Considering the globalization and the development of regional culture, culture and design become more and more closely connected. It is obvious that every country, based on politics, economy, society, industry, has a different understanding to the design. With the popularity of mobile phone, it has been in close contact with our lives. Mobile phone is changing our way of life, it also has become a culture, and is reflected in a period in different countries and different ethnic's cultural traditions and lifestyle. In this paper, the study is about the impact of culture on mobile telephone design and application, especially for appearance and input for mobile telephone.

The environment of using digital devices has been developed day by day, as mobile communication network has been fast and smart phone and tablet PC have been spread. When the environment changing, the contents consumers prefer have been changing too. The Webtoon became the representative contents of 'Snack culture'. The webtoon has led the growth of cartoon market for years recently instead of the slow comics growth. And it places its elf as contents on a firm basis, as it has been adapted to another genre such as Pay, Flm, TV Drama. Now it's expected to be an extgeneration contents that will lead Han-ryu(Korean wave). Though the webtoon has important and strong presence, there is no digital archive for collecting and preserving the webtoon, Korean Cartoon Contents Agency started making 'webtoon archive', but the groundwork and the study on the webtoon that represents digital culture contents are not enough a lot. In this study, the cases on digital archiving of culture contents in Korea are researched, and the direction on webtoon archiving that has just started is also discussed. The Archiving of webtoon that can't be seperated from digital contents is connected with archiving of digital culture contents in direction where they should be headed to.

Recognizing a limits on quantitative evaluation of cultural contents' and for its betterment, study aims developing a qualitative evaluation model. For this study, Reception Theory, Semiotics and Psychology were derived for epistemological dimension to contemplate culture contents' essential attribute. To be concrete, cultural contents was examined as experiential products, emotional products, rememberable products and texts. Also, codes of fun, emotion and culture were discussed as intrinsic attributes for cultural contents and how those attributes were expressed or composed in cultural contents was discussed as well. Evaluation items were extracted based on final discussion at the epistemic level, set up the final evaluation model by taking experts' advices on each items. With all those outcomes, qualitative evaluation model for cultural contents was developed. For the importance of each index in the model, priority was granted by weighting on each index. Lastly, evaluation scale was developed for each index. The culture contents' evaluation model developed in study is meaningful not only in drawing qualitative evaluation items of video(image) contents and developing the index and model for the first time, but also its possibility of wide use for other genres.

Purpose: This paper aims to verify the effect of quality management activities on the performance through innovative culture moderated by organizational mindfulness support which supports organizational mindfulness that means the organization members' attention is stable, opened mind and sensitive to change. Methods: The survey was conducted for four weeks to participants who participated in education of the Korea Standard Association. We analyzed 265 data using SPSS MACRO PROCESS to verify the research model. Results: Research shows that quality management activities affect the performance by partially mediating of innovation culture moderated by organizational mindfulness support. In other words, the higher organizational mindfulness support, the stronger the mediated effect of innovation culture in relation to quality management activities and performance. Conclusion: In order to further enhance the impact of quality management activities on performance, we could see that organization is needed to support for education or learning that can improve organizational mindfulness.

This purpose of this study is to research on the influence on the creation of young generation's street fashion of pop stars focused on pop music given the fact that fashion can be created by popular culture in this multi-media era. Also, this study is to provide useful data for the activation of the creation of young fashion culture and the fashion industry through pop stars' fashion. The pop stars' fashion that has affected young street fashion is as follows : Elvis Presley's rock'n'roll style, Beatles' mods style, Janis Joplin's hippy style, Sex Pistols's punk style, Madonna's boy-toy and corset style, Michael Jackson's androgynous style, Puff Daddy and L.L Cool J's hip-hop style, Bob Marley's reggae style, Spice Girls, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears's sexy style. The young street fashion culture of pop stars and its industrial meaning withdrawn from the above are as follows : Creation of a fashion icon, Creation of anti-fashion, Liberation of a sex role, Costume play culture, Activation of the young fashion industry through star marketing.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of safety culture on the safety awareness and safety behaviors of manufacturing workers, and to suggest ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve safety awareness and safety behavior. In order to verify this, data were collected from 282 research subjects for 1 month from August 1 to 31, 2018, using the manufacturing workers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area as a population. The results of the study are as follows. First, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety awareness (recognition of importance, interest and participation inducement) of the manufacturing workers. Second, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Third, safety awareness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) has a positive influence on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Fourth, the safety awareness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) appears to have a partial mediating effect in relation to safety culture (safety climate, safety procedure) and safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. The implication of this study is that although the industrial accidents have occurred in the manufacturing industry in recent years, the studies on the workers in the manufacturing industry are insufficient. However, this study is meaningful that it has suggested ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve the safety awareness and safety behavior by analyzing the effects of safety culture on safety awareness and safety behavior of manufacturing workers.

This paper reviews the literature on safety culture focusing particularly on research carried out from 1998 onwards. The term 'safety culture' is clarified as it is typically applied to organizations, to safety and particularly to construction safety. Some clarifications in terms of levels of aggregation, positive safety culture and safety performance are provided by presenting appropriate empirical evidences and their theoretical developments. Safety culture is a subset of organizational culture that is thought to influence employees' attitudes and behavior in relation to an organization's ongoing health and safety performance. Implications for future research in the area are addressed, as safety culture has in recent years become the focus of much attention in all industries, and in the construction industry in particular.

This study investigated the effects of mycelium and culture supernatant of Cordyceps ochraceostromat(Co) on air way hyper-responsiveness, pulmonary immune cell infiltration, and Th2 cytokine expression in animal models of atopy and asthma. After ConA(+/-) activation of mouse primary spleen cells, decreased IL-4 and IL-13 cytokine production were seen in the presence of Co mycelium extracts and culture supernatant. The asthma model involved mice sensitized to ovalbumin by i.p. injection treatment; Co mycelium extract was also injected. The atopy model was the dinitrofenylbenzene-treated mouse ear. Ear thicken ing induced by DNFB was decreased by Co mycelium extract, and the extract also inhibited lung cell infiltration in ovalbumin-induced asthmatic mice. The results thus indicated that the Co mycelial extract reduced the undesirable immune responses seen in asthma and atopy.
