A Real Time Integrated Dispatching Logic for Semiconductor Material Flow Control Considering Multi-load Automated Material Handling System (반도체 물류 제어 시스템을 위한 반송장비의 다중적재를 고려한 실시간 통합 디스패칭 로직)

  • A semiconductor production system has sophisticated manufacturing operations and needs high capital investment for its expensive equipment, which warrants efficient real-time flow control for wafers. In the bay, we consider material handling equipment that can handle multiple carriers of wafers. The dispatching logic first determines the transportation time of each carrier to its destination by each unit of transportation equipment and uses this information to determine the destination machine and target carrier. When there is no available buffer space at the machine tool, the logic allows carriers to stay at the buffer of a machine tool and determine the delay time, which is used to determine the destination of carriers in URL. A simulation study shows this dispatching logic performs better than the procedure currently in use to reduce the mean flow time and average WIP of wafers and increase efficiency of material handling equipment.

  • PDP의 구동기술로서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 ADS구동법은 어드레스 방전시 방전지연(discharge time delay)이 발생한다. 따라서 어드레서(address) 펄스의 폭이 충분히 넓어야 높은 휘도에서 균일한 방전을 할 수 있어 현재 고화질화에 많은 어려움을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 어드레스 기입 시간에 따라 발생하는 방전지연시간에 대해 연구하였다. 그 결과 프라이밍(priming) 방전과의 시간차가 증가하면 방전지연시간이 증가하여 방전이 불안정해진다는 것과 어드레스 펄스 타이밍의 실제 표시방전 기간에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것을 측정결과로 확인하였다.

Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging at True End-Diastole to Quantify Reproducible Transmural Extent of Myocardial Hyperenhancement

  • To determine feasibility of contrast-enhanced MRI (co-MRI) at true end-diastole (ED) free from limitation of time for inversion-recovery and trigger window for quantifying transmural extent of infarction. 대상 및 방법: MRI was performed in 18 patients with myocardial infarction. Cine imaging and co-MRI with same registered slices in short axis were peformed. To allow true ED co-MRI, ECG synchronization should use two RR-intervals for one acquisition of a segment of k-space by setting the heart rate to half that of the true heart rate. Trigger delay time was adjusted to the RR-interval for imaging at ED and to the sum of RR-interval plus the time between R-wave and the end-systole (ES) determined in cine images for imaging at ES.

  • A closed-form technique is presented for estimating a single source location from a set of noisy time delay measurements between distributed sensors. The localization formula is derived from nonlinear least squares minimization over the unknowns of target range and bearing in polar coordinates. Computer simulation results are provided for the purpose of performance analysis. Constrained least squares minimization method with prior source location information is also discussed.

  • A scheme is proposed for measuring similarities between the binary pulse signals in the pulse-code modulation using the Integra-Normalizer. The Integra-Normalizer provides a better interpretation of the relationship between the pulse signals by removing redundant codes, which maps all possible observed signals to one of the codes to be received with relative similarities between each pair of compared signals. The proposed method provides better error tolerance than L2 metric, such as Hamming distance, since the distances between pulse signals are measured not useful for the time-delay detection in the pulse-code modulation.

In the modern industrial developments in Korea has brought increase of consumptional products, by this reason. we are interested in the advertising industry for purpose of booming currents. But Comparing with the development of general advertising industry, it is not so long that understanding of advertising design has become important problm and spacially importance of creativity. Therefore According as the usefulness of advertisement is growing, we are concerned of the study of advertising effects. Now creatived expression is required without a moment delay because of the point of discrimination about too many advertisements. So, Advertising design has a role of positive communication which is passed into the life of modern man deeply. So for the dffective and impactive communication in the short time and on the limit space against implicative message, the study for importance of creativity in advertising expression has common purpose contact floody advertising everyday. Therefore this thesis try to seek Strategies of creativity in order to effective advertising expression.

  • Collision free task planning for dual-arm robot which perform many subtasks in a common work space can be achieved in two steps : path planning and trajectory planning. Path planning finds the order of tasks for each robot to minimize path lengths as well as to avoid collision with static obstacles. A trajectory planning strategy is to let each robot move along its path as fast as possible and delay one robot at its initial position or reduce speed at the middle of its path to avoid collision with the other robot.

  • The paper describes a implementation of space vector pulse-width modulation voltage source inverter and interfacing of DSP using field programmable gate array(FPGA) for a induction motor vector control system. The implemented chip is included logic circuits for SVPWM, dead time compensation and speed detection using Quick Logic, QLl6X24B. The maximum operating frequency and delay time can be set to 110MHz and 6 nsec. The designed Application Specific Integrated Circuit(ASIC) for SVPWM can be incorporated with a digital signal processing to provide a simple and effective solution for high performance induction motor drives with a voltage source inverter. Simulation and implementation results are shown to verify the usefulness of ASIC in a motor drive system and power electronics applications.

On the flame propagation in a spark-ignited gasoline engine (전기점화식 내연기관에 있어서 화염전파에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the flame propagation phenomenon in the combustion chamber of spark-ignition gasoline engine for the idling condition. by means of four ion probes located through the cylinder head, the time intervals for the flame to arrive at the respective probes are read on th visicorder char. As results, the flame is considered to initiate after some ignition delay and to propagate through the central space of combustion chamber with rather constant speed on the order of 25m/sec, and thereafter to be slowed down approaching the wall. Additionally, the retardation of flame in the wall boundary layer could be inferred. The maximum pressure is developed when the flame nearly touches the wall diagonal to the spark plug. And some features of flame propagation are elucidate.
