All nuclear facilities and components should receive an initial ALARA review before the installation and thereafter whenever modifications are planned. A major objective in design aspects of ALARA is to identify areas where specific engineering input can reduce personnel exposure. The basic factors which should be considered in the ALARA design review process include curd control, shielding and isolation of radiation sources accessibility maintainability and reliability, and contamination control. Because many diverse aspects must be considered in the ALARA design reviews, a proper ALARA checklist should be used to aid the designer in preventing any of the ALARA review considerations from being slipped away. In order to develop the practical ALARA checklist, check items for basic ALARA factors have been prepared, and what should be considered in reviewing each item has been discussed here. Based on the proposed factors and items, an ALARA checklist was developed.

YouTube usage continues to increase, and the age group who spends the most time on YouTube is surveyed in the teens. It is practically impossible to prevent children and young people from being exposed to harmful content, so nurturing the ability to choose and use YouTube content in a healthy way can be a fundamental solution. Therefore, in this study, we tried to identify what YouTube literacy is for the digital native generation, and to prepare standards to be considered in common. The purpose of this study is to refine the definition of YouTube literacy competency and to develop a checklist that can be used when guiding and guiding children and adolescents to use the YouTube platform. To this end, a conceptual definition and checklist were developed by conducting prior research and overseas case analysis, and validity was secured through expert and educator reviews. The finally developed checklist includes 4 categories, 10 areas, and 23 criteria: media access, critical understanding, media participation, and ethical use.

After a thorough investigation of aviation accidents involving Korean national carriers both inside and outside of Korea and also after reviewing catastrophic events involving foreign carriers in Korea, we found numerous accidents that caused fatalities and serious personal injuries. Although the aircrafts involved were found to have no specific defects, many of the accidents were caused by the pilot's misjudgement according to previous studies. Our research is to find an new procedure to help the prevention of similar accidents by focusing particularly on CFIT accidents during the procedural operations of Non Precision Approach, Circling Approach and Visual Approach. Therefore, we emphasize the significance of this research on the development of the new checklist that will help achieve a safe and effective procedural operation for non precision approaches.

This study is a basic research to develop kit and program for fashion psychotherapy, a new genre of therapy. Symptom checklist, self-esteem evaluation, interpersonal relationship problem evaluation and fashion preference evaluation were conducted on 159 college students in Seoul. The results were analyzed with t-test and one-way ANOVA. The result showed that first, warm color preference was significantly high in interpersonal problem among psychological problems. Second, smooth material preference was significantly high in paranoia among psychological problems. Third, differences in design preferences by psychological problems were not significant. Fourth, differences in design preferences between abnormal range and normal range of psychological problems were significant in line shape, with depression abnormal group showing significantly high straight line preference. Additionally, complex shape preference was significant in complexity in somatization and phobia abnormal groups. This study can be utilized in kit development for a new field, fashion psychotherapy. This study is significant as practical basic data in constructing fashion psychotherapy program.

In previous studies, it was confirmed that through the in-situ production of precast concrete members, costs could be reduced by 14.5-39.4% compared to in-plant production. In particular, it was confirmed that the factory owner did not make a contract if it did not earn more than 20% of the production cost. If precast concrete members are produced in-situ under the same conditions, the quality equivalent to that of factory production can be secured. As it is advantageous in terms of cost and quality, precast concrete members must be produced in-situ. However, it is difficult to produce all quantities in-situ due to time and various other constraints. This is because in-situ production is avoided due to anticipated risks during the project management process. However, if the risk factors are analyzed before performing in-situ production of precast concrete members, it will increase the opportunity for in-situ production. Therefore, this study develops a checklist for evaluating the risk of in-situ production of precast concrete members. By applying the checklist to one case site, it was verified that risk factors can be evaluated easily and quickly. As a result, it was analyzed that sites with a high building coverage ratio are classified as high-risk sites because it is difficult to secure usable area for production and storage. The developed checklist efficiently evaluates the risk factors of in-site production, and makes it possible for the operator to determine the risk factors, which can change frequently during project execution, and respond according to the situation.

Cumulative trauma disorders(CTDs) of the upper extremities among the workers at manufacturing workplace have become a serious problem in Korea. However, most of the studies on the CTDs carried out in this country have focused on the Video Display Terminal(VDT) operators. In fact, high rates of the CTDs have been reported for telecommunication employees, and the CTDs associated with VDT use in telecommunication industries pose great health and social problems in Korea today. On the other hand, there are few studies on the CTDs among the manufacturing workers, and the severity of the problem was much under-reported. This study reports and discusses the results of the literature review on the cross-sectional studies of the CTDs, along with the analysis of the problems associated with identification, medical examinations, and ergonomic evaluation of the disorders. Also a checklist was developed for the use of quick screening tool for risk factor analysis. Consistency of the checklist was validated with the field studies of several manufacturing workplace. Current issues and suggestions for future ergonomic studies are also addressed.

In university laboratories, areas of studies are becoming diverse and complicated according to the development of the industry. New forms of potential risk factors are increasing and they are unlike existing ones. In addition, many students are conducting various experiments in the laboratory. Therefore, they could be exposed to risk more often. Despite these risks, people do not recognize university lab safety activities properly and observe safety precautions. They are exposed to various laboratory accidents continually. In this study, we do not apply the present diagnosis method, checklist, but the safety assessment that is widely used in industry. Then we can find lots of hazard that checklist method could miss. This study will use the 4M and Hazard & Operability to design a new Laboratory safety assessments method.

As the DT of micro businesses emerges as an important task, the government is also promoting support projects such as policy establishment and micro business education. This study aims to develop a new index (checklist) that can objectively measure the level of digital literacy required for DT in the tertiary industry, which accounts for the largest share of micro business owners. In this study, indicators were derived through review of existing studies and FGI, and the validity and reliability of Likert 5 were measured for decision makers in the tertiary industry. In the field of digital literacy for micro business owners, a total of 22 indicators were developed, largely composed of basic technology environment competency, information utilization competency, information dissemination and production capability, and mind recognition capability. This study has academic significance in that it can contribute to accurately understanding the digital capabilities of micro business owners by developing a digital literacy index for micro business owners, a specific group lacking in research.

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has recognized that systemic consideration and research associated with human elements for the safe navigation of ships were required. The usability of navigational equipments based on user demands becomes a significant issue on the e-navigation field. Although many assessment and evaluation methods of usability has introduced in various fields, there is room for improvement. To this end, the primary objective of this paper is to propose a new checklist to the usability assessment of the AR-based navigation information system.
