An accident involving a boiler can result in a disaster since it handles high-pressurized steam so that it may cause an explosion. Therefore, the boiler is very susceptible to industrial accidents. This thesis aimed to develop counter-plans to prevent industrial accidents involved the boiler. At first after collecting accident cases involving boilers, a survey on the trait of them was carried out. Ant on the other hand a qualitative analysis was conducted to draw out hazardous components in the boiler itself and their inherent relative importance was assessed. Through this procedure, 'negligence of unsafe condition' was noted as the major cause for unsafe acts whereas 'fault in work procedure' for unsafe condition. In the meanwhile, results of a hazard analysis using FMEA technique ranked gas safety devices, a switch preventing gas from under-pressurization, protect relays high. In particular, it was pointed out that the water feeding and steam subsystem has more components in hazard than other subsystems. Considering these analyses results, counter-plans to improve safety management was suggested also.

동굴 관광자원은 신비로움을 하나의 관광 상품으로서 제공되어져 왔으나, 관광객들의 수준과 취향이 다양화됨에 따라, 정보전달 매체로서 관람대상물의 역할은 더욱 중요성을 갖는다. 이에 온달동굴을 대상으로 지형지물에 대한 안내정보의 문제점 및 그 대책을 살펴보았다. 온달동굴의 문제점으로 타 동굴에 비해 학술적 명칭의 부재 및 설명문의 취약 등이 분석되었으며, 이에 대한 개선 방향으로서 명칭의 다양성 및 균형적 분배, 설명문의 증설, 학술적 설명문의 형식과 내용구성을 전문화 할 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

Flood control and river improvement works are carried out every year for the defense of the flood disaster, it is impossible to avoid the damage when there is a flood exceeding the capacity of hydraulic structures. Therefore, nonstructural counter plans such as the establishment of flood hazard maps, the flood warning systems are essential with structural counter plans. In this study, analysis of the internal inundation effect using rainfall runoff model such as PC-SWMM was applied to Woo Ee experimental stream basin. Also, the design frequency analysis for effects of the external inundation was accomplished by main parameter estimation for conclusive hydraulic routing using HEC-RAS model. Finally, inundated areas for flood hazard map were estimated at Woo Ee downstream basin according to flood frequency using HEC-GeoRAS model linked by Arc View GIS.

본 연구는 국가산업단지 지진재난 안전관리 문제점 도출 및 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 수행되었다. 지진재난 안전관리 문제점을 조사하기 위하여 한국산업단지공단의 안전관리 운연현황 및 실무자 면담조사를 수행하였다. 또한, 전국 국가산업단지 28개소를 대상으로 내진설계 적용실태조사를 수행하였다. 상기 과정에서 도출된 문제점을 통합 정리한 후 전문가 의견 등을 반영하여 내진관련 법적규제 강화 등의 5가지 항목으로 분류된 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 개선방안은 향후 국가산업단지 내진성능 향상을 위한 정책수립 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로기대된다.

Recently, there are many people who live in rural keep getting away from their town. The reason why become aging and reducing society in Rural is weakness of agricultural competition, education, culture and welfare. Thereupon, we need counter plans to make boom in exhaustion rural landscape counter plan, losing consciousness of citizenship, over developing from city planners who are giving serious damage to rural landscape. However, there are many promotions going on to cover weakness of rural. In this research, to set up the right view of rural which considered the different cognitions, it is important to derive each preference or non-preference scenery, and countrified or non countrified scenery. From different cognition, finding preserved and improved factors is necessary to preserve, reform, and improve the countryside scenery. Based on this, to investigate natural characters of viewpoint is providing right direction for future rural landscape.

군 비행장은 군용 항공기와 더불어 민간 항공기 운항의 증가와 추진력이 좋은 신형 기종의 도입으로 인하여 소음 및 진동에 의한 민원이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 군 비행장 내에 근무하고 있는 장병 뿐 아니라 군 가족에게도 이러한 소음과 진동이 과다하게 노출되고 있다. 그러나 군 비행장내 소음 및 진동 실태조사는 전무한 실정으로 건축물 신축시 소음 및 진동의 영향을 고려하지 않고 있어 활주로 인접 건축물의 타일 등 내부 마감재가 탈락하는 문제뿐 아니라 관사와 같은 거주지역의 건설 위치를 결정하는데 기준이 없어 건축물의 진동에 의한 영향 최소화 및 적절한 진동대책 수립이 불가능한 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군 비행장내 소음 및 진동 실태조사를 수행하고 실태조사 자료를 통계분석 방법을 이용해 건축물의 진동량을 예측 할 수 있는 정량평가 모델을 도출하였으며, 군 비행장내 건축물의 용도별 건축물 설치기준을 제안하였다. 이는 향후 군 비행장내 건축물 신축 및 비행장 신설 시 적합한 건축물 설치를 위한 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

2001년 미국의 9, 11 항공테러 사건이후에 항공안전 및 보안에 대한 문제점이 지적되면서 이에 대한 효율적인 대책의 필요성이 논의되어왔다. 1950년대 최초 공중납치 사건이 발생한 이후 오늘날에 이르러서는 상당히 다양한 방법으로 항공범죄가 행해지고 있는 가운데 본 논문에서는 전세계 주요국가의 항공보안에 대한 법적 제도적 이슈를 중심으로 변화하는 양상을 체계적으로 정리하였다. 최근 항공테러의 양상과 이에 대한 항공보안의 법적 제도적 발전 형태를 체계적으로 고찰해보고 이에 대한 각국의 항공보안의 법적 제도적 이슈를 비교하여 우리나라에 대한 항공보안의 적용방안을 살펴보았다.

Construction industry is an important key industry and many measures to revitalize it as local economy has been stagnant. However, construction industry works combined with governmental policies, global and local economies, populations, construction companies and many other related factors, and it is very hard for those counter-plans to meet every need and goal of the related. In this study, interviews and questionnaires of the professionals of the construction industry in Busan, were carried out, to find the cause of the inactivity of the construction market, the problems of the policies and regulations, and the problems of the construction companies in Busan and the solutions were suggested. The realistic master-plans and the reduction of the cost price for the problems of the redevelopment business having no feasibility, the reasonable relaxation of the restrictions for the problems of the governmental policies, the professional training and education for the lack of the high-quality human resources and the working system changes for the problems of the local construction companies turned out as results. The results of the study will be a chance to understand the different ideas of the professionals, and help with the plans to improve and to revitalize the local construction industry. In this paper, the result of study on the effectiveness of anti-submarine defense plan according to the disposition of surface ships has been proposed. The surface ship carries a hull mounted sonar(HMS) as a underwater sensor and a torpedo acoustic counter measure(TACM) as a soft-kill weapon against torpedo attacks from the enemy. Nowadays these underwater systems have been combined into a integrated anti-submarine warfare combat system. And in the real anti-submarine operation environment, several surface ships cooperate for executing ASW plans. Considering these ASW systems and the ASW environment, the models of underwater systems mounted on an surface ship and the a general model of anti-submarine defense plan are proposed. And we designed a scenario for conducting simulations to evaluate the ASW plan according to the variation of the range and the relative angle between surface ships and a capital ship. The simulation results show the effectiveness of ASW plan depends on the formation of surface ships and a capital ship.

With the development of digital technology and the advent of the concept of well-being, kitchen will be worked as the center of housing and turn into multi-functional space. So a research is requested to consider the users' needs for kitchen based on their life characteristics. The purpose of this study is to find out housing lifestyles, and to search and analyze users' needs for kitchen planning according to their lifestyles. And then plans for kitchen design are suggested. The findings are as follows. (1) Housing lifestyles of users living in apartment are categorized into the type of network and trial & development, pursing the new environment and technology, the type of high quality and convenience, seeking the way to make housework easy and comfortable, the type of housework oriented and the type of unspecification. (2) The type of network and trial & development requests home automation, confrontation layout of counter-top, the type of high quality and convenience requests enlargement of kitchen space, the newest appliance and kitchen island, the type of housework oriented requests the efficiency of space utilization with a counter-top style table, and the type of unspecification asks space for study and office work. All of the types have needs for water use space, larger storing space and a Kimchi refrigerator.
