유아의 창의적 행동특성과 어머니의 지지적 양육행동간의 관계 (The Relationship between Young Children's Creative Behaviors and Mothers' Supportive Child-Rearing Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the creative behavior characteristics of 4-5 year olds and to investigate the relationship between these characteristics and the mothers' supportive child-rearing behaviors. The subjects were 125 pairs of young children and their mothers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The major results of this study were as follows. First, young children were rated to show uniqueness, openness, sensitivity, playfulness, and perseverance as creative behavior characteristics by their teacher. There were no significant differences between creative behavior characteristics of boys and girls. Second, the more mother used supportive child-rearing behaviors, the higher their children's creative behavior characteristics were estimated.

  • 본 연구는 조직문화 특성이 종업원의 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 고찰하기 위해 연구모형을 설정하고 분석하였다. 본 연구는 조직문화 특성을 하위 요인으로 발전성, 안정성, 합리성으로 나누어 각각 혁신행동과의 관계에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 또한 창의적 효능감이 조직문화 특성과 혁신행동 간의 매개를 하는지에 대해 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료 수집은 기업에 재직 중인 조직구성원 80명을 대상으로 하였고 수집 자료 분석을 위해서 SPSS와 PLS 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 가설검증 결과, 조직문화 특성 중 안정성만이 혁신행동에 직접적 영향을 유의하게 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 조직문화 특성과 종업원의 혁신행동 간의 연구에서 의미 있는 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 또한, 창의적 효능감은 조직 문화 특성 (발전성, 안정성, 합리성)이 종업원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 기업이 종업원이 지각하는 조직 내부 안정성 측면의 조직문화를 형성하는데 역점을 두고 종업원의 혁신행동을 이끌어 조직성과 창출을 해야함을 시사한다. 또한, 기업은 조직문화 특성 (발전성, 안정성, 합리성)이 종업원의 창의적 효능감을 높여 종업원의 혁신행동으로 이어지도록 조직 문화를 조성해야 할 것이다.

창의적 의복소비행동에 대한 실행연구 (An Action Research on Creative Clothing Consumption Behavior)

  • This study investigated how experience of creative dressing tasks influences consumers' perceptions and behavior towards clothing consumption. Consumer creativity can solve several problems in consumption practices; however, few studies have analyzed it in the consumption context. This study adopted an action research method so that consumers could experience creative clothing consumption in their daily lives. In-depth interviews and participant observations were conducted on eight adults in their 20s and 30s. Participants had to dress creatively 10 times and recorded their creative fashion styles, the ideas they used, and their feelings during the tasks in a consumer diary. The main results were as follows. Participants regarded the meaning of creative dressing as a 'visually novel, transformative, and hiding the physical flaws'. Based on these characteristics of creative dressing, they showed many creative ideas by expanding the product usages or varying coordination among the fashion items. As a result of the task experience, participants became aware their stagnant fashion style and reflected on shopping habits and low clothing usage-efficiency. This study is meaningful in that it systematically explored creative clothing consumption behavior step by step from a consumer perspective.

창의스퀘어 캠퍼스조성을 위한 대학생의 공간 소비의사결정유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on University Students' Types of Spatial Consumptive Decision Behavior for Development of a Creative Square on Campus)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze university students' types of spatial consumptive decision behavior in order to provide a guideline on development of creative squares on campus. In particular, it is investigated how student's general characteristics, such as gender, age and major, awareness of creative squares, and preferred spatial types have influence on types of spatial decision consumptive behavior. In addition, correlations among the factors and types are analyzed. As a specific method for gathering information, a questionnaire composed of 46 questions was drawn up to conduct a survey of 206 students of S University in Seoul. The collected data from the survey were analyzed using SPSS windows v17.0. Based on a few previous works, the spatial consumptive decision behavior is classified into four types with Crombach ${\alpha}=0.794$ : 'Exploration' type, 'Experience' type, 'Showing-off type, and 'Trend-Following' type. The main results of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, all factors that affect spatial consumptive decision behavior are more or less correlated with one another. Second, awareness of creative square is significantly different according to the age and major of students. Third, in general, the 'Exploration' type embraces the largest number of students, followed by 'Experience' type, 'Showing-off type, and 'Trend-Following' type. Fourth, the portion of students belonging to each type is a little different according to the major of students. Finally, each type of spatial consumptive decision behavior is highly correlated with the gender and preferred spatial types of students. It was also found that all types of students prefer three to five specific spatial types. Accordingly, the identified spatial types can be exploited in developing a creative square in campus. The results of this paper are expected to expedite follow-up research on creative squares on campus under various conditions.

R&D조직의 창의적 팀 특성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 창의적 풍토의 매개효과 (The Effects of Team Characteristics on the Innovation Performance in R&D Organizations : The Mediating Effect of Creative Climate)

  • This study aims at analyzing the relationship between team characteristic and innovation performance. The mediating effect of creative climate on the team characteristic and innovation performance is also measured. Based upon literature review, individual creative characteristics, team diversity, team cohesion, task characteristics are presented as antecedents of team characteristic. Creative climate affects the creative behavior and innovative performance. Creative climate is measured as the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) proposed by Anderson & West (1998) including goal, participative-autonomy and innovative-support. Data were collected from 186 survey responses (54 Teams) out of total 462 (69 teams) from the R&D department of a major ICT firm in Korea. Empirical results show the diversity, cohesion, job characteristic, individual creative characteristic have a positive effect on the creative climate and innovation performance. The participative-autonomy climate factor appears to mediate the relationship between team characteristic (diversity, cohesion, job and individual characteristics) and innovation performance. However, the mediating effects of goals and innovative-support factors were not significant statistically. It was confirmed that the organization can contribute to improve the team innovation performance by facilitating a autonomy and participative climate as well as fostering the team characteristic.

패션기업의 노력이 CSR 사회관계성과 친사회적 소비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fashion Company's CSR Efforts on the Social Relationship and Pro-Social Consumption Behavior)

  • This research is a construct to understand CSR and pro-social consumption behavior of fashion consumers which classifies CSR efforts of fashion company and conducts positive analysis of the relationship between such characteristics and social relationship behaviors(sharing of values, consciousness of kind, consciousness of future expectation) and pro-social consumption behavior. For this path analysis was conducted utilizing a sample of 430 consumers who have experience of CSR efforts of fashion brands. The result is as follows. First, as a result of the path relationship among CSR efforts & sharing of values of fashion brands, consciousness of kind and consciousness of future expectation, economic efforts, relational efforts and cyclical efforts meaningfully affected sharing of values, whereas creative efforts did not. Also, relational and creative efforts meaningfully affected consciousness of kind, whereas economic and cyclical efforts did not. Furthermore, economic, relational and cyclical efforts meaningfully affected consciousness of future expectation, when creative efforts failed. Second, as a result of the analysis of path relationship among sharing of values, consciousness of kind, consciousness of future expectation and pro-social consumption behavior of social relationships, sharing of values had a meaningful impact on consciousness of kind, consciousness of future expectation and pro-social consumption behavior. And finally consciousness of kind and future expectation showed meaningful influence on pro-social consumption behavior.

R&D인력의 경력정체와 조직몰입의 관계 : 연령과 창의적 행동의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Career Plateau and Organizational Commitment of R&D Professionals : Focusing on the Moderating Role of Age and Creative Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 R&D인력이 경험하는 경력정체를 구조적 정체와 직무내용 정체로 구분하여 조직몰입과 관계를 규명하면서, 추가적으로 개인의 연령 및 창의적 행동특성이 경력정체와 조직몰입의 관계에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 국내 정부출연 연구기관에 근무하는 418명의 R&D 인력을 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과, 첫째 구조적 정체와 조직몰입의 관계는 연령에 따라서 차이를 보인다. 즉, 주니어 R&D인력일수록 구조적 정체가 조직몰입을 감소시키는 효과가 강하게 나타났다. 둘째 직무내용 정체는 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치며 개인의 창의적 행동특성에 따라서 차이를 보인다. 즉, 창의적 행동특성이 강한 R&D인력의 경우에 직무내용 정체와 조직몰입의 부정적 관계가 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 R&D인력의 경력정체 이슈에 관한 이론적인 함의 및 실무적 시사점에 대해 논의하였으며, 끝으로 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

  • Advances in information and telecommunication technology increasingly reveal the potential of computer supported education. However, most computer supported learning systems until recently did not pay much attention to different characteristics of individual learners. Intelligent learning environments adaptive to learner's preferences and tasks are desired. Each learner has different preferences and needs, so it is very crucial to provide the different styles of learners with different learning environments that are more preferred and more efficient to them. This paper reports a study of the intelligent learning environment where the learner's preferences are diagnosed using learner models, and then user interfaces are customized in an adaptive manner to accommodate the preferences. In this research, the learning user interfaces were designed based on a learning-style model by Felder & Silverman, so that different learner preferences are revealed through user interactions with the system. Then, a learning style modeling is done from learner behavior patterns using Decision Tree and Neural Network approaches. In this way, an intelligent learning system adaptive to learning styles can be built. Further research efforts are being made to accommodate various other kinds of learner characteristics such as emotion and motivation as well as learning mastery in providing adaptive learning support.

전공계열에 따른 개인의 성격과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Personality and Creative Behavior according to Major in University)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 성격(성격 5요인)이 창의적 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 진행되었다. 특히 대학에서 특수 전공으로 인식되는 예체능 계열 대학생들과 비예체능계열 대학생들 간의 개인 특성이 창의적 행동에 어떤 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 소재하고 있는 C대학생들을 대상으로 예체능계열 150명, 비예체능계열 150명에게 설문지를 배포하여 조사했으며, 이중 유효 설문지 275부(91.7%)를 활용하였다. 연구결과 성격 5요인 중 신경성(정서안정성)을 제외한 외향성, 개방성, 친화성, 성실성이 창의적 행동에 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 응답자의 전공을 예체능 계열과 비예체능 계열로 세분화하여 추가분석을 진행한 결과, 예체능 계열의 경우는 외향성, 개방성, 친화성이 창의적 행동에 영향을 주었고, 비예체능 계열의 경우는 외향성과 개방성만 창의적 행동에 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 차이는 전공에 따른 습관의 차이로 이해할 수 있을 것이며, 기존의 선행연구 결과와도 유사한 것으로 조사되었다.
