Uniformity and performance characteristics of LTPS TFTs are important parameters for making advanced active-matrix displays. In this paper, we describe an SLS-based crystallization approach for producing orientation-controlled Si films with reduced concentrations of planar defects that stand to potentially deliver unprecedented levels of device uniformity and performance. Specifically, a 2-step process referred to as hybrid SLS has been developed that produces a variety of high-quality {100} surface-oriented Si films.

The purpose of this research to improve old age for marriage and the effect the development of the program is to validate. This program of eight to 60 years old elderly couple in 2008 was 8 in the 10 weeks. To verify the effectiveness of the program prior to the inspection of post-verification. According to the results of analysis, old age in conjugal relations, the area between the pre-post meaningful communication efficiency, the couple agreed, and the couple satisfaction, couple came to feel affection, and expression did not show a meaningful difference. The study on the future social welfare and family welfare-related practices and more effective old age, researchers developed a program to improve the couple relationship is important to emphasize is this.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a prenatal parental role education program. Methods: The participants were healthy primiparous women and their healthy newborn babies. 57 mother-infant diads(27 in the intervention group, 30 in the control group). For the intervention group, an additional 4 prenatal parental role education programs and 2 postnatal telephone calls(1st & 3rd week after birth) were provided. Data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square test, t-test and repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS PC+ 10.0 program. Results: Significant differences were found in self-confidence in maternal role performance, mother-infant interaction and infant physical growth between the two groups. This result indicate that the intervention program was effective in improving self-confidence in maternal role performance, mother-infant interaction and in facilitating infant physical growth. Conclusions: The prenatal parental role education program developed by the author was a very effective program in promoting maternal self-confidence, mother-infant interaction, and fostering infant's physical growth at 4 weeks after infant's birth.

A general purpose program NUFLEX for the analysis of 3-D heat/fluid flow in complex geometry with pre/post processor have been developed, which consists of a flow solver based on FVM and a dedicated pre/post processor. The program employs a general non-orthogonal grid system and solve laminar and turbulent (lows with standard and RNG $\kappa-\epsilon$ turbulence models. NUFLEX is capable of analysing two-phase flow with topologically complex interface, turbulent diffusion combustion, solidification problems and magnetic flow. For the purpose of verification of the program and testing the applicability, several practical problems are solved and compared with the available data. Comparison of the NUFLEX results with that by the STAR-CD program has been also made for the same flow configuration and grid structure.

Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of a pain assessment education program developed for nurses. Methods: Research design of this study was nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental study. Subjects for this study were 56 nurses for control group, and 53 nurses for experimental group. The experimental group participated in pain assessment education program. Data were collected before and 6 months after the program and analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. Results: The results of this study were as follows: In pretest, there were no significant differences in general characteristics, knowledge of pain, attitude toward pain and pain assessment behaviors. In post test, the experimental group had significantly higher scores of pain knowledge scores and pain assessment behaviors than control group. However, attitude toward pain remained unchanged. Conclusion: According to the results, pain assessment education program was effective in improving pain knowledge and pain assessment behavior.

To intergrate finite elements Into CAD enviroment, design oriented structure of the finite element program is desirable. For this purpose a program called CFEP has been developed. Generation of geometry data is independently treated in the program to ease the modification of property or loading data. By conveniently handling the large number of load cases with various load combinations, and by comprehensively reporting the results through inclusive output for the multiple analyses, the program greatly facilitates the design process. Interfacing with interactive graphic post-processor, the results of analyses and final designed values are obtained in a compact and comprehensive manner. The paper also describes necessary tasks for developing such program on the economical microcomputer. Sample output of printed and graphical form well illustrates the procedure.

The after-school self-esteem program developed for this study consisted of 53 40-minute sessions; its goal was to instill a sense of self-reliance, belonging to society, self-worth, self-control, independence, responsibility, and respect. The program was administered to 32 first, second and third grade elementary school children from April 2002 to September 2002. The data were analyzed by frequency, mean, and paired t-test, using the SAS program package. Results showed significant before and after differences in the degree of self-esteem among the participants in the after-school self-esteem program.

In the multi-pass shape drawing process, it is important to design the intermediate dies for producing sound products. Up to now, the design of the intermediate dies is mainly carried out by the industrial experts based on their experience. In this study, a design program was developed to design the intermediate dies for multi-pass shape drawing process. The program was programmed by using VisualLISP. In this program the intermediate dies can be designed by using the initial material shape and the final product shape. In order to verify the effectiveness, the program was applied to design the intermediate dies of multi-pass shape drawing for producing four teeth spline and gun slide. Finally, FE analysis and shape drawing experiment were performed to verify the effectiveness of the designed intermediate dies. As a result, it was possible to produce the drawn products with the required dimensional accuracy.

This research aims at investigating the relationships among such variables as internet use, social-ethics, info-ethics, and the needs for info-ethic educational program. Another purpose of this study is to develop the framework for the cyber ethic educational program. For accomplishing the purpose, a survey questionnaire had been administered to 522 respondents online and of nine. The major statistical methods for data analysis were frequencey and t-test. The results of this analysis were as fellows： 1. Such variables as sex, the awareness of social law-ethics and social general ethics increased the awareness of info-ethics. 2. Variables that influenced the needs for info-ethic educational program were internet skills, social general ethics, and net info-ethics. The implications of these findings were discussed. Finally, the cyber ethic educational program was developed by the researcher band on the results of this study.

The each train operators in Korea have its own public railway safety campaign program but it is not systematic and repeated because of budget limitation. Continuous public casualties in railway transportation require that organized safety education program for the public. This paper analysed statistics of public casualties so that urgent subject occurring many times should be developed primarily as education program. Several foreign cases were investigated and characterized. Finally, a railway safety education program proposed. The program is designed to supply experiential learning, lecture and exhibition.
