계층분석기법을 이용한 정보시스템 평가영역 및 평가항목별 가중치 설정 방안: 공공부문을 중심으로 (The Way of Establishing Weights for IS Evaluation Areas and Items by means of AHP : Focusing on Public Sector)

  • It is tried that evaluation areas and items of information system in public sector are derived ration-ally and its weight value call be applied differently to type of information system to enhance validity and objectiveness of measurement in evaluating IS in this research. To obtain the goal of this research, firstly, five sectors - system sector, user sector, organization and management sector, the degree of strategic contribution to IS, and the degree of optimizing re-source in IS - are categorized based on broadly reviewing previous theoretical and practical research. Secondly, IS type in public sector is divided into internal operation one and customer oriented one that is object of the IS, and divided into application oriented and IT infrastructure oriented which are influence by IS. Thirdly, evaluation areas and its items are measured by 5 point scales (Likert summated scales) in addition to analysis of validity and reliability to improve objectiveness of establishing evaluation areas and its items. Fourthly, the weight values in the evaluation areas and its items are derived by using analytic hierarchy process. According to the results of analysis of weight value through AHP, it were found to be 30.4% to organization and management sector. 25.5% to degree of strategic contribution, 21.0% to user sector, 13.5% to degree of optimization of resource management, and 9.6% to system sector. and. different weight values each of the four IS type are proposed which establishing in this research. The main implications of this study is that the criteria by which IS in public sector can be categorized 4 ones is suggested and The weighted evaluation for four types of IS based on the AHP analysis enables proposing an objective evaluation method of IS in public sector for considering individual IS characterics.

협력은 항상 옳은가? 거래 의존성과 비선형 관계를 고려한 공급사슬 협력에 대한 재고찰 (Does it Always Pay to be Collaborative? Supply Chain Collaboration Revisited in the Consideration of Supplier-Buyer Dependence and Curvilinear Relationships)

  • Firms have reexamined and restructured their supply chain based on a long-term and partnership perspective as a firm's competitive advantage increasingly relies on its supply chain capability. A number of scholar works has provided evidence to support the positive effects of supply chain collaboration; however, the relationship between collaboration and performance is still inconclusive. This study refuses to have blinded faith on supply chain collaboration, but rather this paper suggests that the contribution of collaboration to supply chain performance improvement can be limited and vary along the contextual characteristics of a buyer-supplier relationship. Moreover, we argue that the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance can be curvilinear. This paper provides and test hypotheses regarding the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance. By using data of the Manufacturing Panel Survey (MPS), this study empirically validates the hypotheses. Overall, the results of the study support our hypotheses about a limited contribution of supply chain collaboration to manufacturing performance, which is opposite to a conventional expectation. Particularly, the effects of supply chain collaboration differ depending on the dimensions of performance such as customer satisfaction, quality, cost, delivery, and flexibility as well as the dependency in the buyer-supplier relationship. Moreover, the results of the study indicate that supply chain collaboration and performance may have curvilinear relationships in a certain context. Through a comprehensive model and empirical evidence, this study presents a better understanding of supply chain collaboration and provokes an open discussion about the effects of collaboration. This study also provides insightful implications for managers of buyers as well as suppliers who wish to foster stronger supply chain performance via a deep buyer-supplier relationship and collaboration.

For the Acquisition of Customers' Emotional Elements in the Service Design by SOMC: Simultaneous Observation Method based on Cooperation

  • Objective: This research proposes a methodology, which validates a grasp of the customers' emotions in the service design area. Background: As the era of service design has taken its approach, the need for a deliberate design that would reflect the customer's experience had emerged in the area of service. Therefore, a variety of methodologies has been adopted in the field of service design with the purpose of discovery of the customers' needs. Even though the importance of an emotion-sentient research of a service experience increases, its research progress remains to be inadequate in comparison to all the other areas. Method: Having had taken some resources from the emotional studies under other areas of expertise as a base, the concept of volatility of emotions has been introduced as the core element of this research, further followed by an elaboration of its special characteristics. The observation technique under Stakeholder's system: SOMC(Simultaneous Observation Method based on Cooperation) has been proposed in this study as it presents an effective way to grasp the concept of volatile emotions in contrast to the previously existent types of methodologies. Results: The SOMC rather supplements the existing research methods than substitutes the previous ones. In other words, although the existing research system allowed emotion detection, it was difficult to capture the change of momentary and fickle emotions. On the opposite, the SOMC provides a condition allowing a sufficient grasp of the customer's emotions and facilitates emotional capture. Conclusion: For that reason, it is hoped that this piece of research represents a valuable and effective approach in terms of grasping the true needs of the customers on the emotional level, which will in its turn contribute to the improvement of the service quality in the midst of a complicated service condition. Application: Moreover, the purpose of this research is that in its outcome it may serve as a sufficient contribution to the area of emotional studies within the field of service design.

문화차이가 해외여행 시장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 한·중·미·일 비교를 중심으로 (The Study on the Effect of Cultural Difference on Overseas Travel Market: A Comparison among Korea, China, U.S. and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 한 중 미 일 참가자를 대상으로 해외여행과 관련한 오프라인-온라인 설문을 실시 총 707개의 유효한 표본을 수집하고 이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 아시아 국가의 경우, 권력거리와 유인동기간 유의한 인과관계와 전체주의와 추진동기 사이에 유의한 인과 관계가 존재함을 밝혀냈다. 즉, 아시아 국가의 관광 전략은 다양한 이벤트와 볼거리를 제공하고 친목 단체 간 유대를 강화하는 상품을 개발하는 것이 유리한 반면, 미국인의 경우, 과시적 상품보다는 실질적 여행 계획을 통한 개인 맞춤형 상품으로 자기만족을 극대화시키는 것이 더욱 효과적이라는 결론을 내렸다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통한 전형적인 탐색적 분석 방식을 취하여 설문 참가자의 다양한 의견을 제약하는 한계점이 있지만, 홉스테드의 문화차원지수, 동기이론, 고객만족과 재방문 의도에 관한 이론을 활용한 학제적 공헌과 함께 각 국가 간 문화 성향을 동시 비교함으로써 해외여행 상품에 대한 최적의 마케팅 전략을 제시한 실질적 시사점이 있다.

사례 기반의 요구사항 정형화 및 선정 평가 기법 (A Technique for Requirements Normalization and Selection based on Practical Approach)

  • 인터넷 및 소셜 네트워크 등이 적극적으로 활용되는 사용자 참여 사회에서 사용자의 요구사항을 올바르게 시스템에 반영하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 C 사의1,800 여건의사용자 요구사항을 정형화하기 위한 절차와 기법을 제안하고, 정형화된 요구사항이 시스템 설계와 구현에 반영될 수 있도록 상대적 기여도를 측정하여 선정하는 기법을 제시한다. 다양한 사용자 요구사항을 요구사항 수준에 적합하도록 정형화하기 위하여, 요구사항 명세 표준에 따라 작성하고 키워드를 추출하고 상호 관계를 분석하여, 요구사항 계층 그래프를 작성하였다. 요구사항 계층 그래프는 시스템 설계와 구현을 위한 세부 목표를 정의하며, 계층별 요구사항의 상대적인 중요도를 표현한다. 요구사항의 상대적 중요도를 이용하여 요구사항별 상대적 기여도를 계산하고, 이를 이용한 선정 평가 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법의 타당성은 C 사의 사례 연구를 통하여 그 가능성을 입증하였다.

  • 유료 멤버십은 지속적 거래를 통해 장기 고객을 확보할 수 있는 유용한 마케팅 방법이다. 본 연구는 국내 쇼핑 플랫폼 기업들이 신규로 유료 멤버십을 출시하거나, 운영중인 멤버십을 개선하고자 할 때 참고할 수 있도록, 해외의 대표적 멤버십인 Amazon Prime, Alibaba 88 멤버십, Rakuten Super Point를 벤치마킹하였다. 3가지 멤버십 서비스의 공통점은 경제적 이익, 편리한 경험, 차별적 대우 제공이었으며, 이커머스를 넘어서 소비 생활 전반을 장악한 거대 서비스 기업이 되었다는 점이 특징이었다. 국내 기업은 3가지 공통점 외에 소비자에게 전달하고자 하는 핵심 고객 가치를 정하고 장기적 관점에서 유료 멤버십이 운영될 수 있도록 혜택을 구성해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 실무적 관점의 기여도가 높은 연구로, 추후 유료 멤버십 전문가 대상의 실증분석 및 고객 사용자 조사가 필요하다.

E-커머스, 스마트 커머스의 단계별 진화에 따른 비교 연구 - 나선형 진화 모형의 확장을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on the Evolution Stage of E-Commerce & Smart Commerce Service Focused on the Extended Spiral Evolution Model)

  • 본 연구는 e-커머스의 진화 과정을 정리하면서 초기의 사업모델부터 최근 페이스북을 중심으로 나타나고 있는 새로운 형태의 커머스인 스마트 커머스의 출현까지 지난 20여 년 동안 국내 전자상거래 산업이 어떻게 진화되어 왔는지를 단계별로 고찰하였다. 연구자들은 단계별 진화 과정을 나선형 진화 이론을 적용, 비즈니스 모델의 진화, 플랫폼의 진화, 고객 서비스 가치의 진화, 분석과 평가 등 네 가지 진화 요인을 중심으로 설명하였고, 또 단계별 진화 과정에서 축적된 기술과 경험의 축을 중심으로 사업자의 관점과 사용자의 관점에서 탐색과 활용 이론을 적용, 혁신적인 기술과 고객의 피드백을 분석, 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델을 제시하였다. 연구자들은 산업의 진화 연구를 통해 미래를 예측할 수 있다는 측면에서 본 연구가 e-커머스 산업과 정책에 대한 이론적, 실무적 공헌 점이 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Kano모형을 이용한 전자상거래 유형별 웹사이트 요인 평가 (The Factor Evaluation by Website Type based on a Kano Model)

  • 본 연구는 Kano모형을 이용하여 전자상거래 웹사이트 요인을 평가하였다. 특히 기존 기업과 소비자간(B2C) 웹사이트를 위주로 한 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 기업과 기업간(B2B) 웹사이트에 대해 동시에 적용하여 각 요인이 B2C및 B2B웹사이트에서 어떻게 평가되는가를 규명하였다. 이와 함께 웹사이트에서 제공되는 제품의 종류에 따라 각 요인들을 평가하였으며 이를 통해 제공되는 제품특성별 웹사이트의 차이를 규명하였다. 본 연구는 B2B웹사이트에 대한 평가와 함께 제품의 특성에 따라 물리적 제품 및 서비스 제품에 따른 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구를 수행했다. 또한 B2B 전자상거래에 대해 연구가 많지 않은 상황에서 B2B 전자상거래에 대한 이론적인 고찰이 이루어졌다는 점을 들 수 있다.

균형성과표(BSC)개념을 적응한 학교급식 운영성과 측정지표 개발 (Development of Performance Indicators Based on Balanced Score Card for School Food Service Facilities)

  • This study raised the necessity of developing performance indicators for measuring the management efficiency and effectiveness of school food service, and as a means of helping its implementation, a balanced score card (BSC) approach developed by Norton and Kaplan was adopted. This study established BSC in seven phases through literature: Phase 1 Defining a school food service and the scope of working activities, Phase 2 Establishing the vision of a school food service, Phase 3 Setting strategic goals, Phase 4 Identifying critical success factors (CSFs), Phase 5 Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Phase 6 Extracting cause and effect relationship, and Phase 7 Completing a preliminary BSC. The preliminary BSC was fumed into a survey, which was administered to food service related people working at the Office of Education and School Food Service including 16 offices,209 dietitians, 48 school administrators both from self-operated and contract-managed, and 9 experts in areas related to school food service. They were asked questions about strategies from 4 different perspectives,12 CSFs, 39 KPls, and the cause and effect relationships among them. As a result, among the CSFs based on 4 different perspectives, all factors other than ' zero sum on profit/loss ' from the financial perspective turned out to be valid. In terms of KPIs, manufacturing cost percentages, casualty loss count/reduction rates, school foodervice participation rates, and sales goal achievement rates were found to be valid from the financial perspective, while student satisfaction index, faculty satisfaction index, leftover ratio, nutrition educational performance count, index of evaluating nutrition education, customer claim count/reduction rate, handling customer claim count/reduction rate, and parent satisfaction index were found to be valid from the customers' perspective. Besides, nutritional requirement sufficient ratio, nutritional management score, food poisoning outbreak count, employee safety accident count, sanitary inspection assessment index, meals per labor hour (productivity index), computerization ratio, operational management index, and purchase management assessment index were also found to be valid from the perspective of internal business processes. From the perspective of innovation and learning, employee turnover ratio/rate of absenteeism, annual education and training count, employee satisfaction index, human resource management assessment index, annual menu-related customer feedback, food service information index for employees and parents/schools were also found to be valid. The significance of this study is to present indices for measuring overall performance of school lunch food service operations without putting any limitation on types of school food service management, and to help correctly assess the contribution of the current types of school food service management to schools and students. u-멀티플렉스 서비스의 한계와 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving Services of u-Multiplex)

  • Multiplex is a representative culture facility of citizens. Therefore, a lot of researches and investment on multiplex are carried out to improve benefits of service suppliers and users. Especially, focused on main services of a theatre such as ticket booking and issuing within multiplex, examination of tickets, admission information of movie screens and screening information inquiry, improvement activities are carried out. However, it is not enough to evaluate on what efficiency the above efforts have in the viewpoint of customer benefits and business. Therefore, this study analyzed value and limit of the newest service of multiplex applying the existing ubiquitous concept(u-multiplex service), and proposed a model and a plan for improving the existing services. The study interviewed with specialists in the related field and applied workshop-shape group interview to 110 university students and simulated service models. The contribution of the study is to analyze the value and limit of the existing multiplex service objectively, and to propose a new service model and plan to improve its limitation. In the future, the study plans to research on service models by extending space and functional roles of multiplex to the whole subsidiary facilities including movie screens.
