The purpose of this study was to investigate housewives' perception, interest and consumption of organic food, and to identify the variables influencing on them. The sample was selected from 411 housewives living in Seoul from 1st of September to 20th of September in 1993. Used statistical methods were frequency, percentage, mean, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analys, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, t-test, correlation, regression analysis and Path analysis. The major results are as follows: 1) Housewives' perception degree of organic food in its variety, easy availability and contribution to health was relatively high level, but price level, reliability and packing condition was somewhat low level. Out of housewives' many images of organic food, taste health care, quality and necessity factors can be implicated. 2) Housewives' interest degree of organic food is somewhat high level 3) Housewives' consumption degree of organic food was relatively low level and was affected by their perception of oraganic food. 4) Frequency to use seasonings was the major independent variable which influenced to housewives' perception degree of organic food, while recognition on enviornmental contamination was the major independent variable which influenced to their interest degree of organic food, and their total perception on organic food was the major independent variable which influenced to their consumption degree of oragnic food. Therefore, it is considered that their total perception to it can decide the demand of organic food 5) Housewives' perception and interest degree of it was the major intervening variable which influenced to their consumption degree of oragnic food.

The purpose of this study was to form a linked model in which local institutions related to lifelong education for the disabled can cooperate based on the Daegu University K-PACE Center. The contents of the study started with recognizing the problem that the adult-centered lifelong education support system does not effectively cope with these factors, even though the independent life of people with developmental disabilities is a major factor determining the quality of life. Regarding this problem recognition, this study primarily emphasized the view that educational support for independent life of people with developmental disabilities should establish the context of the school foundation. The context of the school foundation is established for lifelong education centered on adulthood for people with developmental disabilities because the curriculum is embodied through the standards of subject matter education. In this regard, the Daegu University K-PACE Center, which established a curriculum that supports the independent life of people with developmental disabilities in terms of linking higher and lifelong education, actually reflects the context of the school foundation. As a result, this study prepared a strategy that could be considered as a transition to advance the curriculum organized by the Daegu University K-PACE Center, and the strategy was secondarily reflected as a procedure that could be linked to local lifelong education-related institutions for the disabled. Finally, this study presented a form of transition in which people with developmental disabilities can access the curriculum of lifelong education through the connection of local lifelong education-related institutions for the disabled, centering on the entire life of adulthood.

This study evaluates potential factors in various levels that affect students' intent to leave school. Those levels include individual, family, and school. After thorough review of literature on related subjects, the data from 「2021 Youth Survey on Human Right Conditions」 will be analyzed. Binary logistic regression analysis shows several results. First of all, respondents' age and sex strongly influence students' intents to leave school. Secondly, in terms of effect size, respondents' age is strongly related to the dependent variable in all models. Third, compared to those variables in individual and family levels, the effects of variables in school level are more significantly related to the intents to leave school. Finally, the significance of the effect of students' independent activities in school on the intent to leave school implies that students' voluntary and independent activities in school could decrease students' frustration in school and increase motivation to stay in school in certain ways.
The purposes of this study were to describe the effects of perception of organizational culture type and job satisfaction on university hospital nurses' innovation behavior. A survey was conducted with 418 respondents working in a university hospital in Cheonan City. Organizational culture types (developmental, group, rational, hierarchical), job satisfaction and individual characteristics were surveyed. The relationships between each variable and the innovation behavior were analyzed by univariate analysis and the independent effects of these variables were examined with multiple regression. The mean score of general employees innovation behavior was 3.33 (p=.58) and that of managers was 3.53(p=.64). For general employees, there were statistically significant differences in innovation behavior according to education level. For managers, there were statistically significant differences in innovation behavior for education level, marital status and duration of work. On multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting innovation behavior of general employees were developmental culture( =.297, ${\beta}$ p<.01), group culture (${\beta}$=.184, p<.01) and job satisfaction(${\beta}$=.148, p<.05). And the factors affecting innovation behavior of managers were developmental culture(${\beta}$=.181, p<.01), rational culture(${\beta}$=.171, p<.01) and group culture(${\beta}$=.408, p<.01), In conclusion, the results of this study show that organizational culture and job satisfaction influence hospital nurses'innovation behavior.

Objective: We evaluated the efficacy of the newly developed optimized in vitro culture (OIVC) dish for cultivating preimplantation mouse embryos. This dish minimizes the need for mineral oil and incorporates microwells, providing a stable culture environment and enabling independent monitoring of individual embryos. Methods: Mouse pronuclear (PN) zygotes and two-cell-stage embryos were collected at 18 and 46 hours after human chorionic gonadotropin injection, respectively. These were cultured for 120 hours using potassium simplex optimized medium (KSOM) to reach the blastocyst stage. The embryos were randomly allocated into three groups, each cultured in one of three dishes: a 60-mm culture dish, a microdrop dish, and an OIVC dish that we developed. Results: The OIVC dish effectively maintained the osmolarity of the KSOM culture medium over a 5-day period using only 2 mL of mineral oil. This contrasts with the significant osmolarity increase observed in the 60-mm culture dish. Additionally, the OIVC dish exhibited higher blastulation rates from two-cell embryos (100%) relative to the other dish types. Moreover, blastocysts derived from both PN zygotes and two-cell embryos in the OIVC dish group demonstrated significantly elevated mean cell numbers. Conclusion: Use of the OIVC dish markedly increased the number of cells in blastocysts derived from the in vitro culture of preimplantation mouse embryos. The capacity of this dish to maintain medium osmolarity with minimal mineral oil usage represents a breakthrough that may advance embryo culture techniques for various mammals, including human in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer programs.

In this study, we analyzed the effects of how self-efficacy and organizational culture affect the knowledge sharing that facilitates team performance. Data was collected through a survey of 126 employees who work for A company and was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Independent variables in this study included self-efficacy, sharing culture, openness, and competition culture. Latent variable was knowledge sharing. Dependent variable was team's performance. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that self-efficacy, competition culture, and sharing culture were found to have both direct and indirect impacts on team's performance. However, openness was not statistically significant in the effect on knowledge sharing and team's performance. The implications of these factors will be used to develop knowledge sharing strategies that facilitates team performance.

This paper conducts a qualitative policy analysis of current challenges to safety culture and security culture in Southeast Asia and emerging best practices in Northeast Asia that are aimed at strengthening both cultures. It analyses lessons, including strengths and limitations, that can be derived from Northeast Asian states, given the long history of nuclear energy in South Korea, China and Japan. It identifies and examines best practices from Northeast Asia's Nuclear Security Centres of Excellence in terms of boosting nuclear security culture and their relevance for Southeast Asia. The paper accentuates the important role of the State in adopting policy and regulatory frameworks and in institutionalising nuclear education and training programmes to deepen the safety-security cultures. Best practices in and challenges to developing a nuclear safety culture and a security culture in East Asia are examined using three frameworks of analysis (i) a comprehensive nuclear policy framework; (ii) a proactive and independent regulatory body; and (iii) holistic nuclear education and training programmes. The paper argues that Southeast Asian states interested in harnessing nuclear energy and/or utilising radioactive sources for non-power applications must develop a comprehensive policy framework on developing safety and security cultures, a proactive regulatory body, and holistic nuclear training programmes that cover both technical and human factors. Such measures are crucial in order to mitigate human errors that may lead to radiological accidents and nuclear security crises. Key lessons from Japan, South Korea and China such as best practices and challenges can inform policy recommendations for Southeast Asia in enhancing safety-security cultures.

Objective: Fasting may lead to changes in the microbiota and activity in the rumen. In the present study, the effects of fasting on rumen microbiota and the impact of fasting on in vitro rumen fermentation were evaluated using molecular culture-independent methods. Methods: Three ruminally cannulated Holstein steers were fed rice straw and concentrates. The ruminal fluids were obtained from the same steers 2 h after the morning feeding (control) and 24 h after fasting (fasting). The ruminal fluid was filtrated through four layers of muslin, collected for a culture-independent microbial analysis, and used to determine the in vitro rumen fermentation characteristics. Total DNA was extracted from both control and fasting ruminal fluids. The rumen microbiota was assessed using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Microbial activity was evaluated in control and fasting steers at various intervals using in vitro batch culture with rice straw and concentrate at a ratio of 60:40. Results: Fasting for 24 h slightly affected the microbiota structure in the rumen as determined by DGGE. Additionally, several microorganisms, including Anaerovibrio lipolytica, Eubacterium ruminantium, Prevotella albensis, Prevotella ruminicola, and Ruminobacter amylophilus, decreased in number after fasting. In addition, using the ruminal fluid as the inoculum after 24 h of fasting, the fermentation characteristics differed from those obtained using non-fasted ruminal fluid. Compared with the control, the fasting showed higher total gas production, ammonia, and microbial protein production (p<0.05). No significant differences, however, was observed in pH and dry matter digestibility. Conclusion: When in vitro techniques are used to evaluate feed, the use of the ruminal fluid from fasted animals should be used with caution.
The two main goals of this study are to derive independent factors affecting the success rate of crowdfunding and to empirically analyze the variation of independent factors' effects on the success of crowdfunding by industry (Internet, culture/art, manufacturing/distribution), and funding type (stock type, bond type). To identify the success factors of crowdfunding for invigoration and strategic utilization, first, several variables were refined after interviews with experts and platform operators with investment experiences in numerous crowdfunding projects. Then, independent factors affecting project involvement were categorized as follows: a characteristic of project, participant activity, and enterprise. Also, the results derived from the influence of independent variables on crowdfunding after moderating effects were driven. Selected independent factors in this study are as follows: crowdfunding period, target amount, visual contents, minimum account money, number of comments, number of SNS followers, level of interest, financial Statement disclosure, investment attraction, venture company, intellectual property rights disclosure, and business operation period. Selected moderating factors in this study are as follows: industry (Internet, culture/art, manufacturing/distribution), and funding type (stock type, bond type). In conclusion, a discussion of the academical and practical implications and a suggestion of directions for further research are explained.
