication in order to encourage education for sustainable development as a learning strategy. Third, we should suggest both individual and community learning education for sustainable development. Finally, we develope knowledge system of sustainable development in accordance with the theories of knowledge management. In conclusion, it is necessary to approach education for sustainable development in the context of the knowledge-based society and the information age. It enables us enhance a new awareness and attitudes towards sustainable development. Furthermore, it is expected to develop an education program for the sustainable development of understanding.

기능성 화장품 쇼핑성향이 상표전환 동기에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Shopping Orientation of Female Consumers in Their 20s and 30s on Motivation for Brand-Switching in Purchasing Cosmeceuticals -Focusing on Whitening, Sunscreen, and Anti-Aging Treatments-)

  • This study obtains information required for a comprehensive understanding of the brand-switching behavior by cosmetics consumers and for the establishment of effective strategies to make customers more loyal to the company. The study examines the relationships between customer shopping orientation and brand switching motives with respect to cosmeceuticals. A descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire was employed. The sample consisted of 1,258 females between the ages of 20's and 30's residing in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area who use whitening products, sunscreen, or other anti-aging cosmetics. The results showed that shopping orientation influenced brand-switching motives in regards to purchasing cosmeceuticals. The orientation of depending on information and seeking fashion trend were the major factors to induce brand-switching behavior in purchasing whitening products, sunscreen, and anti-aging treatments. However, there were differences in the type of factors of shopping orientation and in their intensity of affecting brand-switching motives depending on the specific cosmeceuticals. In particular, in the case of sunscreen, as compared to other products, the customer shopping orientation should be considered from more diverse perspectives in order to formulate effective marketing strategies related to brand switching. In light of these results, customer shopping orientation with respect to cosmeceuticals is a variable that influences the cause brand switching. Therefore, differentiated marketing strategies that reflect the different characteristics of shopping orientation according to each item of cosmeceuticals are recommended to improve the satisfaction level of the companies' target market. Current consumer needs for practical benefits and for new products should be simultaneously reflected in the plans for new product development of each type of cosmeceutical.

정보기술 기반구조의 유연성이 신제품 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of IT Infrastructure Flexibility on New Product Competitive Advantages)

  • The success of new product development is a key factor for getting competitive advantages. Marketing research has been investigating marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, market knowledge competence, market orientation, and competitive environment as the key success factors of new product development. Recently, the role of IT infrastructure in enhancing new product advantage is assumed in the literature. However, the empirical studies on the role of IT infrastructure are lacking. The purpose of this study is to empirically exam the impacts of IT infrastructure on new product competitive advantage. In this study, IT infrastructure is conceptualized as the flexibility of IT infrastructure. Based on previous research, a conceptual model is established by incorporating the direct impact of IT infrastructure flexibility and its indirect impact through the key success factors on new product development. To empirically test the research model, data are surveyed from a pair of IS department and Marketing department of 92 consumer goods manufacturers. By employing PLS technique, the measurement reliability and reliability of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing. The path analysis shows that IT infrastructure flexibility has no direct effect on new product advantage, However, the indirect effect of IT infrastructure is found, which is mediated by marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, and market orientation respectively. Hence, The flexible IT infrastructure increases cross-functional integration (H1), market orientation (H3), marketing capability (H5), and manufacturing technical capability (H6). All success factors of new product development excepts for competitive environment have a positive association with new product competitive advantages (from H10 to H14). Finally, the path from IT infrastructure flexibility to cross-functional integration, to market orientation, to market knowledge capability, and to new product advantage is found as the strongest path. These results indicate that the flexible IT infrastructure enhances information sharing with multiple departments and collaboration within a distributed innovation environment. The collaboration among departments positively affects the level of customer and competitor intelligence. The ability to obtain knowledge about customers and competitors makes firms to adapt to a changing environment quickly and to respond to customers' demands adequately. The flexible IT infrastructure also enhances the capability of organization to more rapidly respond to the changes in product design resulting in faster product development and reduced costs. In addition to, it enhances marketing capability by the two-way communications with customers and the analyses of various kinds of customer data. In brief, the finding of this study suggests that the flexible IT infrastructure allows many firms to pursue sustained new product competitive advantages. This study advances research on IT infrastructure in two important aspects. First, by Integrating marketing research and IS research, this study develops a conceptual model on the role of IT infrastructure in enhancing new product advantage. Second, it empirically finds the indirect impacts of IT infrastructure on new product advantage, which confirms the potential for the IS field to contribute to new product development research. The limitations of this study are also discussed to provide research directions for future research.

재무설계사(FP)의 영업교육, 고객지향성 및 영업관리가 영업성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Sales Training, Customer Orientation and Sales Management of Financial Planners(FP) on Sales Performance)

  • 100세 시대를 맞이하여 예기치 못한 위험에 대비하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 재무 설계사(FP)의 영업 성과에 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 영업 교육, 고객 지향성, 영업관리가 영업성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 나아가 이들 영향 관계의 크기를 분석하고자 했다. 이를 위해 영업 교육은 고객 개발, 영업 역량, 학습 민첩성으로 세분화 했다. 고객 지향성은 고객 관리시스템 활용, SNS활용, 고객서비스 제공으로 세분화하였다. 영업관리는 목표 지향성, 관리자 리더십, 보상체계로 나누었다. 이들 세부 변수들이 영업 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 현재 활동중인 재무설계사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 설문조사는 2023년 1월 한달간 진행되었으며 이중 유효한 250부를 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 영업 교육 중 고객 개발, 학습 민첩성은 영업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 영업 역량은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 고객지향성 중 SNS 활용 및 고객서비스 제공은 영업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 고객관리시스템 활용은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 영업 관리 중 목표 지향성과 보상 체계는 영업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 관리자 리더십은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 영업 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수의 영향력은 목표 지향성, 고객서비스 제공, 보상체계, 학습 민첩성, 고객 개발, SNS 활용 순이었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
