HMR 제품과 방송 속 레시피의 영양성분 분석: 국, 찌개, 탕류를 중심으로 (Comparative Analysis of Nutrients between HMR Products and TV Recipes: Focusing on Soup, Stew, and Broth)

  • This study examined the nutrient content of HMR products and recipes by television chefs. Twelve menu items from the soup, stew, and broth category were chosen from HMR products and TV chef's recipes. The data on the nutrition labeling from the HMR products and TV chef's recipes were calculated using Can-Pro 5.0. The results of the analysis were the differences between the HMR products and TV recipes per serving size. The energy content of TV recipes 236.1 kcal was significantly higher than the HMR products. On the other hand, HMR products contained significantly higher sodium (926.9 mg) levels than the TV recipes (565.8 mg). In general, HMR products contained more sodium and less energy and protein than TV recipes. The highest sodium content containing products among the 12 menu items was the Spicy soft tofu stew (1,421.4 mg) from HMR products. The results revealed the significant differences in the macronutrient and sodium content between HMR products and the TV chef's recipe. This study provides supportive data for the need to reduce the sodium content in HMR products. TV cooking programs should focus on the importance of balanced nutrition, how to reduce sodium intake, and how to achieve this without disrupting well-balanced nutrition.

방한 외국인 한국에 대한 국가이미지가 패션문화상품 선호도에 미치는 영향 (Foreign Visitors' Korean National Image Influencing Preference of Fashion Cultural Products)

  • Korea's national image can be delivered through cultural products, and cultural products can finally contribute to the affirmative attitude and recognition towards Korea. In an empirical study, a questionnaire was developed based on literature review and focus group interviews with foreigners who visit Korea were executed. Subjects of this study were foreign visitors from US, China, and Japan. Finally, a total of 247 copies were used for analyses. Descriptive analyses, factor analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, and paired sample t-test were conducted for data analysis, Results are as follows. Firstly, as a result of factor analysis, I found that there were seven factors to form the image of Korea; culture/art, openness, lechnology/quality, food culture, passionate narcissism, conservativeness, and pursuit of quality of life. Secondly, Several image factors were found to influence positively or negatively on their attitude toward fashion cultural products. Especially, culture/art factor was found to influence positively to Chinese and Japanese and lechnology/quality factor was found to influence positively to Japanese and American. Meanwhile, conservativeness factor was found to influence negatively to Chinese. This study will be of help to practitioners of the fashion cultural product industry for building marketing strategies whose target market is foreign visitors from different cultural backgrounds.

창녕지역 축제에서 지역농특산물 및 그 가공품의 구매와 운영 프로그램과의 관련성 (Relationship among Operation Program and Purchase of Local Agricultural Products and Processed Products at Changnyeong Local Festival)

  • This study analyzed purchasing characteristics of local agricultural products and processed products as well as evaluated operation programs for Changnyeon festival participants. The purchasing rates of local agricultural products and processed products at this festival were 63.6% and 49.1%, respectively, and the main purchased crops were onion (42.6%) and garlic (20.7%). Drinks (43.6%) were highly purchased processed products. The recognition (95.3%) and preferences (98.4%) for Changyeong local agricultural products were high at this festival. Subjects (72.5%) responded that public relations were effective for sale at this festival, and evaluation of the operation program for the festival was $3.51{\pm}0.74$ (total score 5 points). Satisfaction with the experience event (37.7%) and exhibition event (33.6%) were high at this festival program, whereas participants gave low rates for art exhibition and sale events of local agricultural products (16.2%), cooking education (14.7%), direct education program (12.9%), and games (12.1%). This festival was an effective means of public relations, although purchase effects were not significant. This result suggests that the festival is necessary for planning a program to increase purchasing.

강원 영서지역 남, 여 대학생의 건강 기능성 식품인 인삼 및 인삼제품에 대한 인식도 조사 (Investigation on the Perception of the Ginseng and Ginseng Products among University Students in Yeongsu, Gangwon-do)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the perception of ginseng and ginseng products among university students living in Yeongsu, Ganwon-do. 196 university students participated in the survey for our study. The ginseng intakes of male students(59.1%) was significantly(p<0.05) higher than the intake of female students(40.9%). The primary reasons for consuming ginseng were to "Maintain my [one's] health" and to, "Restore my [one's] energy". The reasons for not consuming ginseng were "Taste" and, "Physical constitution". Consumers purchased the following ginseng products at the market: For males, ginseng wine(21.7%), ginseng beverage(17.4%), ginseng candy(17.4%) and ginseng kimchi(17.4%) for females, Korean ginseng snacks(23.3%), ginseng yogurt(20.9%), ginseng candy(14.0%), and ginseng jelly(11.6%).

A Case Study of Art Marketing in Fashion Brand

  • Purpose - This study examines the effects of art marketing management of the marketing mix in fashion, focusing on the cases of the leading global fashion brands in art marketing management. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study was implemented using the content analysis method. Criteria, including product differentiation, promotion strategies, store strategies, and social contributions, were based on previous research, brand promotional references, and critical reviews in newspapers or professional magazines for various cases of art marketing management by fashion brands. Results - To achieve product differentiation, art marketing management has borrowed images from artworks, and employed parodies and collaboration with artists; this has facilitated the pleasure derived from utilizing the artistic value of products. Promotion strategies were integrated with art performances, advertisements, and runway shows. Store strategies developed emotional feelings and a longing for brands among consumers. Reputational marketing of the social contributions made by corporations elevated the corporate brand image perceived by consumers. Conclusions - This study's findings revealed that consumers can derive emotional satisfaction through art marketing that seeks to profit effectively by stimulating consumers' emotions. From an economic perspective, a convergence of art and marketing plays an important role in profit-making and satisfying consumers' emotions.

김현정의 한국화에 나타난 한국 전통 복식의 표현 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic Expression of Korean Traditional Costumes shown in the Korean Paintings by Kim Hyun-Jung)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristic expression of Korean traditional costumes shown in the Korean paintings by Kim Hyun-Jung. The study analyzed the paintings by Kim Hyun-Jung to find out the characteristics of the contemporary Korean paintings and the expression of Korean traditional costumes. The characteristics of Kim Hyun-Jung's works are as follows: 1) The paintings are drawn by using Korean traditional painting methods and finished with Korean traditional paper, hanji. Moreover, they show the Korean traditional costume as main subject material. 2) They use modern painting methods, such as collage, and show pop art characters by use of contemporary popular products. 3) The artist communicates with the public through SNS and YouTube, and shows characteristics of popular art through commercial art products and advertisements. The characteristics of the Korean traditional costume in Kim Hyun-Jung's works are as follows. 1) The hanbok shown in the paintings is a traditional style with tight jeogori and wide chima. Chima is drawn in thin coloring with Korean ink and jeogori is expressed with semi-transparent hanji in various patterns and colors, which shows the subject 'coy'. 2) Various kinds of Korean traditional accessories and modernized flower shoes with high heels are shown as subject materials. The art works by contemporary Korean artists are expected to be the route to give valuable information to the public about Korean traditional costumes as well as the trendy Korean culture.

조선 민화 나비를 응용한 의상 디자인 연구 (Study on the Fashion Design Applying Pictures of Butterfly in the Korean Folk Paintings)

  • These days, by the accelerated developments of science and industries and the menaces of war and terror, humans have come to have instinct to recur and nostalgia to nature and thereby many art works and designs with natural objectives have begun to be produced. Also the design in 21st century requires creative products based on cultural speciality of the countries. As the examples, we may easily find the images of the countries from visual expressions or products when we get in touch with the products of so called advanced countries in design i. e. U.S.A. Japan, Germany, France, Italy, countries of Scandinavian peninsular. This study, in such stream of the times, was to express our culture's own originality on clothing design with butterfly that is one of natural thing as the material but limited the boundary to realistic butterflies in folk drawings of the times of Chosun. As for the technique of expression, used digital textile printing for best expression of the fine lines, realistic shapes and peculiar colors of the butterflies in Chosun folk drawings and used diverse materials as materials for printing for diversity of the designs. Thereby this thesis is purposed to grope the products with superior competitiveness in the world market by presenting the realistic butterflies in Chosun folk drawings as motives with cultural value native to Korea and applying them to clothing designs.

쉬저우(徐州) 지엔즈(剪紙) 문양(紋樣)의 문화 창작물 제품 디자인 적용에 관한 연구 (Study on the Application of Patterns of Xuzhou Paper-cut in Cultural and Creative Product Design)

  • 문화·관광 융합 배경 하에 민간 예술과 문화 창작 제품의 효과적인 결합은 지역 문화 산업의 발전에 대단히 중요한 영향을 미친다. 쉬저우(徐州) 지엔즈(剪紙)는 중국 수베이(蘇北) 지역의 유일한 세계적인 '무형문화재' 프로젝트로 비교적 높은 인문학적·예술적 가치를 갖추고 있어 현대 디자인에 널리 사용된다. 현재 쉬저우 지엔즈 문화 창작 제품의 개발은 주로 2차원 평면 위주의 장식·관상적 작품으로 하는데, 형식이 단일하고 실용성이 강하지 않아, 현대인의 생활 미적 요구를 충족시킬 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 쉬저우 왕구이잉(王桂英)의 지엔즈를 연구하여, 지엔즈 문화 창작 제품 개발 및 디자인 원칙을 제안했으며, 디자인 활용을 위해 왕구이잉의 전형적인 '거위' 패턴을 선택하여 문화 창작 제품 디자인에서 쉬저우 지엔즈 응용 가치에 대해 탐색하고 전문가의 인터뷰를 통해 디자인 원칙의 타당성을 입증했다. 본 연구가 지엔즈 문화의 현대적 계승과 혁신적인 발전을 위한 일정한 참고 자료로 제공되기를 바란다.

뮤지엄의 게임문화 수용을 위한 제안 (The Suggestion for the Introduction of Game Culture to Museums)

  • 오늘날 게임(비디오 게임, 전자오락)에 대한 평가는 애우 양가적인데, 한편에서는 폭력성 중독성으로 인해 유해 오락이라는 부정적 평가를 내리는 반면, 다른 한편에서는 그 유희적 대안적 속성에 주목하여 유망 창조산업으로 보는 긍정적 평가가 공존한다. 본 논문은 후자의 입장에 근거하여, 역사 문화적 평가의 지표라 할 수 있는 뮤지엄을 통해 게임의 긍정적 요소를 재평가 하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 뮤지엄의 게임문화 수용의 변화 양상을 다음의 세 가지로 유형화하고, 분석하였다. 첫째, 방법적인 차원에서 게임을 교육 홍보 마케팅에 활용한 경우, 둘째, 게임이 우리 문화 전반에 걸쳐 폭넓게 발휘한 영향력을 일종의 산업 문화재로 인정하는 경우, 셋째, 게임을 활용한 미술작품을 통해 간접적으로 게임 문화를 수용하는 경우이다. 이상의 파노라마식 연구는 뮤지엄과 게임문화 연구에 대한 논의의 장을 펼쳐 보일 것으로 기대하며, 현재 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 아카데미에서의 게임문화 수용 및 미래산업 방향진단에도 기초를 제공할 것이다.

Consumer Behavior and Perception of Ginseng Products by Different Age Groups

  • This study investigated the perception, consumer pattern and satisfaction of the ginseng products of 600 people in the Seoul area surveyed from Feb. 1 to 28, 2011. The perception and satisfaction tests were performed using a 5-point scale (1=disagree (dissatisfy) very much, 5=agree (satisfy) very much. People perceived ginseng to have refreshment (3.86), immuno-modulation (3.78), anticancer (3.51), and antiaging (3.41) properties. People in their 20s (4.02) scored high on refreshment compared to people in their 60s and over (3.73). Most people (79.8%) consume ginseng products and prefer red ginseng (74.3%). More people in their 40s (54.1%) and 50s (48.2%) consume ginseng products for refreshment than people in their 20s (38.7%), 30s (41.5%) or 60s and over (40.0%). However, more people in their 50s (36.1%) and 60s and over (43.6%) consume ginseng products for disease prevention than people in their 20s (8.6%). Most people (66.4%) take ginseng all year round. People in their 20s (2.70) showed a smaller satisfaction score of the taste of ginseng products than those in their 30s (3.21), 40s (3.23), 50s (3.26) and 60s and over (3.38).
