Gerotor is widely used as a hydraulic pump or motor, by virtue of its volume changing ability. Performance deterioration of a gerotor hydraulic motor mainly due to the wear come from the contact between inner rotor with trochoidal curve and outer rotor with circular arc profile. This research covers the basic investigation about the contact forces of a gerotor hydraulic motor using analytic method. The influence of the eccentricity and the radius of circular arc teeth on the contact stress was evaluated.

CFM(Cast Forge Method) is widely used in manufacturing industry to produce aluminium parts with good mechanical properties and low production cost. CFM is the process which produces a final products by forging from the initial billet by casting. The study on this paper covers the automatic design method which finds a pertinent shape for initial billet using Fast Fourier Transform, low-pass frequency filtering and FEM simulation of the nonisothermal forging process by DEFORM. These works will give us an information to enhance the low strength of a aluminium casting.

This paper presents URS (Ubiquitous Robotic Space) Modeling and service technique for the robotic security service while bridging between virtual space and physical space. The study area, the Kwangnung Experimental Forest (KEF) region is located at the west-central portion of the Korean peninsula (Figure 1), and covers 2, 240ha. Elevations range about from 90m to 600m, and the highest peak is Mt. Jukyeopsan (600.6m). Kwangnung Natural Reserve Forest area is about 1, 200ha, which has been protected from human activities for a long time.(omitted)

The field test system covers three substation, 25 distribution feeders and 125 automated switches. Many small electric vendors participated in this project. Although each device is a small prototype, it was designed to carry out all of the functions. Powder forging has progressed in three decades through the stages of incubation, growth, and maturity, now accounting for 8% of the $5 B global PM market. In this presentation, a history of the technical development of powder forging will be recounted, from early failed attempts and misconceptions, through seminal academic and industrial research, to technical and commercial success. Discussion covers the contributions of government and industrial funding, fundamental knowledge development, and industrial champions for successful implementation. The focus is on lessons learned that may be beneficial to the transition of other technologies for the powder metallurgy industry.
