The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of training programs for strengthening teachers' ICT competency and to suggest the ways to improve the existing ones. To do this, we conducted literature review, web survey with teachers, and in-depth interview with training program operators. The results of the online survey indicated that generally speaking, the programs had been operated desirably, although three programs(Thinking with Technology Course, Essential Course, e-PBL Instructional Design Course) needed to take additional efforts for their effectiveness and efficiency. According to the results of in-depth interview with training operators, they demanded re-training for lecturers, self career development, quality control of regional delivery training, expansion of training periods, and post-supports after training etc.

This study deals with South Korea broadcasting reporters reporting North Korea issues focusing on KBS and MBC. More specifically, this study focuses on what kinds of broadcasting reporting restriction factors are in reporting North Korea issues in Korea. In order to achieve the goal of this study, this study attempted the depth-interview with six broadcasting reporters working on KBS and MBC. As study results, this study found out that Korean broadcasting reporters were sensitively influenced by public opinions concerned about a specific North Korea issue and political situations that a North Korea issue was positioned. In order to overcome such kinds of reporting restrictions in reporting North Korea issues, this study suggests that KBS and MBC needs more professional manpower dealing with North Korea issues and outside help such as civic social associations.

The purpose of this study is 1) to research how practitioners in fashion industry in South Korea perceive concepts of Technical Design/Designer, 2) to compare and analyze issues at work by occupation, 3) to research specific works in garment development process, and 4) to compare and analyze work involvement by occupation, type of a company and etc, and 5) to propose the role of Technical Designers in apparel companies in South Korea. There were two methods to conduct this study, which were in-depth interview and survey. Both methods were conducted to designers, merchandisers, pattern makers, technical designers, and production coordinators. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, and Factor analysis were performed to get results by using SPSS 18.0 program. The results are following. There were 50 works during garment development process from the result of in-depth interview, and 6 factors were obtained from the result of Factor analysis, which were 'Works about Sample in Sample Development Process', 'Works about Product's Pattern and Size Spec', 'Works about Development of Garment's Design', 'Works about Planning of Product Development and Management of Product in Stock', 'Works about Production Process', and 'Preparation Works for Sample Development'. In conclusion, technical designer in apparel companies in South Korea should be in charge of works about sample in sample development process and decision making of product' size spec, which is included in works about product's pattern and size spec. Also, they should complete technical package after product is developed by designers.

The purpose of this study is to know experiences and process of patients' healing relation with nurses. This study had been conducted from July to September in 1994. The subjects were 7 patients who had hospitalized within 10 days at general surgery unit in C university hospital. The data were collected through in-depth interview and observation on the basis of Grounded Theory. In-depth interview were performed 3-6 times for each patient and taken 10-15 minutes at once. The result were as follows : (1) The main concepts are worry to operation, worry to hospital environment, worry to their children, worry to nurses, general appraisal, appraisal of appearance, appraisal of attitude, appraisal of nurses' response, appraisal of nurses' help, interest to patients, appraisal of explanation, appraisal of direct nursing, appraisal of nursing role, appraisal of nursing fairness, empathy, feeling of jung, discontent exposure, content, rapport. (Jung is a unique feeling that appeared in only korean culture) (2) The main categories are worry, general appraisal, concrete appraisal, empathy, and rapport. (3) These process is worry, appraisal, empathy, and rapport in the order. (4) The core category is the need of relation formation. The hospitalized patients have had need of relation formation with nurses. In order to satisfy this need, patients in the early of hospitalization had the worries to nurses, hospital environment, their children and themselves. The more patients have information about themselves, the more they have worries. In addition to, patients have general appraisal through the first impression or feeling to nurses. A time goes by, general appraisal has changed concrete appraisal. High educated group (above bachelor degree) have expressed concretely and variousely their needs. The patients who have empathy to nurses are content with nurses and form rapport to be shown frankly thier discontents. Therefore, patients' healing relation formation is the process of being filled up the need of relation formaton with Nurses. As mentioned above, researcher suggests that nurses need study nursing strategies to make earlier the last phase of the healing relation formation, rapport.

This article researched the changes of terrestrial local broadcasting companies in a crisis of management. According to the following: First, the structure of the internal organization of local broadcasting companies has been changed to put more emphasis on 'management'. Second, most of the interviewees responded that this change was an inevitable choice. However, some responded that their 'role identity' was changing in a negative direction. Third, these changes have led to the emergence of programs that could undermine public interest. It also showed an increase in the production of 'funding-based' programs and 'mobile first' programs.

Objectives : Recently, the interest on medical education in flipped learning has been growing. Competency-based curriculum is also required through changes in teaching methods within the Korean medicine education. In this study, flipped learning method was applied to 'medical ethics' class to examine the perception and experience of flipped learning from the Korean medical student's perspectives. Methods : The study was conducted on 15 preparatory course freshmen students who took the 'medical ethics' course, in the second semester of the year 2017 at 'A' University. The study was proceded in two steps; 1) fill-in the questionnaire twice (before and after the class), and 2) in-depth interview with semi-structured questionnaire. The $1^{st}$ questionnaire in the first step was consisted of 'Experience on flipped learning before the class', 'Which section of the flipped learning class do participants have expectation', 'Interest and expectation on flipped learning'. In the $2^{nd}$ questionnare, the participants were asked 'Which section of the flipped learning section that the learning effect was maximized', 'Association between 'flipped learning' method and 'Medical ethics' course' with 5-point Likert scale and frequency. Results : The results showed that flipped learning method works very effectively in the 'medical ethics' course (63.6%). After the flipped learning class, the participants showed positive change in a attitude of the class (72.7%). However, this teaching method might be inappropriate for participants who had difficulties in pre-learning or a passive attitude and lecture-centered instruction (LCI) classes. Conclusions : Though applying flipped learning method to the 'Medical Ethics' was effective, to make pre-learning better, the instructors should prepare countermeasures for passive participants, help interact well among the participants, and plan a lesson thoroughly for changing LCI classes to student-centerd instruction(SCI).

In the media convergence era, contents industry is raising core area in the government level. This study explores directions of development policy of national contents industry. So this study performs depth interview with 10 experts and investigates delphi research with 30 experts who are specialists in digital convergence area. Following the depth interview, there are three categories in the convergence contents - technical area, human resource area, and political area. The result shows that there is discordance between importance and present status each area. This finding suggests that there is political delay in the convergence media industry. In conclusion, it is necessary to look over the current limits and inspect defects. This study implicates further directions of national contents industry.

The purpose of this study is to make clear the management of Environmental Education in Elementary school in Korea. To accomplish this purpose, The research for the actual condition of management of Environmental Education according to school, grade, and class was progressed. The researcher was analyzed Hindrance Factors of Sound Environmental Education in School and presented some suggestion on the basis of above-mentioned findings. On one side, the method of research is a case study on qualitative based way. A case study was conducted with it's focus on public elementary school in Seoul. As for major research methods, observation by participating in school field and in-depth interview were respectively employed; subsidiary methods included literature study. The findings of this study are as belows: First, Environmental Education was not managed practically with specific way in school. Second, Environmental Education by direct and actual outdoor experience was unusual. Third, most of class school work about Environmental Education was focused on not only the type of prescription after the environmental problem but also, the treatment of articles in newspaper and TV. Forth, educational compulsion such as “you have to do that.” was mainly used as Environmental guidance for sound attitude in school without clear reasons. In the last analysis, hindrance factors of sound management for environmental education in elementary schools were ‘passive adjustment’, ‘discriminative reception’, ‘absence of information resource’. these factors came from atmosphere of negligence environmental education in schools. Therefore, all of teachers have to affirmative belief and attitude as personal dimension and all of elementary schools improve environmental education system.

The study evaluates user experiences of YouTube and Vimeo, typical Video-sharing websites, to suggest guidelines that are more user-cantered and useful. I did some literature research followed with evaluation of theoretical backgrounds, present conditions and future services. Also, I used the six principles of "Creating Pleasurable Interface" by Stephen Anderson to conduct an in-depth interview. The results indicate that YouTube needs to improve availability of its functions and usability by reducing advertisement. Vimeo needs to improve its popularity by increasing popular contents and add relationship service such as personal broadcasting system and community services. I expect this study will become a good resource for upgrading user experiences of Video-sharing websites. I also believe that this study can guide other studies about user experience in other fields.

This study has attempted to explore the audience's visual attention about the subtitles types of CATV entertainment program. To achieve this, this research has measured the dwell time and average fixation data through the eye-tracking test and analysed the reason of particular visual attention by in-depth interview. According to the eye-tracking research findings, four types of subtitles(character metaphor, character metonymy, event metaphor, event metonymy) were measured the highest dwell time and average fixation time. Also, according to in-depth interview, visual attention was clearly turned up that event metonymy constructs the conflicts between characters and overstates the trip place romantically. This results means that staffs of intensify the reality and visual pleasure through event metonymic subtitles.
