This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

Conventional research on customer relationship management(CRM) in general has focused on the effects of individual customer's satisfaction, retention and profit management. However, corporate customers are more profitable than individual customers because of high volume and frequent transactions between companies. In this article, a prototype for a corporate customer relationship management is developed in the postal service. First, the frequency and amount of customers' usage were examined, and thereby the corporate customer rating scheme was established to provide customized service. Second, five different types of usage patterns were determined using clustering analysis. In addition, we presented the rationales behind the five types of patterns. Third, RFM(recency, frequency, monetary) analysis was performed, and then action plans were developed to increase sales. Finally, the prototype software was developed to automatically perform the above analysis using MS Excel program.

While commercialization of IoT technologies in the safety management sector is being promoted in terms of industrial safety of large indoor businesses, implementing a system for risk management of small outdoor work sites with frequent site movements is not actively implemented. In this paper, we propose an efficient dynamic workload balancing strategy which combined low-power, wide-bandwidth (LPWA) communication and low-power Bluetooth (BLE) communication technologies to support customized risk management alarm systems for each individual (driver/operator/manager). This study was designed to enable long-term low-power collection and transmission of traffic information in outdoor environment, as well as to implement an integrated real-time safety management system that notifies a whole field worker who does not carry a separate smart device in advance. Performance assessments of the system, including risk alerts to drivers and workers via Bluetooth communication, the speed at which critical text messages are received, and the operation of warning/lighting lamps are all well suited to field application.

최근 금융 환경 변화의 폭과 속도가 빨라지고 다양한 금융상품들이 출현함에 따라 개인 차원에서의 합리적 재무관리에 대한 필요와 욕구가 급격히 증대되고 있다. 특히 개인이 처한 재무 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 자산관리 서비스에 대한 요구도 높아짐에 따라 금융기관에서는 프라이빗 뱅킹(Private Banking) 부문을 신설하고 지속적으로 확대해 왔다. 그러나 프라이빗 뱅킹이 가지는 고비용 구조로 말미암아 서비스 대상 고객이 매우 제한되고 있어 실질적으로 자산관리에 대한 전문서비스를 필요로 하는 대다수의 고객들은 수혜자가 될 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인자산관리 전문가인 프라이빗 뱅커(Private Banker)의 전문지식과 지식체계를 구조화, 시스템화 하여 이를 지능형 에이전트로 구현함으로써 저비용으로 다수의 고객들에게 전문적이고 맞춤형인 개인자산관리 서비스를 제공하는 방안에 관해 고찰해 본다. 그 첫 시도로 개인의 재무의사결정과 관련된 다양한 시나리오에 기반하여 개인 자산관리를 위한 지능형 에이전트인 U-smart PB(private banking)의 프레임워크를 제시하고 핵심 서비스를 도출한다. 본 시스템은 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 실시간 개인맞춤형 자산관리를 지원하는 지능형 에이전트로 단순 정보 제공뿐만 아니라 개인의 투자의사결정을 전문적으로 지원함을 목적으로 한다.

본 연구에서는 조기경보서비스의 전국적 사업 확대를 앞두고 처음으로 문자수신 농가 전체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 설문조사 결과와 설문조사 내용을 교차분석하여 조기경보서비스에 대한 농가의 만족도뿐만 아니라 조기경보서비스의 농업기상재해 예방 효과에 대해 분석했으며 농가 사례조사를 병행하여 농가에서 실제로 조기경보서비스가 어떻게 활용되고 있는지 조사했다. 336명이 설문에 참여했으며 설문 응답자 중 60% 이상이 조기경보서비스를 활용하여 작물재해를 예방하거나 경감한 사례가 있다고 응답했다. 교차분석 결과, 조기경보서비스의 필지 맞춤형 기상정보와 일기예보의 차이를 인지한 농가가 그렇지 않은 농가에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 작물재해를 더 많이 예방한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 노지 과수 작목을 재배하는 농가가 기상정보를 정확하게 인지했으며, 기후변화의 영향으로 최근 빈번하게 발생하는 저온해 등을 대비하는데 방재시설과 더불어 조기경보서비스가 효과가 있음을 확인했다. 또 사례조사를 통해 농작물재해 예방뿐만 아니라 영농작업에서도 기상정보의 활용성이 높다는 사실을 파악했다. 본 연구는 조기경보서비스에 대한 광범위한 설문조사와 사례조사 결과를 바탕으로 처음으로 농장맞춤형 기상재해 조기경보서비스의 효과를 체계적으로 분석했다는데 의의가 있으며, 조기경보서비스의 발전 방안으로서, 기상 및 재해 정보전달의 효과를 증대하고 조기경보서비스의 농가 활용을 증진하기 위해 농가를 대상으로 서비스를 보다 적극적으로 홍보하고 모바일 앱 이용에 대한 교육을 강화해야 할 필요가 있음을 제안했다.

As important ecological systems, wetlands contribute a wide array of biological, social. and economic benefits. However, wetlands are lost until the present, primarily due to human induced land-use conversions. Society is placing demands for the efficient preservation and management on Woopo wetland as the first largest wetland in Korea. GIS(Geographic Information System) is a rapidly developing technology for handling, analyzing, and modeling ecological information on wetlands. In the paper, Woopo Wetland Management System has been developed by using Desktop GIS and Internet GIS technology to embrace major functions: information query and browsing, spatial searching on map, and rule-based analysis. As a menu-driven system, these functions are designed to be implemented through customized menus. The developed system is expected to be used for the effective publicity service as well as the professional management of Woopo.

The purpose of this study is to explorer some strategies for implementing successfully the qualify management for public policy (PPQM) in local government. Researchers for reaching at the purpose reviewed a literature on QM (or TQM) and PPQM in chapter II and suggested implementing strategies of local government's PPQM in chapter III. Implement strategies of local government's PPQM have to build a framework, establish an operating system, develop a customized PPQM's manual, and develop a capacity of local government's civil servant for implementing the PPQM and then build an evaluating system on the result of the PPQM's implementation in local government.

This paper accumulates the product structure data such as bond obligation ratio and investment ratio for variable insurance using crawling from the insurance company's API, also accumulates variable insurance income and project expenses for variable insurance using crawling from the API of life insurance association. From these accumulated data, the correlation coefficient between fund product and customer preference is calculated with an investment algorithm, and variable insurance funds by customer investment preference and product structure are recommended according to market conditions. From the simulation results, it is shown that the proposed variable insurance management system properly recommends and manages variable insurance according to customer preferences.

본 연구의 목적은 방문간호사의 이직의도와 직무만족도와의 관련성과 이직의도의 예측요인을 분석하여 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업의 안정적인 정착과 활성화에 도움이 되고자 시도되었다. 조사대상자는 대구시와 경상북도의 방문간호사를 대상으로 총 237명의 조사결과를 최종적으로 활용하였다. 방문간호사의 이직의도는 3.12점(5점 만점)이었고 직무만족도는 2.41점(4점 만점) 이었다. 직무만족도 하위영역에서는 운영요인의 점수가 가장 낮았고, 인간관계요인 점수가 가장 높았다. 방문간호사의 이직의도와 관련이 있는 일반적인 특성은 결혼상태, 종교, 방문건강관리업무 근무경력, 고용형태, 근무지역이었으며, 이직의도와 직무만족도간에는 부적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 이직의도를 설명하는 주요변수로는 직무만족도, 결혼상태, 고용형태로 나타났고, 방문간호사 이직의도를 19.8% 설명하였다. 방문간호사들의 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 직업 만족도 향상 방안과 각 지자체마다 방문간호사의 연속고용이 보장될 수 있도록 실효성 있는 제도적 장치 마련이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 이로 인해 방문보건사업의 정립과 함께 질적인 성과도 향상될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 경상남도 산청군 홍계 계곡에 설치한 맞춤형 테트라블록을 이용한 야계사방공작물의 설치 전 후의 계류수질, 어류, 수서생물 등 계류생태계의 변화를 밝힘으로써 산림내 계류수질 보전 및 관리방안 마련을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구결과, 맞춤형 테트라블록을 이용한 야계사방공작물은 시공 후 2년이 경과한 뒤에도 계류수의 pH는 하천수질환경기준 상수원수 1급수의 범위 내였다. 맞춤형 테트라블록을 이용한 야계사방공작물의 시공 후 2년이 경과하는 동안 계류수의 용존산소량은 거의 변화하지 않았으며, 전기전도도는 오염원이 없는 맑고 깨끗한 일반적인 계류수에서의 전기전도도의 범위 내에 포함되었다. 맞춤형 테트라블록을 이용한 야계사방공작물은 어류 및 다슬기가 소상하는데 아무런 영향을 주지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 맞춤형 테트라블록을 이용한 야계사방공작물을 설치한 계류수는 오염되지 않은 일반적인 계류수질과 유사하고 어류 및 다슬기의 소상에 영향하지 않아, 이러한 야계사방공작물 설치에 따른 계류수질 오염 및 계류생태계의 영향은 나타나지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.
