  • This paper is a brief review of the different procedures that are available for fitting theoretical distributions to data. The use of each technique Is illustrated by reference to a distribution system which including the Pearson, Johnson and Burr functions. These functions can be used to calculate percent out of specification. Therefore, in this paper a new method for estimating a measure of process capability for Gamma distributed variable data proposed using the percentage nonconforming. Process capability indices combines with the percentage nonconforming Information can be used to evaluate more accurately process capability.

  • Indoor air quality has attracted great attention in recent years and thus the importance of managing finishing materials in terms of pollutant source control is being emphasized. Managing the finishing material at the design stage maximizes the efficiency of IAQ control at the following construction stage. However, there are insufficient investigations on the application of a specific finishing material management process, a database management system or a finishing material management process network. As a result, the main purposes of this study comprise comprehensive evaluation of IAQ performance from the selected finishing materials and auxiliary materials, application of the material management system basing on the types and characteristics of toxic substances generated from the indoor finishing materials, investigation of IAQ evaluation standard, and the overall IAQ evaluation method for the design parts. The result of this study will be the basic data to construct DBMS for management of finishing materials with respect to IAQ.

중소기업의 생산성 성과 요인에 관한 구조적 분석: 생산성경영시스템(PMS) 인증 제조업을 중심으로 (A Structural Analysis of the Factors Affecting Productivity Performance: Based on SME of Manufacturing Certified the PMS)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

  • As the IT service environment grows, it is critical in terms of IT service quality to minimize the occurrence of failures due to changes in applications and to diagnose and recover in a short period of time how failure will affect the business. Thus, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has been building and operating ITSMs to implement IT service management in a leading manner. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is divided into events, obstacles, changes, versions and setup management to ensure flexibility and stability in service delivery. It is also operated separately from service level, availability, capacity, financial and IT service continuity management to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Based on ITSM military service history, this study looks at the impact of quality of service on value, satisfaction, and trust. The results of the analysis are highly valuable for future ITSM implementation and operation.

  • A systemic building maintenance management is necessary to supply an convenience and safety environment by maintain the origin features for a building's life. However, the exist maintenance management system has some problems such as interoperability of information or standardization of data. In those reasons, a critical information for maintenance a building may be lost and changed. In addition, the data could be crashed or lost on a process of re-input or re-produce. This paper purpose the interoperability in exchanging data between design/construction and operation phases. In addition, this model will enhance the efficiency of building maintenance tasks through information quality improvement and data reproduction prevention.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an framework for the marketing performance evaluation of POS system by the theoretical model for evaluation of information system and the empirical data of Super-chains. This study were empirically examined an effect of POS system and its information quality on POS information use and another effect of POS information use on marketing performances of firms using POS system. Also, in order to achieve this purpose, a literature survey on MIS and marketing was conducted. In this study, the structural equation model(SEM) was established for verifying the relationship of above variables. And, several hypothesis were established and examined empirically from that SEM. In conclusion POS system and its information quality influenced positively on POS information use, and that information use influenced on marketing performance as the effectiveness of POS system operations.

  • 본 논문에서는 레미콘 현장검사 시 스마트폰으로 검사와 대응이 가능하도록 모바일 레미콘 품질 관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 그리고 현장검사를 디지털화하기 위한 실시간 슬럼프 데이터 처리 부분과 서버와의 데이터 교환을 위한 XML 포맷을 제안하였다. 스마트폰을 이용하여 레미콘 현장검사의 영상을 실시간으로 전송하여 오류를 판단하였으며, 이렇게 함으로써 현장과 본사에서 레미콘 제품의 이상 여부를 공유하였다. 개발 대상 기술은 실제 결과 값을 기반으로 영상 이미지 분석 등을 통하여 제품에 대한 이상 여부가 판단되며 회사 및 현장에 적합한 정보 제공이 가능하다. 레미콘 품질 데이터 분석을 기반으로 원자재 관리 데이터와 연동함으로써 레미콘 업종의 가장 큰 문제 사항인 원자재 반입에 따른 실시간 최적의 배합비율 제시가 가능하다.

전자상점의 성과모형에 관한 실증적 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Electronic - Store Success Model)

  • This paper focused on empirically testing the ESM(Electronic-Store Success Model). The model was developed by basing upon the ‘Updated D&M(DeLone and McLean) IS Success Model(2003)’ and reflecting the characteristics of marketing and e-business, and composed of the six dimensions including system quality, information quality, service quality, trust, customer loyalty and financial performance. The research model consisting of five dimensions, excluding financial performance, was proposed and empirically verified by structural equation model with respect to data from 224 customers on 69 Electronic-Stores. The results show that system quality and information quality significantly influence service quality, and that service quality also significantly influence trust and customer loyalty, and that trust has significant influence on customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an insurance system for product quality liability(PQL) by reviewing some legal issues concerning the product liability It is concluded that the purpose and the function of PQL insurance have to be considered with robust experience data for the life of product, quality system of the company, size of company, the number and amount of products produced by a company and the type of company etc. And this article reviews some problems of policy including the possibility of anti-selection and reverse selection.
