  • We introduce the generalized Runge-Kutta methods with the exponentially dominant order .omega. in [3], and the convergence theorems of the generalized explicit Euler method are derived in [4]. In this paper we will study the convergence of the generalized implicit Euler method.

  • In 2011, Government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". This report includes 10 ICT industries. Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In this paper, we described a prospects and technologies needed in digital convergence environment. And we described IT-Building, IT-Car, IT-Medicine, IT-Textile which was related with our lives in today among 10 ICT industries.

  • In this work, we generalize a family of optimal eighth order weighted-Newton methods to Banach spaces and study its local convergence to approximate a locally-unique solution of a system of nonlinear equations. The convergence in this study is shown under hypotheses only on the first derivative. Our analysis avoids the usual Taylor expansions requiring higher order derivatives but uses generalized Lipschitz-type conditions only on the first derivative. Moreover, our new approach provides computable radius of convergence as well as error bounds on the distances involved and estimates on the uniqueness of the solution based on some functions appearing in these generalized conditions. Such estimates are not provided in the approaches using Taylor expansions of higher order derivatives which may not exist or may be very expensive or impossible to compute. The convergence order is computed using computational order of convergence or approximate computational order of convergence which do not require usage of higher derivatives. This technique can be applied to any iterative method using Taylor expansions involving high order derivatives. The study of the local convergence based on Lipschitz constants is important because it provides the degree of difficulty for choosing initial points. In this sense the applicability of the method is expanded. Finally, numerical examples are provided to verify the theoretical results and to show the convergence behavior.

  • 의료영상은 환자의 질병을 진단하고 치료방침을 결정하는데 중요한 도구로 자리매김하고 있다. 최근 의료영상을 인공지능 연구가 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히 대규모의 의료영상들을 학습시켜 질병과 상태를 정밀 진단할 뿐만 아니라 예측하는 소프트웨어를 개발 하는 상황이다. 그러나 의료영상은 DICOM 표준에 따르고 있지만 태그정보의 사용은 의료기기와 의료기관마다 상이하다. 따라서 의료영상에 대한 메타 데이터의 표준화에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 의료영상 데이터를 표준화 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 표준화 데이터로 변환할 수 있는 ETL 소프트웨어의 수행결과를 보이고, 조건에 따라 머신러닝 학습 데이터셋을 생성하는 결과를 제공한다. 향후 제안한 의료영상 표준화와 ETL 소프트웨어는 다양한 수요자 중심의 표준화된 데이터셋을 제공할 수 있는 플랫폼의 주요기능으로 활용 될 것으로 기대한다.

Side-Channel analysis and masking scheme for domestic lightweight cipher PIPO (국산 경량 암호 PIPO에 대한 부채널 분석과 마스킹 기법 제안)

  • 최근 사물인터넷(IoT) 환경에서 다양한 장비의 인터넷 통신이 가능하여 이에 적절한 경량 블록 암호 알고리즘에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. ICISC 2020에서 새로 발표된 국산 경량 블록 암호 알고리즘인 PIPO는 새로운 경량 S-Box를 조합한 unbalanced-Bridge 구조로 효율적인 비트슬라이싱 구현을 제공한다. IoT 환경에 PIPO가 적용되기 위해서는 부채널 분석에 대한 안전성이 보장되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PIPO가 1차 CPA 공격에 취약함을 확인한다. 그리고 부채널 공격에 대응하기 위해 1차 마스킹 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 마스킹 기법은 1차 CPA 공격에 안전하였으며, 마스킹 적용 전보다 -375%의 성능을 보였다. 그리고 기존 기법보다 1287% 속도가 빨라진 것을 확인하였다.

The Effect of Novel Engineering-based Artificial Intelligence Education Program on Convergence Attitude of the Gifted Students in Computing Convergence

  • In this paper, we attempted to apply a novel engineering-based artificial intelligence education program to elementary gifted students in computing convergence and confirm changes in their convergence attitudes. To this end, we analyzed previous research on novel engineering and artificial intelligence education for talented students, and based on this, we selected books to learn artificial intelligence concepts and principles for each topic and completed a 15-session educational program. The developed program was applied to 10 giftedness in computing convergence over 15 lessons, and as a result of conducting the same convergence attitude test before and after class, it was confirmed that it had a positive effect on convergence attitude. This study is significant in that it suggests the possibility of novel engineering for artificial intelligence convergence education of gifted students.
