The purpose of this study is to develop the basis data for methods of the plan to make the office space of the psychological environment by survey of preference to users in Department Store. The results are as follows : First, we could know that the space plan has to be considered the privacy and sociality for the psychological environment in office space. Second, we could know that there are efficient methods of space plan to use the cutoff division by partitions, the psychological division by furniture and the sensitive division by material for privacy in office and resting space. For sociality, there are efficient arrangement methods to plan by division type in office space and by opening type in resting space. And it is good method to use by color that is one in esthetical elements. Third, if we considered users, it is good method to use partitions to cutoff from the floor to the ceiling for privacy in office space and to use movable furnitures to cutoff for privacy in resting space. Forth, we could know that there is the difference in methods of space plan to be preferred by user's variables for privacy and sociality in office and resting spaces. Thus, i think that we have to study considering user's variables and types of department store.

Recently, architectural design has been changing from formal design to freeform design due to the digitalization of construction industry. Especially, the formal design has been accepted as a design trend recently and applied many times as a design concept in the architectural design competitions such as turn-key. However, various deflects such as water leak and cracks have been occurred because the traditional construction methods had been applied without any revision or adaptation of the formal construction method for the freeform building construction. Therefore this research proposes location point control method for freeform metal panel installation which is focused on the application of LH JinJu new office.

This paper presents the structural design and response control system of the JR MEGURO MARC building, a 70 meters high office building with steel structure located in Tokyo (Figure 1). In order to achieve high earthquake resistance and useable office space, this building integrates a centralized response control system with deformation amplification mechanisms and tuned viscous mass dampers on the lower floor. Moreover, buckling-restrained braces (BRB) are installed on the upper floors to increase the effectiveness of centralized response control system and to reduce damage of the main frames in the event of a major earthquake. It features an efficient centralized response control system by amplifying the deformation of the dampers without creating a soft story.

과학기술의 발달과 생활양식의 변화로 인해 주택의 역할은 가족구성원들을 위한 생활공간 뿐 아니라 사무실을 대신하는 업무공간으로 확장되고 있으며, 그에 따라 업무에 필요한 기기나 물품들은 편리하게 사용하고 수납하기 위한 재택 근무가구의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 선행 개발된 재택 근무 공간 및 가구에 대한 지침과 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여, 기능적인 측면에서는 편리하고 효율적인 작업이 가능하고 형태적인 측면에서는 주택이라는 특성에 부합하는 다음과 같은 가구의 디자인을 개발하였다. 1. 패널부착형 조합가구 : 가변성과 확장성을 기본개념으로 하여 원하는 형태와 크기의 unit를 다양하게 조합할 수 있는 시스템 가구 2. 캐비넷 형 워크스테이션 : 하나의 가구에 재택 무에 필요한 기능을 집약시켜 최소한의 공간으로 최대의 효율성을 추구하는 가구 3. 이동식 다목적 가구 : 간단한 작업이나 보조기능을 위한 이동성이 뛰어난 가구 재택 근무는 시간과 공간의 효율성으로 인해 미래의 업무 형태로 발전될 가능성이 크며, 따라서 보다 다양한 기능과 형태를 지니는 디자인의 지속적인 개발이 요구된다.

Many efforts are being made to enhance user productivity and promote collaboration while ensuring the economic efficiency of office buildings. Analyzing space utilization, indicating how users utilize spaces, has been a crucial factor in these efforts. Appropriate space utilization enhances building maintenance and space layout design, reducing unnecessary energy waste and under-occupied spaces. Recognizing the importance of space utilization, there have been several studies to predict space utilization using information about users, activities, and spaces. These studies suggested an ontology of the information and implemented automated activity-space mapping as part of space utilization prediction. Despite the existing studies, there remains a gap in integrating space utilization prediction with automated space layout design. As a foundational study to bridge this gap, our study proposes a novel methodology that automatically generates office rooms based on space utilization optimization. This methodology consists of three modules: Activity-space mapping, Space utilization calculation, and Room generation. The first two modules use data on space types and user activity types as input to calculate and optimize space utilization through requirement-based activity-space mapping. After optimizing the space utilization value within an appropriate range, the number and area of each space type are determined. The Room generation module then automatically generates rooms with optimized areas and numbers. The practical application of the developed methodology is demonstrated, highlighting its effectiveness in fabricated case scenario. By automatically generating rooms with optimal space utilization, our methodology shows potential for expanding to automated generation of optimized space layout design based on space utilization.

The need of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Sup-ply) system is dramatically increasing with the increased use of computers, telecommunica-tion system, building automation system, and office automation system in office buildings. The consequence of the power failure is very disas trous in intelligent office buil-dings. Thus, the nucessity of large scale UPS system with generations of large scale UPS system with generator is increasing. In this study, the configurations of large scale UPS system are reviewed and analyzed. The design guide and technical considerations of high reliability system are presented.

본 연구의 목적은 서비스디자인 프로세스를 활용한 제품디자인 개발 프로세스를 체계화하여 실무에서 활용할 수 있도록 '서비스디자인 방법론을 활용한 제품디자인 개발 프로세스'를 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 일반 가정용 전화기에 비해 스마트화 되어가는 사무환경을 고려한 오피스 전화기에 대한 사용성(Usability) 연구가 부족한 상황에서, 이 연구를 통해 단순 제품 개발이 아닌 제품기반 서비스디자인적 관점으로 확장하여 스마트 사무환경에서의 오피스 전화기 제품디자인을 통해 새로운 사용자 경험 가치 제공과 서비스 연계 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 서비스디자인 프로세스를 활용하여 UX중심의 사용자 니즈 도출 및 사용자 경험 가치를 구현하는 제품디자인 개발에 중점을 두었다. 특히, 제품 개발과정에서 사용자 니즈와 경험 가치 요소를 좀 더 체계적으로 도출하고, 제품기반 서비스가 융합된 아이디어를 발굴하기 위해 서비스디자인 프로세스를 접목하였다. 이를 위해 서비스디자인 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 '더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스 모델'을 채택하였다. 또한 실제 사용자 및 다양한 분야의 인력들이 참여하는 Work Flow를 통해 사용성 개선방안, 사용자 경험(UX) 가치 요소 및 제품-서비스 연계 아이디어를 도출할 수 있도록 제품디자인 개발 프로세스를 구축하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서, 더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스에 기반하여 '문제발견(Discover)' 정보수집 단계에서는 국내외 오피스 전화기 시장을 중심으로 디자인 트렌드를 파악하였다. '정의(Define)' 분석·도출 단계에서는 사용자 관찰 및 인터뷰, 사용성 설문조사를 통해 사용자 니즈를 분석하고, 디자인 요구조건 및 사용자 경험 이슈를 도출하였다. 사용자 유형 분석을 통해 퍼소나(Persona)를 설정하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 사용자 시나리오를 제시하였다. '발전(Develop)' 발전·개발 단계에서는 디자인 구체화를 위한 아이디어 워크숍과 콘셉트 렌더링을 진행하였으며, 사내 다양한 분야의 인력이 참여하여 디자인 선호도 및 사용성 개선방안을 도출하여 디자인 방향을 설정하였다. '전달(Deliver)' 개선·프로토타입 개발·평가 단계에서는 디자인 프로토타입 목업을 제작하여 사외 디자인전문가 자문을 통한 디자인 및 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 기존의 제품디자인 개발 프로세스와 서비스디자인 프로세스가 접목된 제품디자인 개발 프로세스 모델을 구축하였다는데 의의가 있다. 궁극적으로 향후 I사 제품이 서비스 융합을 통해서 사용자 경험 가치를 구현하고, 이를 통해 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 만들어갈 수 있도록 서비스디자인기반 제품디자인 개발 프로세스를 제안하였다.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the design parameters and to develop the cooling and heating load prediction equations of office buildings. The building load calculation simulation was carried out using the DOE-2.1E program. The results of the simulation were used as data for multiple regression analysis which could develop the load prediction equations.

This paper shows a reasonable design standard of electric equipment capacity for office buildings, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc for 121 buildings. The saving of electric equiment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decreasse of electric power rates can be contributed by the application of the design standard.

The significance of this study is to supply the basic data in the case of planning atrium. the contents is analyzed in the side of functional and architectural seperately and is dealt with the extent of perception on Atrium, the actual conditions of using , the extent of preference and requesting on facilities the feeling of space, the relationship of moving-line with any other places and so on especially, office building.
