Purpose: The study examines the condition of medication counseling to determine the patient customers' demands, with the purpose of providing a basic data to improve the condition of medication counseling for phamacists and clinical nurses. Method: Questionnaire was completed by 150 nursing students. For data analysis, the SPSS win 10.0 program was used. Result: The contents of medication counseling given by the pharmacists in order of frequency were($100\%$ means 'always'): way of use$(78.7\%)$, period of taking medicine $(63.3\%)$, dosage$(46.7\%)$, effect$(27.3\%)$, drug name$(18.7\%)$, diet$(12.7\%)$, question of taking other drug$(12.7\%)$, giving a notice$(12.0\%)$, way of storage$(7.3\%)$, side effects$(6.0\%)$, drug interaction$(3.3\%)$' The needs and demands desired by the patients in order of frequency were('the most important' is given 10 points, followed by the others in numerically decreasing order until 0): effect(8.68), way of use(7.60), side effect(7.20), giving a notice(6.38), dosage (5.95), drug name(5.67), a period of taking medicine(5.60), drug interaction(4.37), diet(3.63), the way of storage(3.03). Most of the respondents were satisfied with the pharmacists' kindness$(62.7\%)$. Some recognized the medication counseling was quite good$(16.7\%)$, but the majority felt it was modest$(50.8\%)$' Nearly half of them felt the medication counseling time was quiet short$(47.3\%)$' The communication was mostly oral$(83.3\%)$, while others used sticker$(6.0\%)$ or leaflet$(6.0\%)$ additionally. There was a significant correlation between pharmacists' kindness and medication counseling content(p<,01), and also recognition(p<.001). The correlation between the number of medication counseling which gave to the patient customer and the recognition was also significant (p<.001). As the number of medication counseling increased, the patient felt the medication counseling time was adequate(p<.05). The correlation between the medication counseling recognition and the adequate time was also very significant(p<.001). Conclusion: These results revealed the situation of medication counseling to be poor and to be differ from the patient customers' demands. Therefore optimal medication counseling, especially regarding possible side effects and drug interaction should be emphasized. Pharmacists and clinical nurses should give qualitative medication counseling which reflects the patients' demands.
Purposes : The purpose of this study is to identify factors that have effects on safety activities of hospital personnels by investigating causality between patient safety culture, job stress, safety system and safety activities of faculty and staff member who are working for oriental medicine hospital of university. Methodology : The subjects were 246 employees working in 4 oriental medicine hospitals of university in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-do. The data were collected from January 16 to January 25, 2017 using a structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test with SPSS 22.0 were used. Findings : The activity score for patient safety of faculty and staff member, who were experienced at job training program after joining a company and regular training course for qualification or license, was meaningfully higher than that of group who had no job training experience. The result indicated that the higher there is level of safety culture and safety system and the lower there is work stress, the more the activity has positive effect on patient safety. The level score of awareness for safety culture of faculty and staff member in C hospital, which is facing financial crisis in business circumstances recently, showed average value of 3.29. It was significantly lower than that of the other three hospital. Also, The activity score for patient safety was markedly lower than that of the other three hospital. This result become interested in the process of linking non-financial performance and financial performance. The level score of safety activity in A hospital which obtained healthcare accreditation was remarkably higher than that of the other three hospital which didn't certify healthcare accreditation. Pratical Implications : Subjects about Q.I or patient's experience management must be included in curriculum of Oriental medicine. It is necessary to get the effect of job training program for faculty and staff member through the process of preparation for obtaining healthcare accreditation. When the hospital director is appointed, it must be considered that he/she has the ability to attach importance to analysis and management of the factors creating safety accident, and has business mindset for healthcare delivery of customer- centricity. This research showed that financial performance of hospital, which of business environment is favorable; located in metropolitan city and having large scale of hospital and quality of residence rating but low-level of safety culture and safety activity, was lower than that of general hospital situated in small and medium-sized cities. More research needs to be done for answering this result.

The bearing wall apartments which occupy the majority of multi-residential apartment buildings built in Korea, are known for having limited architectural plan flexibility, posing challenges in terms of maintenance and remodeling. The economic losses and environmental issues resulting from the reconstruction of bearing wall apartments are now accumulating to the extent that they are becoming a national concern. Multi-residential apartment buildings, which are now the dominant form of residence in Korea, must accommodate diverse customer needs and changes in life style. A new concept of Rahmen structure with architectural flexibility is Green Frame. GF multi-residence housing is expected to reduce construction costs and shorten the construction schedule by overcoming the shortcomings of conventional bearing wall apartments. This goal is consistent with the national policies that target the reduction of resource and energy consumption. In addition, GF will be established as a core contributor to achieving a reduction in $CO_2$ emissions, which will enable the sustainable growth of domestic construction industry, and address the low-carbon green growth drive implemented by the government.
The purpose of this study is to develop business models for current situational scenarios reflecting customer needs emphasize the need for implementing a logistics cooperation system by analyzing big data to strengthen SCM competitiveness capacities. For healthcare SCM competitiveness needed for the logistics cooperation usage intent, they were divided into product quality, price leadership, hand-over speed, and process flexibility for examination. The wordcloud results that analyzed major considerations to realize work efficiency between medical institutes, words like unexpected situations, information sharing, delivery, real-time, delivery, convenience, etc. were mentioned frequently. It can be analyzed as expressing the need to construct a system that can immediately respond to emergency situations on the weekends. Furthermore, in addition to pursuing communication and convenience, the importance of real-time information sharing that can share to the efficiency of inventory management were evident. Accordingly, it is judged that it is necessary to aim for a business model that can enhance visibility of the logistics pipeline in real-time using big data analysis on site. By analyzing the effects of the adaptability of a supply chain network for healthcare SCM competitiveness, it was revealed that obtaining competitive capacities is possible through the implementation of logistics cooperation. Stronger partnerships such as logistics cooperation will lead to SCM competitive capacities. It will be necessary to strengthen SCM competitiveness by searching for a strategic approach among companies in a direction that can promote mutual partnerships among companies using the joint logistics system of medical institutes. In particular, it will be necessary to search for ways to utilize HCSM through big data analysis according to the construction of a logistics cooperation system.

The purpose of this study is to survey the current status of the oriental medical service satisfaction and needs that the people who utilizing the medical services and suggest the primary factors of consumption and satisfaction in the oriental medical services the city of Asan. We analyze the use and satisfaction of the customers for the oriental medical services with using the questionnaires to the citizens of Asan. The method of this study is that the participants of the survey was 556 people of Asan City. The survey was conducted from August 15th, 2009 to September 15th, 2009(during 30 days) with disease index that specially developed as oriental medicine. The results of this study are as follows: 556 people were responded the survey. 471(84.7%) of respondents were who have ever been treated with oriental medical service and 85(15.3%) of respondents were who have never been treated with oriental medical service. 25(4.7%) of respondents were who doesn't believe the treat of oriental medicine. 76(13.6%) of respondents prefered the oriental medical service. 413(50.1%) of respondents prefered the acupuncture and moxa treatment and 280(33.9%) prefered the herbs. 227(39.6%) of respondents were treated for musculoskeletal disorders The conclusions from this study are as follows: Firstly, it was found that the people who prefer to use oriental medical services usually have one or more of these following diseases: musculoskeletal disorders, paralysis, unclear diseases or injuries. Secondly, the main factor of customers' satisfaction with oriental medical services lies in the age of the user. The more aged, the more high in customers' satisfaction with oriental medical services was found through the survey. The results of this study can be used to develop marketing strategies for oriental medical institutions in the city of Asan.
This study is a food shopping experience of omni-channel. Food threats and healthy living concerns bring different channels in led to increase reasonable way such as various demand. Omni-channels should be premised on understanding customer behavior as well as empirical user types in which considerations including the value of experience and understanding consumer behavior. Online survey result showed that, (1)offline food shopping, major retail store with quality, buy fresh food directly 2~3 times a month (2)online food shopping, e-commerce site with costs, buy fruits & nuts 2~3 times a month. After in-depth interview with eight high quality participants, I analyzed needs for food shopping experience in regard to the four steps food purchasing journey then derived a persona with integral value 'health' and 'diet'. It is classified into two types. One is the primary persona, family and health oriented, considering household money 'saving', and other is secondary persona, work and personal oriented, looking forward to 'automatic supply'. The result of this study provided an insight that help us explore ways to resolve function and services in the context of a healthy and balanced diet for improving food shopping experience of omni-channel.

As life, once immersed in labor, changes with values and lifestyles, individuals consume or participate in culture and arts for learning, meeting of intellectual needs, pleasure, and exchange. As culture and art spaces have increased in recent times, these spaces have been transformed into places to create, view and exchange culture and art, and to consume cultural goods. Culture and art spaces have created and developed new genres and technologies that give viewers the opportunity to communicate and participate, allowing them to understand and accumulate works of media. A media façade thus gives a preference to places for visitors by giving an impression over a short period of time in culture and art spaces that are not areas for exhibitions and performances, and providing an opportunity to more easily approach and understand works and culture and art spaces. A media façade is a type of medium that imparts aesthetics and information by installing LED lighting on the exterior wall of a building for the realization of media functions. In order to analyze the effect of the media façade on preferences for culture and art spaces, a research model was established with media façade characteristics as independent variables and preferences for culture and art spaces as dependent variables. As a result, media façade design and media features influenced satisfaction, while the media characteristics of the media façade influenced recommendation and revisiting, suggesting that many changes will take place in culture and art spaces.

Demand for cosmetics with functionality and eco-friendliness has increased dramatically due to recent aging, well-being trends, and increased interest in beauty. Cosmetics production in 2014 was 8,970.4 billion won, an increase of about 50% compared to 6,014.6 billion won in 2010. In the midst of this, similar companies in intense competition are pursuing differentiated strategies and innovation activities to solve quality, price and delivery problems. In particular, cosmetics packaging work is getting more difficult due to the increasing bill of materials (BOM) and difficult assembly methods. Therefore, in this study, the following problems were identified and suggestions for the improvement of the packaging Many research laboratories such as biotechnology, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals, which are undergoing various studies, are equipped with ready-made laboratory safety equipments such as bio-safety workbenches, aseptic bases, and exhaust workbenches. However, most researchers are disadvantaged in using existing safety equipment. This is because existing safety equipment can not take into account all of the unique characteristics of the research. For this reason, researchers are demanding the development of customized safety equipment that is well suited to their research needs. process of Company C, which is facing difficult situation to respond to the customer 's delivery due to the 52 - hour work week. First, we used the stopwatch to find the difficulty process in the packaging process and show ways to improve it. Second, to improve the efficiency of line balancing in the packaging process, we integrate processes, improve work methods, and perform simple automation. As a result, the prepare loss for replacement was reduced by 1 minute from 5 minutes, resulting in a 23% increase in productivity from 112 ea./hour to 137ea./ hour per person. At this time, the LOB of the packaging process was improved from 70% to 82% by operating one more production line through one person per line, total 9 people saving.
The purpose of this study is to analyzing the DISC behavioral styles of deluxe hotel employees, that Dominance(D), Influence(I), Steadiness(S), Consciousness(C) on the organizational culture and the organizational effectiveness of the hotel employees and is to presenting the influence of DISC behavioral patterns on the organizational culture and the organizational effectiveness. To accomplish the aim, the study conducted literature investigations and positive analysis. The results were as in the followings. Employees with a dominant and influencing behavior style adapt themselves to innovative culture and collusive culture. also, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were affected by dominant and influencing behavioral employees. and employees with a steady style adapt themselves to rationality culture. so, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were affected by steady style. furthermore, the result shows that it can be reduced turnover rate when the conscious behavioral employees adapt to the collusive culture. Customer's needs and wants are changed fastly. In addition, there is a keen competition between a five-star hotel. Because the number of five-star hotel are increased. Lastly I suggest that the DISC behavioral style is using at recruit.
The current research investigates the service R&D strategies from the service's nature perspectives. In the current economy, manufacturing and service industries are becoming boundless, and thus, they are competing with each other in a customer-centric environment. Because customers' needs and wants are realized through services, service industry has become one of the most important industries in the world. However, there have been conflicting opinions about service R&D policies due to different definitions of services. The current research specifically focuses on the nature of services to discuss strategies for service R&D. Service R&D strategies are suggested considering the nature of the current economy where industries are becoming boundless. In addition, the current research considers the service's relational, bidirectional, horizontality, and harmonization nature of services, and also, intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, perishability were considered in suggesting strategies for service R&D. For manufacturing industries, strategies to strengthen servitization R&D were proposed, and for service industries, strategies to strengthen manufacturization R&D were proposed. The results from the current research can be used for developing corporate service R&D strategies, and developing policies for developing both service and manufacturing industries in the current economy.
