This study is a descriptive research study to analyze factors affecting patient safety management activities by identifying shared leadership, organizational communication, and nursing service perceived by nurses to prepare basic data for theoretical and practical information and intervention measures. This study collected data from 155 clinical nurses in C region in G-do from July 17 to July 28, 2023, and a total of 154 copies were finally analyzed. Using the SPSS Win. 25.0 program, technical statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression were analyzed. As a result of analyzing variables affecting the subject's patient safety management activities with multiple regression using hierarchical selection, the higher the shared leadership, the higher the patient safety management. In order to efficiently perform nursing for nurses' patient safety management activities, research should be continuously conducted to develop specific intervention programs that can support patient safety nursing activities and verify their effectiveness

This study attempted to determine the relationship between college students' motivation for major selection (personal motivation, social motivation), academic performance, and career maturity, and to identify the influencing factors of career maturity in order to provide basic data for improving career maturity. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 199 university students in C city. As a result of examining the correlation between personal motivation for major selection, social motivation, academic achievement, and career maturity, career maturity showed a significant positive correlation with personal motivation for major selection (r=.417, p=.00) and no significant correlation with social motivation for major selection and academic achievement. The influencing factors of career maturity were personal motivation for major selection, economic activity, and major department, and the explanatory power was 24%. Therefore, it seems that university-level support is needed to enable students to engage in economic activities in fields related to their majors. Since personal motivation is important in major selection, we should focus on increasing personal motivation for major selection by providing high school students with a wide range of opportunities, such as career experience and future work experience.

This study was conducted to confirm the meaning and essence of the interpersonal caring experience of nursing students who participated in an enneagram-based care intervention program. The subjects of the study were nine second-year students in the Department of Nursing at a university located in the region, and data were collected from April 25 to August 26, 2022, through interview records, statements, and reflection journals. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results, It appeared in three categories and 10 topic groups 'Recognition through sharing and listening', 'Acceptance through comfort and forgiveness', 'Praise and giving hope through participation and companionship in daily life', While writing a person care reflection journal, you can realize the meaning of care through critical reflection, understand the essence of the person care experience, and confirm the vivid person care experience, and develop the ability to care for people through in-depth reflection on personal experiences, feelings, and deep understanding. As this improved and internalized care, confidence in one's own ability to care increased. Therefore, it is believed that the experience of caring for people based on the Enneagram can be confirmed, the results can be used for learning, and it will be used as educational material to perform people care, contributing to the development of people care education.

As paprika plants grew in a glass greenhouse from November 2022 to March 2023, the amount of light at each plant height, leaf temperature, transpiration rate, and water vapor pressure were measured. Accumulated leaf temperature was higher at the top of the plant than at the bottom. Over time, the leaf temperature measured around 11-13 AM changed from 26.55→23.21→22.80→26.67℃ in the lower part (pL), and from 26.52→24.48→24.55→27.78℃ in the upper part (pAs). And VPD changed from 1.45→0.94→0.74→1.46kPa in pL and from 1.11→0.86→0.71→1.28kPa in pAs. Accordingly, the transpiration rate changed from 4.25→0.17→4.08→0.52mmol·m^-2·s^-1 in pL, 7.61→2.45→1.94→4.39→0.52mmol·m^-2·s^-1 in pAs, and from pAs to pL. It was significantly higher than The difference between the lower and upper parts (pL-pAs) was higher in pAs than pL in leaf temperature, light intensity, and transpiration rate, but the water vapor pressure difference was higher in pL. In this way, paprika shows differences in the environment and photosynthetic factors between the upper and lower parts during the cultivation period, so it is judged that this needs to be taken into consideration in future research.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of job insecurity on the relationship between COVID-19 risk perception and mental health in hotel workers. For this study, a sample of 633 hotel workers completed the questionnaires: COVID-19 risk perception, job insecurity, depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms. The data was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS macro program. The main results can be summarized as follows. 1. The risk group of the job insecurity had a significantly higher level of mental health(depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms) compared with the normal group. 2. COVID-19 risk perception showed a significant effects on job insecurity and mental health(depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms). 3. The results showed a partial mediating effects of job insecurity on the relationship between COVID-19 risk perception and mental health(depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms). On the basis of the results, we discuss that hotel workers have the vulnerability of mental health in disaster situations such as COVID-19 pandemic, and that mental health risk increases due to the job insecurity caused by COVID-19. we propose the need to support human resource management measures and psychological programs for hotel workers.

Nano-sized materials can be coated on various substrates, and since this material is transparent and conductive, it can be used as a transparent electrode for electronic devices or an electrode for power supply. In this study, CNT and Ag nanowires were repeatedly coated using the silk screen technique, and samples formed up to 5 times were fabricated, and their optical and electrical properties were measured and analyzed. It was confirmed that marks were formed on the surface of the silkscreen-coated sample according to the coating direction, and the trend of transmittance and surface resistance according to the number of times of coating was investigated. As the number of coatings increased, transmittance and surface resistance tended to decrease. In particular, in the case of transmittance, the range of change was large in the samples coated 2 and 5 times. These changes were confirmed by the Ag nanowire coating. In addition, starting from 700 nm, the previous wavelength region increased according to the wavelength, while the above showed a tendency to decrease. The surface resistance was lowered from 9Ω/cm² when coating once to 0.856Ω/cm² when coating five times. It was found that the resistance value was affected by Ag similarly to the permeability. In the future, it is necessary to realize a desired transparent electrode through Ag concentration and coating of Ag nanowires with other methods and fusion with highly transparent CNT to apply to electronic devices.

As demanding the detection of explosive molecules, it is required to develop rapidly and precisely responsive sensors with ultra-high sensitivity. Since two-dimensional semiconductors have an atomically thin body nature where mobile carriers accumulate, the abrupt modulation carrier in the thin body channel can be expected. To investigate the effectiveness of WSe₂ semiconductor materials as a detection material for TNT (Trinitrotoluene) explosives, WSe₂ was synthesized using thermal chemical vapor deposition, and afterward, WSe₂ FETs (Field Effect Transistors) were fabricated using standard photo-lithograph processes. Raman Spectrum and FT-IR (Fourier-transform infrared) spectroscopy reveal that the adsorption of TNT molecules induces the structural transition of WSe₂ crystalline. The electrical properties before and after adsorption of TNT molecules on the WSe₂ surface were compared; as -50 V was applied as the back gate bias, 0.02 μA was recorded in the bare state, and the drain current increased to 0.41 μA with a dropping 0.6% (w/v) TNT while maintaining the p-type behavior. Afterward, the electrical characteristics were additionally evaluated by comparing the carrier mobility, hysteresis, and on/off ratio. Consequently, the present report provides the milestone for developing ultra-sensitive sensors with rapid response and high precision.

This study aimed to investigate factors influencing depressive symptoms among middle-aged women based on walking and nonwalking. The participants of the study were 56,007 women aged 40-64 years. A complex sample statistical analysis was conducted. Notably, 48.9% of middle-aged women were in the walking group and 51.1% were in the nonwalking. In the nonwalking group, relative to the walking group, more people had high school diploma as their highest level of education, and were 40-49 years old, unemployed, and public assistance recipients than in the walking group. In addition, in the nonwalking group, more people had sleeping durations of less than 7 hours, perceived stress, and depressive symptoms than in the walking group. Factors influencing depressive symptoms were identified as less than 7 hours of sleeping duration and high perceived stress in both the walking and nonwalking groups, and the degree of influence was higher in the walking group than in the non-walking group, suggesting than further studies are needed to identify the cause. The results confirmed that perceived stress and depressive symptoms in middle-aged women could be reduced by walking. Therefore, if middle-aged women continue to engage in walking practices appropriate for them, it will enhance their walking rate, reduce stress, and improve their depressive symptoms.

This paper examines whether angel investors affect startup's financial performance (profitability and growth ratios) in the Korean startup market over 10 years period from 2009 to 2018. In particular, we consider not only the behavior of angel investor such as the investment amount or the type of investments (stocks, bonds) but also the type of angle investor (individual or corporation). Our empirical results are as follows. First, we find that the startup's profitability ratios are higher after the investment of angel investors. However, the growth ratios show different results in assets and sales. Second, we identify that the investment amount of angel investors negatively affects on the startup's growth ratios. Lastly, we find that equity investment such as common stock or preferred stock and the individual angel investors such as personal investment association or professional angels show higher financial performance than bond investment or corporate angel investors. Overall, our findings imply that angel investors positively affect startup's financial performance. In particular, we infer that the superior financial performance is largely attributed to monitor startups by participating as shareholders or to select more carefully by the individual angel investors who may be exposed to more investment risk. In conclusion, our findings support that angel investors play a positive role in the Korean venture investment market.

Many online travel agencies (OTAs) provide average ratings and time-relevant information or the most recently posted reviews regarding hotels to satisfy customers. To identify these two factors' relative influence on behavioral decision-making processes, we conducted two studies: (1) an experimental research design to explore the relative influence of the two on online review consumption and (2) an empirical approach to examine their relative impact on online review generation. The results show that when review posters observe an inconsistency between average ratings and recent reviews, they tend to deviate from the recent reviews regardless of the overall direction (reactance behavior). Meanwhile, review consumers tend to conform to the opinions presented in recent reviews (herding behavior). Additionally, in both cases, the effects are amplified in case of a negative aberration. Based on the findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications regarding the relative influences of average rating and recently posted reviews and their different impacts on online review consumption and generation.
