It is at risk of depletion of biodiversity due to indiscriminate overfishing of ecosystems and destruction of habitats. Intensive fertilizers or development of related facilities to increase agricultural production in poor indigenous areas devastate the soil. Preservation of biodiversity is now emerging as an important issue of global human coexistence. After the Post-2020 GBF Declaration, all governance in agricultural development in indigenous agricultural areas should be supported and promoted as biodiversity conservation measures. A compromise plan to reduce ecosystem development and biodiversity loss can help establish public governance policies. In this paper, a viability kernel used for viable control feedback analysis is introduced to solve conflicting economic and ecological problems in ecosystem conservation, and a mathematical model on biodiversity conservation by the viability kernel is examined. Because all species in the ecosystem are interdependent, if the balance is broken, biodiversity is depleted, which is irreversible and eventually leads to extinction. For sustainable use and harmony of biological resources, a lot of policy consideration is required, such as creative governance that can efficiently protect all species. Subsidies or tax incentives have a direct impact on biodiversity conservation. The recovery of species in a state of decreasing biodiversity can be said to be of great economic value. Biodiversity will allow indigenous producers to be proud of their unique traditional knowledge and have a positive impact on local tourism, thereby enhancing regional identity and greatly contributing to the survival and prosperity of mankind.

This study is conducted to find ways to develop design and research activities on personal belongings for the aged generation and aims to promote the industry and improve welfare of the elderly population by enhancing their quality of lives. Researches on policy papers, journals and published books show high growth potentials for elderly related industries due to rapid aging, retirement of baby boomer population and quality-oriented life styles. Regulations and standard, however, are lacking and, with shortage of R & D investment, human resources have not been secured in this industry. This is a niche market that has definite consumers. Therefore, it has been confirmed that when design and research efforts are made in this field, it can contribute to the benefit of aged generation as well as the development of the national economy.

The purpose of this study is to show how much career management systems of hospital affect the psychological states of hospital employees. The research was dealing the issues about hospital's career management systems which affect exhaustion, cynicism, and job engagement. We found that job rotation has a negative significant effect on exhaustion. In addition, job rotation also negatively influence cynicism. On the other hand, career education and training has a positive effect on job engagement. Career management support systems and evaluation of career development, however, do not have significant effect on dependent variables. Thus, effective career management systems for hospital organizations are job rotation and career education and training programs. Finally, based on the analyzed results, this study has provide useful information for hospital management to establish efficient and productive human resources-management systems in order to increase in job engagement and reduce exhaustion and cynicism of employees as well.

This study was conducted to compare the reproduction ability of the wild type boar and recombinant human erythropoietin (hEPO) transgenic boar semen. Ejaculated boar semen was analyzed by flow cytometry, Elisa and IVF methods. In experiment 1, flow cytometric analysis showed that the live sperm ratio of transgenic boar sperm significantly lower (P<0.05) than that of wild type boar after incubation at 20, 22, 24 and 26 hr. In experiment 2, the presence and levels of various cytokines (IL-6, IL-10 and $TNF-{\alpha}$) to related animal reproduction in the seminal and blood plasma were examined using specific enzyme immunoassay. There was no significant difference between both groups. In experiment 3, the fertilizing capacity and developmental ability of both boar sperm were compared. The transgenic boar sperm had a significantly low capacity of penetration, sperm-zona binding, embryo development, and blastocyst formation compared to wild type sperm (P<0.05). These results suggest that transgenic boar sperm harboring hEPO gene has low sperm viability than wild type boar, and it is a reason to decrease of fertility and litter size.

In IoT environment, an intelligent agent is an autonomous entity with computing power that interacts with various things for specific purposes without human intervention. Recently, as the development of Internet technology has increased the size of resources and services that intelligent agents can utilize, an environment where intelligent agents can collaborate with each other is needed. To effectively support these changes, a method is needed to provide workspaces where intelligent agents can form various groups and collaborate on them. In this paper, we present TSpace which is an Ethereum-based group workspace for effective collaboration among intelligent agents. In TSpace, intelligent agents in IoT environment can use group service based on the Ethereum blockchain through the developed CoAP/RESTful web service. TSpace also introduces a new mechanism for managing Ethereum wallets of agents accessing group services and for creating Ethereum transactions using them.

Smart-phone in the recently released high-end applied to the camera module is equipped with the most features auto focusing camera module. Also, auto focusing camera module is divided into voice coil motor, encoder, and piezo according to type of motion mechanism. Auto focusing camera module is composed of voice coil motor (VCM) as an actuator and leaf spring as a guide and suspension. VCM actuator is made of magnet, yoke as a metal, and coil as a copper wire. Recently, the assembly as yoke and magnet is made by human resources. These process has a long process time and it is difficult to secure quality. Also, These process is not economical in cost, and productivity is reduced. Therefore, an automatic assembly as yoke and magnet is needed in the present process. In this paper, we have developed an automatic assembly device that can automatically assemble yoke and magnet, and performed verifying performance. Therefore, by using the developed automatic assembly device, it is possible to increase the productivity and reduce the production cost.

Northeast Asia has a multi-layered security structure within which major economic and military powers both confront one another and cooperate at the same time. Major regional powers maintain mutually cooperative activities in the economic sphere while competing one another in order to secure a dominant position in the politico-military arena. The multifarious threats, posed by the North Korea's nuclear development, territorial disputes, and maritime demarcation line issues demonstrate that Northeast Asia suffers more from military conflicts and strifes than any other region in the world. Specifically, major maritime security threats include North Korea's nuclear proliferation and missile launching problems as well as military provocations nearby the Northern Limit Line(NLL) as witnessed in the Cheonan naval ship and Yeonpyong incidents. The ROK Navy has been supplementing its firm military readiness posture in consideration of North Korea's threats on the NLL. It has performed superb roles in defending the nation and establishing the Navy advanced and best picked. It also has been conducive to defend the nation from external military threats and invasion, secure the sea lanes of communications, and establish regional stability and world peace. In order to effectively cope with the strategic environment and future warfares, the ROK Navy needs to shift its military structure to one that is more information and technology intensive. In addition, it should consolidate the ROK-US alliance and extend military cooperative measures with neighboring countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Evolved steadily for the last 60 years, the ROK-US alliance format has contributed to peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the Northeast Asian region. In conclusion, this manuscript contends that the ROK Navy should strive for the establishment of the following: (1) Construction of Jeju Naval Base; (2) Strategic Navy Equipped with War Deterrence Capabilities; (3) Korean-type of System of Systems; (4) Structure, Budget and Human Resources of the Naval Forces Similar to the Advanced Countries; and (5) Strategic Maritime Alliance and Alignment System as well as Domestic Governance Network for the Naval Families.

One of major goals of mathematics education is to cultivate human resources which equip creative problem-solving ability. Thus, the enhancement of creative and converging ideas has been emphasized in the national curriculum since the 2009 revised curriculum. In the current study, we analyzed authorized textbook series to examine how each curriculum material addresses the creativity convergence competency. The foci of the analysis were creativity (originality, fluency, flexibility, elaboration) and convergence (intrinsic connection, extrinsic connection). In addition, we analyzed the national textbook which was based on the 2015 revised curriculum to investigate the transition between the national textbook and the authorized textbooks. We found the tasks that focused on fluency were the most frequent type regarding creativity and the tasks that connected with everyday life situations (extrinsic connection) were prevalent across the three textbook series. We provided suggestions about the development of mathematics textbooks and their implementation.

Domestic construction industry that accounts for nearly 17.5 percent of GDP is one of the major industries that has been leading domestic economy development. However, accumulated negative image such as corruption, fraudulent work and 3D industries shadowing the remarkable achievement is rampant. In order to improve the image for construction industry, this research investigated various cases and activities related to the image enhancement. Cases analyzed include activities of National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) such as 'Build Your Future', 'Construct My Future', 'Positive Image 2004', and so on. Based on the analysis results, a strategic framework to improve the image of Korean construction industry was proposed. It is envisioned that improved image of the industry will positively affect the growth of the construction industry by attracting more qualified human resources.

Objective : This study aimed to develop a customized EAP program for post office workder, incorporating mindfulness and positive psychology, and to test the effectiveness of the intervention on job burnout and well-being of the postal workers. Methods : Participants were currently working postal employees and were recruited voluntarily through the website of the Korea post human resources development institute. A total of 42 workers participated in the program until the end and completed preprogram and post program questionnaires. Results : The results showed that the mindfulness-positive psychology EAP program significantly improved the participants' mindfulness (t=-5.021, p<0.001), job burnout (t=5.824, p<0.001), self-esteem (t=-4.852, p<0.001), positive affect (t=-4.534, p<0.001), negative affect (t=5.635, p<0.001), and body tension (t=6.355, p<0.001), with statistically significant effects on all measures. Conclusion : The results indicated that the mindfulness-positive psychology EAP class had a significantly positive effect on increasing mindfulness, self-esteem, and positive affect and decreasing job burnout, negative affect, and body tension among postal workers, demonstrating the usefulness of an integrated approach.
