PURPOSE: To evaluate the usability of a kiosk-based healthcare service that provides a fitness evaluation and customized exercise program for elderly or chronic musculoskeletal system patients. METHODS: To evaluate the usability of the customized exercise service program, healthy adults (n=20) from Welfare B, located in Gwangju, were selected and studied. Subjective safety, operability, and satisfaction of individual users were obtained as data by distributing questionnaires to subjects who experienced this program and having them fill out the questionnaire. For descriptive statistics related to the survey, frequency analysis was used to determine the frequency and ratio of the variable values of the measurement items. RESULTS: As a result of the usability evaluation, the average score was 4.166, and the average score of each item was 4.025 for safety, 4.272 for operability, and 4.143 for satisfaction. Most users obtained high satisfaction and positive impressions. CONCLUSION: The HARUFIT service, a user-customized exercise program used in this study, can be developed into a device that can improve self-management ability and increase understanding of health care by providing customized exercise based on the results of physical fitness evaluation. It is possible to diversify health management methods and maximize the effect of exercise by making exercise a habit of chronic musculoskeletal disease patients or the elderly using these smart devices.
Objectives: The nurse visiting health service named Customized Visiting Health Care Program(CVHCP) requires the service innovations incorporating community support into a local service network. The purpose of this study was to assess the community network in CVHCP and inform improvement in this network. Methods: We used Social Network Analysis(SNA) in one CVHCP at H city. Network links were generated by self-administered questionnaires by the 14 community resource centers who quantified their links to all other 25 agents on the list. Links were analyzed by a dichotomous scale for any experience of collaboration and a scored scale of 0 to 3 for level of collaboration using UCINET v6. Results: A list of 14 agents was generated, and local network was dominated by the Public Health Center and a local welfare center named Unlimited Care Center(UCC). According to centrality score, UCC was the most prominent agent, and Public Health Center was the most influential agent, being a link in the pathway flow between other agents for 9.5% of contribution. CVHCP scored lower rank of prominent with 30.8% of other agents reported referring to it. Conclusions: Social network analysis provides a useful network description for informing and evaluation service network improvement in maximizing its service for the CVHCP.
The present study reports on a study of the development of customized intensive in-service English teachers training programs (IIETTP) reflecting on the demands of elementary/secondary school English teachers. For the purpose of study, a survey was conducted with 1,033 English teachers at elementary/secondary schools across the country. The results showed by and large no significant differences by school level, albeit some slight differences were revealed such as in training times, training methods, the percentages of teaching English in English (TEE), and other things. Since the two IIETTP models are presented as basic formats, they can be modified and applied according to the contexts of schools and the demands of trainees.

The aim of this study is providing basic data to design successful in-service training program for teacher librarians by analyzing their preference on subjects of customized intensive programs for indicators of teacher expertise development. According to the survey, teacher librarians seem to regard training subjects such as Reading Education and Information Literacy Instruction related educational information services as core jobs and prefer developing instructional contents and materials. Under the levels of school it seems that teacher librarians in the elementary school are interested in programs for library activation, management of volunteers, analyses of users' needs and curricula, evaluations of user instruction and information literacy instruction. Older teacher librarians favor an understanding of metadata, building and supporting information system and instruction. Therefore, training subjects for teacher librarians should be formed by linking strategies between school library instruction and subject curricula. And in terms of the method of training, case studies and practical training might be better than lectures based on the theory.
Purpose: This study was conducted to compare health-related characteristics and self-care behavior between a controlled group and a non-controlled group of hypertension patients in a customized home visiting health service. Methods: This study was conducted as cross-sectional research. The subjects were 1,317 hypertension-controlled patients and 555 non-controlled ones. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, and t-test using the SPSS WIN 15.0 program. Results: Sociodemographic characteristics and self-care behavior were not significantly correlated between the groups. According to health-related characteristics, the health status was significantly higher in the hypertensioncontrolled group than in the non-controlled group. The cholesterol level was significantly lower in the hypertension-controlled group than in the non-controlled group. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to patients who are not in good health status in order to control their hypertension. Also, it is necessary to educate the patients in order for them to manage their hypertension and cholesterol.

In this paper, a study on Web-based application using commercial CAE program, ANSYS is performed. Customized analysis, site or user oriented specific analysis, is suitable to user and user's demand who has little experience in structural analysis for specific CAE analysis. Customized analysis methodology using ANSYS Workbench SDK is presented through the web-based application. Case Studies of mobile phone about the implementation of web-based application are also presented as an example.
Many oil refinery companies have been proactively carried out marketing activities to survive in highly intensified service station industry. In 2012, SK Energy ranked number one in three customer satisfaction surveys (NCSI, KCSI, and KS-SQI). SK Energy's success is in its differentiated customer satisfaction business strategy. SK Energy has been implementing various marketing activities. As a part of the activities, it issued an affinity credit card with on spot discount privilege for the first time in the oil refinery industry. SK Energy also issued EnClean bonus card for OK Cashbag points that can be used for discounts at the service stations. On top of all, SK Energy generated point value-up with '3K Exclusive Privilege' program. In addition, team 'CS 119' was formed to noticeably improve the service. 'CS 119' visited each service station, diagnosed its CS service level then provided customized field training for improvement. Long-termimplementation of 'ACE Program', a field-base CS monitoring system, regularly checked customer satisfaction level. 'ACE Program' has significantly contributed improving SK Service Station's service quality and customer satisfaction. This case reviews customer satisfaction marketing activities SK Energy carried out. The focus is on distinctive factors that distinguish SK Energy's customer satisfaction marketing activities from competitors.

Smart TVs provide a variety of services and information compared to existing TVs based on the Internet. In order to provide more personalized services or information, it is necessary to analyze users' viewing patterns and provide customized services or information based on them. The proposed system receives the user's TV viewing pattern, analyzes it, and recommends a TV program or movie as customized information to the user. For this, the system was constructed with a preprocessor and a deep learning model. The preprocessor refines the name of the TV program watched by the user, the date the TV program was watched, and the watched time. Then, the multi-attribute LSTM model trains the refined data and performs prediction. The proposed system is a system that provides customized information to users, and is believed to be a leading technology in digital convergence that combines existing IoT technology and deep learning technology.
