Methods: To test the proposed research model, a survey research methodology was used. Paper survey was distributed to O2O service users in Korea. A total of 198 data were used for the analysis. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. Results: According to our findings, this study found that satisfaction was positively influenced by users' motivation factors. all hypotheses about the effect of motivation on expectation-confirmation were statistically not significant. Conclusion: O2O service providers should consider the results of this study to satisfy users' expectations and satisfaction for building a better O2O market.

  • The disconfirmation paradigm is the earliest researched and the most deeply researched of all the paradigms in marketing. Disconfirmation paradigm deals with the influence of expectation, perceived product performance, and the discord between the two on consumer satisfaction. The GAP-Model is based on the disconfirmation paradigm that tries to understand the effect of the gap between before purchase expectations and after purchase perceptions of the product performance on dependent variables such as customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to test whether regression coefficients of a P-Model(performance only model), an E-Model(expectation only model) and GAP(P-E)-Model are equivalent in explaining service value and loyalty. The Chow's F-Test is used to test the excellence of the 3 models. As a result of comparison and analysis, P-Model showed more excellence of service value and loyalty than E-Model or GAP-Model.

  • Under the competitive environment of shipping industry, the improvement of the quality of shipping service could be one of the most important factors to be considered in the recent shipping industry. However, there has been little study on the clear concept of the service quality in the shipping so far. The subject of this study is to define the concept of the service quality in the shipping by way of making investigation into the related precedent literatures studied. The quality of service is recognized in general as a degree of gap between the customer's expectation and the perception. Therefore the service quality of shipping could be measured by evaluating the gaps between shipper's expectation and performance of shipping service. If the determinants of the service quality in the shipping are proved, and the discrepancies of expectations and perception between the shipping company and the shipper could be clarified, such a result would be an useful help to establish marketing strategy.

As financial products tend to be similar, customer affect plays more crucial role than service features in continuance intention. The purpose of this research is to study about the impact of positive and negative affect on the continuance intention. The result indicated that positive affect is positively related to continuance intention, and negative affect is negatively related to continuance intention. Also expectation confirmation is positively related to positive affect. The results imply Internet only Banks need to focus on customer's positive affect and expectation confirmation to improve continuance intention.

So this study revalued the customer's perception about the qualities of the hospital services by the Kano Model and examined the customer satisfaction coefficients suggested by Timko. The researcher conducted a survey from the patients of the 4 university hospitals in Incheon and southern Gyeonggi Province In 2008. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; It was found that the total 31 items are could be classified into 7 attractive quality elements, 22 one-dimensional quality elements and 2 indifferent quality elements, while the natural quality element wasn't found. The highest score element of the customer's satisfaction coefficients was identified as easy parking(0.69) and the lowest score item was the offer of the hospital newsletter and information about medical care(0.47). When the hospital service was not sufficient to the customer, the highest score element of the customer's dissatisfaction coefficients was proved the convenient ward and facilities(-0.75) and the lowest score item was the buses running to the entrance of the hospital(-0.32). Also it was found that the attractive quality elements appraised by the preceding study were revalued the one-dimensional quality elements. The reason was because the customer's expectation on the services was changed high, as time went by.

  • Our research consisted of a qualitative study investigating the quality attributes of university foodservices through focus group interviews and a quantitative study evaluating service quality of university foodservices through a survey. Sixteen quality attributes were derived and customer satisfaction questionnaires included these 16 quality attributes with a five-point Likert scale. An Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) model was applied in order to identify operational strategies necessary to improve service quality. The survey questionnaires were distributed to 600 university students enrolled in a university located in Kwangju and statistical analysis was performed on 555 surveys using an SPSS package. Overall customer satisfaction with the quality of university foodservices was relatively low (under 3.0) while the expectation was inclined to be high (over 4.0). The main reasons for using the university foodservice were given as inexpensive price (67.6%) and time saving (22.9%). A factor analysis of 16 quality attributes revealed two separate factors: food quality (Cronbach's alpha=0.911) and service quality (Cronbach's alpha=0.934). Variety of menu, convenient location, and sanitation of utensils and facilities were identified by an IPA model as factors needing improvement in operational strategies.
