식품판매업소의 냉장.냉동 진열대의 온도 관리 조사연구 (A Survey of the Temperature Control of Refrigerators and Freezers in Retail Food Shops)

  • The number of food establishments selling raw and convenience foods are increasing in Korea, and people enjoy purchasing and eating foods at these shops. However, there are only a few reports on the temperature control of the refrigerators and freezers at retail food shops. This study was performed to investigate the temperature control of refrigerators and freezers in retail food shops in Daegu. The survey was carried out from July 20 to August 30 in 2001. The trained surveyors visited the twenty retail food shops (four department stores, eight marts/supermarkets and eight convenience stores) in the 8 major areas of Daegu and inspected the temperature control of 48 refrigerators for dairy products, fruits & vegetables, and rolled rice & sandwiches, and 52 freezers for ice cream & sherbet, frozen food, and frozen fish. The percentage of the refrigerators, and freezers with unsafe temperatures higher than the recommended safe temperature (10℃ for refrigerators, and -18℃ for freezers) was 42%; 45.8% in refrigerators; 38.5% in freezers. On an average, the bigger the size of the shop, the better than the other freezers. On the other hand, the temperature control of refrigerator for fruits & vegetables was the worst because they were usually open. Actual temperatures in the refrigerators and freezers were found to be significantly higher than the reading on the thermometers attached to the refrigerators and freezers(p<0.05). These results indicate that temperature control of refrigerators and freezers at retail food shops should be monitored several times each day, and should have strict inspection. There should be more detailed legal standard and specification for temperature control of refrigerators and freezers at retail food shops to prevent foodborne illness from unsafely stored food.

Fracture behaviors of tunnel lining caused by multi-factors: A case study

  • The cracking and spalling caused by fracture of concrete lining have adverse impacts on serviceability and durability of the tunnel, and the subsequent maintenance work for damaged structure needs to be specific to the damaging causes. In this paper, a particular case study of an operational tunnel structure is presented for the serious cracking and spalling behaviours of concrete lining, focusing on the multi-factors inducing lining failure. An integrated field investigation is implemented to characterize the spatial distribution of damages and detailed site situations. According to results of nondestructive inspection, insufficient lining thickness and cavity behind lining are the coupled-inducement of lining failure bahaviors. To further understanding of the lining structure performance influenced by these multiple construction deficiencies, a reliable numerical simulation based on extended finite element method (XFEM) is performed by using the finite element software. The numerical model with 112 m longitudinal calculation, 100 m vertical calculation and 43 m vertical depth, and the concrete lining with 1450 solid elements are set enrichment shape function for the aim of simulating cracking behavior. The numerical simulation responses are essentially in accordance with the actual lining damaging forms, especially including a complete evolutionary process of lining spalling. This work demonstrates that the serious lining damaging behaviors are directly caused by a combination of insufficient thickness lining and cavity around the surrounding rocks. Ultimately, specific maintenance work is design based on the construction deficiencies, and that is confirmed as an efficient, time-saving and safe maintenance method in the operational railway tunnel.

원외탕전실 관리현황 설문조사 연구 (A Survey on the Management Status of Extramural Herbal Dispensaries)

  • Objectives This study was conducted to investigate the management status of extramural herbal dispensary facility, which could serve as a foundation for further research and policy establishment.Method According to herbal dispensary data collected by Ministry of Health and Welfare, 78 sites were confirmed among 1,160 sites which checked extramural herbal dispensary facility. We carried out a survey on them. The survey consisted of 42 questions including general provisions, personnel management, spaces and facilities, equipment and utensils, procedure requirement for production and/or processing.Results From their responses, hygiene was regarded generally admittable. In personnel management, some answers that herbal medicines were prepared not by Korean medicine doctor or pharmacist, but by general worker. On preparation method, dosage frequency and volume were different among preparation facilities. Regarding facility management, prescription inspection was substantially carried out in many extramural preparation facilities, however, some of them was not.Conclusion There was a need for regulation of detailed management including facility, preparation, personnel management, etc., of extramural preparation facility. Furthermore, There was also a need for standardization of procedure on decoction, water management, medicinal herbs management, etc.

미동산 산림환경 생태원 설계 (Design of Midongsan Ecological park)

  • This report describes the first prize design of Midongsan Eco-park, which is located in Chungcheongbuk-do (North Chungcheong) province. Criteria of the winning design are as follows: 1) The design should include a neighborhood park as well as a portion of a green zone, in order to harmonize the area ecosystem, gradually assimilate the surroundings, and serve as an education tool for the public. 2) According to an analysis of area maps and a site-inspection, a preserved area, a buffer area, a restored area, and a developed area should be developed. In the buffer and restored areas, major facilities and activity spaces should be set up. 3) Observation trails should be accessible to visitors, and a variety of adventure programs should be available. 4) The eco-park should be designed to provide a habitat for the Gorani (Chinese water deer) which used to live around Midongsan. 5) For sensuous and vivid visitor experiences, diverse programs are to be designed to accommodate different seasons, visitor ages, and required time. Environment and eco-education are to be emphasized to maximize the effect of the eco-programs. 6) Optimal activities for visitors of different ages, optimal time intervals and eco-programs by age are also suggested. 7) Facilities are zoned into three sections according to level of development. Each section has a main area and supplementary areas for better understanding. 8) Nature-friendly arrangement of facilities and construction should minimize earthwork and adverse effects on the local ecology. Throughout the planning, the following things were learned: longer-term analysis including all season's observation is essential; planning, designing, bui Iding and managing should be based on this careful, extended observation. The contest should have taken plate over a longer period of time in order enable more detailed planing of the eco-park For improved management and activities, a volunteer system in linked with schools eco-institutions and NGOs should be developed with eco-interpreters.

정부 회계검사 제도의 제도적 제약과 행위자의 선택 (Institutional Constraints and Actors' Choice in Government Examination System)

  • 본 연구는 제도적 맥락의 관점에서 우리나라가 왜 감사제도가 아닌 검사제도를 사용하고 있는지 살펴보고 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 제도적 맥락은 제도적 유산, 동인, 제도적 제약, 행위자의 역할 및 변화된 제도의 절차로 분석하였다. 연구는 국내외 사례에 대한 문헌조사를 바탕으로 뉴질랜드, 호주, 영국, 미국 및 우리나라의 재무부와 감사원 홈페이지에서 체계적으로 관련된 자료를 수집하여 실효성 있는 제언이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 분석결과 우리나라는 제도적 제약으로 감사제도가 아닌 검사제도를 유지하면서 검사의 의미확대, 검사주체의 능력강화, 검사내용의 정비, 공시제도의 강화 등을 통하여 재무제표의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 감사제도를 활용하고 있는 선진국에 비하여 여전히 미흡한 제도이다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 행위자의 능력강화, 내부통제 제도 마련, 의견제시 및 외부공시 강화 등을 제도적 보완사항으로 제시하였다. 추후 이러한 보완사항에 대한 깊이 있는 연구가 이루어지기를 바란다.

국내 소방산업의 글로벌화 융합형 제도와 정책의 발전방안 (Globalization Development Plans of the Convergence Systems and Policies for Domestic Fire Industry)

  • 본 연구는 국내 소방산업 글로벌화를 위한 융합형 제도와 정책의 발전방안에 대한 것으로, 소방산업 진흥을 위한 정책시행 현황과 소방산업의 환경분석을 통한 현행의 문제점을 분석하였다. 결과적으로 소방산업 진흥법률 고도화 방안 및 소방산업 해외 진출 활성화 방안을 제시하였으며, 특히 소방산업 해외 진출 활성화 방안은 소방산업 기술진흥 정책 전략방안 및 해외 시장진출 지원 활성화 방안으로 분류하여 도출하였다. 해외 시장진출 지원 활성화 방안은 소방산업체 해외전시회 지원 다변화, 해외시장개척단 파견 확대, 아시아 신흥시장 진출 확대의 3개 세부방안으로 논의되었다. 특히 아시아 신흥시장 진출확대 방안을 통하여 국내 소방제도의 우수성 확립, 국내 소방산업체의 해외 진출 인프라 마련 및 국내 소방검사제도 구축 유도의 전략적 성과를 도출할 것이다.

국방 인사정보 S/W체계의 정량적 품질평가 연구 (A Study for DHRMIS S/W Quantitive Quality Evaluation)

  • 본 논문은 국방 인사정보 S/W체계 개발에서 정량적 품질평가를 위한 것이다. ISO/IEC 9126에서 권고하는 국제표준에 입각한 정량적 품질평가방법을 적용한다. 계수적 평가의 6가지 기준을 제안하고 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성과 세부 부특성 27항목을 설정하고, 품질 검사표는 S/W 품질을 측정하는 매트릭을 도표로 작성하였다. 국방사업의 특성을 반영한 우선순위에 의한 가중치를 주어 사용자의 목적에 맞는 국방 인사정보 S/W체계의 정량적인 평가방안을 연구하여 제시하였다. 정량적 품질평가적용에서 80%의 만족도와 현업 보직자 8명중 7명이 매우 만족(87.5%)과 1명은 만족(12.5%) 표시하여 신뢰성과 기능성에 대한 사용자의 만족도가 높은 것으로 판정되어 효율적인 국방 S/W사용과 효과를 분석하여 국방력의 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

일본 판목의 구조에 대한 기초연구 - 3D 계측을 통한 조사를 중심으로 - (A Preliminary Study on Structure of the Wooden Printing Blocks in Japan - Based on the 3D Measurement Method -)

  • 본 연구에서는 일본 목판 인쇄에 사용된 판목 구조의 과학적 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 판목이 입체적인 구조의 유물이라는 사실에 주목하여 2차원보다 3차원의 조사가 유효하다고 판단, 판목 연구에서 첫 사례가 되는 3D CT스캐너, 고화질 3차원 디지타이저를 이용한 조사를 진행하였다. 3D CT스캐너를 이용한 조사 결과, 판목의 단면 정보로부터 사용된 나뭇결과 내부 구조의 확인 및 계측, 생존 중인 벌레의 존재를 밝혀내었다. 3차원 디지타이저를 이용한 조사에서는 0.02 mm 단위의 관찰이 가능하여 기존의 현미경으로는 조사가 곤란했던 판목의 표면 정보를 상세히 관찰할 수 있었다.

ON THE NATURE OF SODIUM EXCESS OBJECTS

  • Several studies have reported the presence of sodium excess objects having neutral atomic absorption lines at $5895{\AA}$ (NaD) and $8190{\AA}$ that are deeper than expected based on stellar population models that match the stellar continuum. The origin of these lines is therefore hotly debated. van Dokkum & Conroy proposed that low-mass stars (0.3M) are more prevalent in massive early-type galaxies, which may lead to a strong NaI 8190 line strength. It is necessary to test this prediction, however, against other prominent optical line indices such as NaD, Mgb, and Fe5270, which can be measured with a significantly higher signal-to-noise ratio than NaI 8190. We identified a new sample of roughly one thousand NaD excess objects (NEOs; ~8% of galaxies in the sample) based on NaD line strength in the redshift range 0.00$H{\beta}$ line strengths and significant emission lines, which are indicative of the presence of young stellar populations. This result implies that the presence of the interstellar medium and/or dust contributes to the increase in NaD line strengths observed for these galaxies.

군 조직의 상시 예방 감사시스템 구축방안 연구 (The Study on the Construction of the Continuous Preventive Audit System for the Military Organization)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 향후 급변하는 감사 및 업무 환경에서 효율적인 감사방법을 개발할 수 있 군 조직내 예방적 감사체계 구축방안을 연구하는 것이다. 연구방법: 군 자체감사의 실태와 문제점, 현재 정부 부처 및 기관에서 사용하고 있는 지속적 예방감사제도 사례, 외국 감사원 정보시스템 내부통제점검 등을 살펴보았다. 연구결과: 본 연구에서는 군사감사제도의 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 정부부처, 기관 등이 활용하는 지속적 예방감사제도를 벤치마킹하여 군내 지속적 예방감사제도를 구축하는 방안을 제안하였다. 결론: 상시 예방 감사 시스템사업의 한계성 및 사업효과의 신뢰성을 고려하여 육군을 시험사업으로 추진하고 이어서 해군·공군·해병대로 사업을 점진적으로 확대해야 할 것이다.
