This study uses secondary macroeconomic data from the period 2010-2019 with analysis using the correlation test with the Pearson correlation method. Out of eight hypotheses tested, two hypotheses do not have a significant correlation. The details of the statistical results obtained the following correlations: the correlation between bank credit and wages has a significant, but indirect (negative) correlation. However, the correlation between bank credit and economic growth has a direct and significant (positive) correlation. Government expenditure correlates positively with wages, but correlates negatively with bank credit. Wages are positively correlated with economic growth, but have no significant effect on employment. Finally, economic growth has a positive correlation with government expenditure, but does not have a significant correlation with employment.

A qualitative model of multiple regressions was developed to characterize the dependence of the GDP of Azerbaijan on the performance of the railway industry. The feasibility of the Gauss-Markov hypotheses was analyzed. Finally, an economic interpretation of the results from the developed model is provided. Results: The results show that the main factors of this dependence are the length of roads and the average monthly salary of employees of the railway industry in Azerbaijan. Conclusions: Therefore, it can be concluded that rail transport contributes to the country's economy. The commencement of active work on the new railway Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway will increase contribution to the economy of Azerbaijan. At the same time, tourism is an important component of the national economy of any state, forms its image, investment attractiveness, is a source of income and a stimulus for business development. The aim of the article is to conduct an empirical study to identify the importance of cognitive determinants in the development of tourism. The study used general and special methods: systems analysis, synthesis, grouping, systematization, cognitive modeling, cognitive map, pulse method, predictive extrapolation. Target factors, indicators, and control factors influencing the development of tourism in Ukraine are determined and a cognitive model is built, which graphically reflects the nature of the influence of these factors. Four main scenarios of the Ukrainian tourism industry are established on the basis of creating a matrix of adjacency of an oriented graph and forecast modeling based on a scenario approach. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of their use to forecast the prospects of tourism development in Ukraine, the definition of state policy to support the industry that will promote international and domestic tourism.

  • This paper examines the long-run relationship between financial development and economic growth. The effective function of financial development is crucial to promote the economic development of the country. To achieve the objective, this study used Gross Domestic Product as a dependent variable and Credit to The Private Sector, Ratio of the Gross Fixed Capital Formation to GDP, Trade, Consumer Price Index and Labour Force as an independent variable. Augmented Dickey-Fuller test statistic (ADF) to check the stationary. Bounds test for cointegration and Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag Models (ARDL) are used to check cointegrating relationship amongst the variables and causality between financial development and economic growth. Moreover, the Model selection method is Akaike Info Criterion (AIC). This result demonstrates that the labor force and trade hold a significantly negative relationship with economic growth. Nevertheless, inflation, Credit to The Private Sector, and Ratio of the Gross Fixed Capital Formation to GDP show a significantly positive relationship with economic growth. Therefore, there is a statistically significant relationship between Financial Development and Economic growth in Sri Lanka and the Sri Lankan government should reform its trade policies.

This study was carried out through analysis, design, development, and evaluation stages, and the results are as follows. First, in the analysis stage, the dietary life contents of the five home economics textbooks written based on the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed, and dietary life-related goals were extracted from the 169 SDG targets to reorganize the learning topics linked to the contents of the textbooks. Second, in the design stage, the overall goal of the entire class was set and each session was designed by selecting the learning goals, learning topics, and learning contents, reflecting the SDGs related to the session to be developed. Based on the analyses of textbooks and the SDGs related to dietary life, the themes of 'desirable eating habits of adolescents', 'food production', 'food distribution', and 'food consumption and disposal' were extracted. Third, in the development stage, a total of 11 teaching-learning plans and student worksheets were developed, and an evaluation sheet was developed for expert verification. Fourth, in the evaluation stage, the feasibility and field suitability of the teaching-learning plans were verified by 5 home economics teachers. Learning goals, learning contents, connectivity to related SDGs, and feasibility of teaching-learning plan were evaluated, and based on the assessment results, teaching-learning plans were revised.

  • The purpose of this study was to test the effects of practical reasoning home economics instruction on middle school students' views of home economics. Thomas(1986) categorized six alternative views of home economics as education for women, manual training, application of science, household management, family development, and an intervention. This study carried a quasi-experiment research with an independent variable of types of instruction and a dependent variable of views of home economics. The experiment was carried with the sample of 137 8th grade students in Gwangju area for ten class hours. Paired t-test was performed to examine the pretest-posttest differences of each experiment group and comparison group. The results showed that practical reasoning instruction improved level of the view of home economics as an intervention, and decreased level of the view of home economics as manual training. From the results of this study, conclusion can be made that practical reasoning home economics instruction is effective in changing to the appropriate views of home economics. Also it is expected that current Korean home economics textbook can lead to the views of home economics as household management and as family development.
