During the past several years, significant advances have occurred in the utilization of osseointegrated implants for the treatment of partially edentulous patients. One of the biggest purposes for treating of these patients is the high demand for improved esthetics, especially in the anterior region. For this esthetics, the new trend in dental implants is the immediate placement and immediate superstructure fabrication. The refined surgical technique, the skillful soft tissue management, and the proper prosthetic coordination are the main factors to achieve natural looking of implant supported prosthesis. The customized provisional restoration and the customized impression coping are recommended for the optimal peri-implant soft tissue contour. The basic concept of Frialit 2 system was the immediate replacement of a tooth with root-analog fixture after extraction. This system guarantees an ideal result in function and esthetics. The ceramic abutment system offers improved quality in the respect of esthetics, fitness, translucency, and biocompatibility. In this clinical report, the final restoration made with IPS Empress 2 crown on the CeraBase abutmen of Frialit 2 system allowed the reproduction of the natural vitality of tooth and adjacent gingiva.

The purpose of this study is conduct development and assessment of the on-site customized education program in college curriculum with utilizing Living Lab. The development process is conducted in Living Lab's mechanism ; idea expression, setting agenda, actual activities, and feedback. The developed early education program is constructed four subjects, sixteen sub themes, and fifty three activities. For the assessment of the program, the satisfaction survey was conducted to sixty eight teachers who work for early education institutes in Busan, S. Korea. In the result, more than 80% of respondents answered that the program was satisfying. The study is meaningful as a basic data to utilize Living Lab in various subjects and majors in college.

Android platform provides a content provider and a cursor mechanism to access the internal SQLite engine. Content providers not only store and retrieve data but also make it accessible to applications. Applications can only share data through content provider, since there's no common storage area that Android packages can access. Cursor is an interface that provides random read-write access to the result set returned by a database query. However, this cursor possesses two major limitations. First, a cursor does not support a join clause among cursors, since the cursor can only access a single table in the content provider. Second, the cursor is not capable of creating user-customized field in the predefined content providers. In this paper, we propose the unified cursor architecture that merges several cursors into a single virtual cursor. Cursor translation look-aside buffer (TLB), column windowing mechanism and virtual data management are the three major techniques we have adopted to implement our structure. And we also propose a delayed synchronization method between an application and a proposed unified cursor. An application can create a user-customized field and sort multiple tables using a unified cursor on Android platform.

The port BIM technology has many problems such as lack of relevant system, high cost of BIM infrastructure construction, and process difference of existing domestic inter-industry. Since the port facilities as national key industries are managed and operated by public organizations, it is necessary to integrate IT resources and have a system that needs collective construction and joint utilization management. In this paper, we proposed the convergence of cloud computing technology and BIM as a way to reduce the infrastructure cost required for port BIM operation and to provide various BIM services for domestic process. To do this, we collected system requirements based on demand surveys of port staff and designed a BIM browser that provides IFC-based BIM server and customized services to reduce infrastructure cost in cloud computing environment. In terms of infrastructure, we designed cloud-based IaaS to support cost reduction, which is an essential component, and designed SaaS to support customized services in terms of services. We will perform performance verification with focus on whether port BIM servers and browsers have reached a level where they can manage four BIM models with different types and capacities.

The objective of this study was to implement an in vitro exposure system for 28 GHz to investigate the biological effects of fifth-generation (5G) communication. A signal source of 28 GHz for 5G millimeter-wave (MMW) deployment was developed, followed by a variable attenuator for antenna input power control. A power amplifier was also customized to ensure a maximum output power of 10 W for high-power 28-GHz exposure. A 3-dB uniformity over the 80 mm × 80 mm area that corresponds to four Petri dishes of three-dimensional cell cultures can be obtained using a customized choke-ring-type antenna. An infrared camera is employed for temperature regulation during exposure by adjusting the airflow cooling rate via real-time feedback to the incubator. The reported measurement results confirm that the input power control, uniformity, and temperature regulation for 28-GHz exposure were successfully accomplished, indicating the possibility of a wide application of the implemented in vitro exposure system in the fields of various MMW dose-response studies.

The research on the health promotion effect of the elderly through the health care service has been going on for a long time, but there is insufficient research to grasp the needs of elderly people in order to effectively provide health care services. In order to solve these problems, this study suggested the direction of health care service for elderly people by analyzing regional characteristics and demand among rural areas. To this end, the direction of improvement of customized healthcare service model was suggested through the analysis of the health - related program utilization status, health management method, health care service type, and contents demand of the elderly by urban area and rural area.

This study aims to explore innovative measures for community policing activities of the Korean police in the context of the newly implemented autonomous police system and the increasing demand for community-oriented policing. By conducting an in-depth analysis of advanced community policing practices in the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom, this research identifies key characteristics such as resident participation, communication, scientific crime analysis, and customized policing services. The study reveals the need for the Korean police to establish a collaborative governance system that actively involves residents, strengthen scientific policing capabilities utilizing advanced technologies, and provide policing services tailored to local characteristics. Organizational and personnel management reforms, including the substantiation of the local police officer system and the establishment of an institutional foundation for resident participation, are proposed. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of developing a creative community policing model suitable for the Korean context, rather than directly transplanting overseas practices. Continuous research and efforts to build a new policing paradigm that reflects the changing social environment and policing demands are suggested. Ultimately, the success of community policing lies in the active participation and cooperation of all members of society, including the police, government, local communities, and residents.

To attract visitors, it is essential to make destinations understandable by developing appropriate destination image. However, managing destination image properly is very complicated in order to induce visitors. In this study, the perceived destination image of backpackers who stay in guesthouse located in Seoul is explored. The purpose of the study was to examine the image of Seoul as a tourism destination. To this end, Q methodology, a technique designed for the systematic study of subjectivity in terms of beliefs, opinions, and attitudes is employed. More specifically, the statements representing different destination images perceived by sampled backpacking visitors were Q-sorted. Results showed that four different clusters of sampled backpacking visitors present four different perceived images accordingly: Seoulizer, Patternaizer, Utilizer, and Socializer. The results of this study imply that backpackers provide idiosyncratic perceptions of destination image, which are different from those offered by general travelers who are less sensitive to travel budgets. In addition, for tourism management, based on this study's results, destination marketing planners are encouraged to perform knowledge management, develop more appropriate plans and customized marketing strategies according to different perceived destination images of backpackers.

This study discusses the prior researches on concepts regarding the analysis of IT investment effect in an organization as proposed from academic and professional perspectives. In addition, we looked at the possible issues that fan arise from implementation stage based on the example of development of IT investment management process at Company A. This study makes contribution in examining the potential issues and their relevant solutions when implementing the management process/system of If investment based on the case of Company A. At Company A, there is much knowledge that Is being adopted directly from suggested principles of the academic and professional fields as employee needs and requirements are met in advance. But, there is customized knowledge as well in order to best describe the specific situation. We partly try to distinguish the concepts and realities by understanding the core issues involving the IT investment management process/system and make practical suggestions for the companies that plan to implement the efficient IT investment management process/system in the future.

The development of food poisoning prevention guidelines aims to prevent food poisoning in advance and improve the safety of children's meals through hygiene management of children's feeding facilities, especially infants' facilities. Therefore, the composition of the content should be designed so that it can be fully understood from the point of view of the layperson. In terms of meal service management, various standards must be fully reflected and reviewed to increase utilization in the field. Daycare centers and kindergartens have different administrative agencies, similar application laws and guidelines, but different parts exist and various types of facilities, so management standards are often ambiguous. Therefore, such management requires easy guidance, not special guidance, and it should be universally applicable to any facility. Prior studies have shown that the management of meal facilities is the most efficient, but it is difficult to hire and deploy specialists due to the operation of children's meal facilities, so guidance, facilities managers and workers need to voluntarily practice them. It is time to prepare hygiene guidelines that reflect the characteristics of these children's cafeterias, and it is necessary to prepare and utilize guidance suitable for reality until it is institutionalized for the deployment of manpower exclusively for meals.
