  • Based on the analysis of domestic and international cases of green remodeling design for old buildings using solar cells, which have been in the spotlight around the world since the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, this study wanted to confirm the positive aspects and implications of the future green remodeling design proposal using solar cells. As a method of research, theoretical consideration was conducted based on literature research, and cases of green remodeling design using solar cells at home and abroad were investigated and analyzed. As a result, the ease of construction through flexible features, aesthetic effect through transparency and color adjustment of thin film cells, economic effect of less waste of materials through free size production, and harmonious aspect with the building through direct attachment of exterior were identified. Based on this, it is expected to present the expected effects of using thin-film solar cells for green remodeling designs, and to be used as a reference for the future design proposal for green remodeling of old buildings using solar cells.

  • The paper is basically attempted to reveal the factor price equalization(FPE) on Korea, United States, and Japan by the ARDL-bounds testing. Wage-rental ratio and relative commodity prices between Korea, United States, and Japan are analyzed by employing equality and convergence frameworks. Empirical evidences are shown that necessary and sufficient conditions for the FPE seems to be easily satisfied in a small country such as Korea rather than large ones as like United States and Japan. And, the FPE is more easily achieved by a nominal term rather than the real term. Due to the fact that an error correction term in the Error Correction Model is insignificant, direct mobility of labor and capital between the countries is not that effective to a short run adjustment. It implies that the FPE is in general going through a long run path. It also has to be mentioned that a trade policy has to selectively implemented depending on the weight of trading volumes and it has to be build up by a long run basis.

  • Purpose: The depression of the elderly in recent years has been increasing every year due to the remarkable change of the psychological function, which has a great influence on the life. Depression which is a powerful predictor of suicide in elderly people, causes various psychological and social problems. In this study, we try to understand convergently about the adaptation experiences of the depressed elderly with suicidal ideation. Procedures and Methods: Seven elderly people with a GDS(Geriatric Depression Scale) score of ${\geq}17$ and a SSI(Scale for Suicidal Ideation) score of ${\geq}9$ in the self-help group were interviewed until theoretical saturation. Data were analyzed based on the Grounded theory method. Results and Contribution: Depressed elderly recognized the importance of being the center of their lives through interactions with peer groups and they started to embrace their lives. Further studies: Empirical studies on positive interactions with peer groups affecting the adjustment experience of depressed elderly should be expanded and continued.

  • In this study, convergence art education which Based on the overall understanding of color, which is a field of science, the lecture model was constructed in order to operate a fusion curriculum which can be practically expressed by applying it to the artistic field of floral design. The learner was satisfied with the composition of the two lectures (floral design, color) and the way of conducting theory and practice. In addition, they felt that was able to access various areas through one subject. This indicates that learners themselves perceive the purpose and necessity of this study. On the other hand, it is pointed out that the background knowledge level between the majors and the non - majors is different. therefore Continuous feedback and adjustment of the degree of difficulty of the training seems to be necessary to enhance the learner's understanding. In order to develop the floral design, the curriculum development and education model should be built through convergence of various sciences. It is expected that this study will be used as basic data for the development of the curriculum for the artistic design education.

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between personality and psychological responses induced by emotional stimuli (happiness, sadness, anger, boring and stress) for children. Background: Many researches are interested in assertion that there is close correlation between personality and emotion. The relationship between personality and emotion needs to be studied in view of the extended integration, not in view of respective property, because personality is deeply ingrained, and the relatively enduring patterns of thought, feeling and behavior and emotion can take advantage of individual differences in sensitivities to situational cues and predispositions to emotional state. In particular, studies on the personality and emotion for children are necessary in that childhood is an important period for formation of their personality and emotion expression and regulation. Method: Prior to the experiment, we made parents of 94 children rate personalities of their children, based on Korean Personality Inventory for Children (K-PIC). Results of 64 children without missing answers to all questions were analyzed. 64 children were exposed to five emotional stimuli and were asked to report the classification and intensity of their experienced emotion. Results: Children were classified into two groups of the lower 25% and higher 25% scores in twenty sub-scales of K-PIC, and psychological responses to five emotional stimuli between two groups were compared. Accuracy of emotion experienced by emotional stimuli showed a significant difference between the two groups, the lower and higher scores in Hyperactivity and Adjustment. Also, there was a significant difference in the intensity of experienced emotions between the two groups in Intellectual Screening and Psychosis. Conclusion: Our result has shown that hyperactivity, adjustment, intellectual screening and psychosis influence the accuracy and intensity of emotional responses. Application: This study can offer a guideline to overcome methodological limitation of emotion studies for children and help researcher basically understand and recognize human emotion in HCI.

  • This study aims to understand the experiences of remarried elderly from the social, cultural point of view. The study subjects were randomly selected 3 remarried couples with age higher than 65 who could express their experience enough. This study adapted qualitative study with grounded theory method by Strauss and Corbin(1998), which deducted 126 significant sentences from the testimony of participants and classified those into 48 topics and categorized into 16. As for the study result, the main phenomenon was the "ambivalence of marriage" and the mediation conditions for controlling were "trust and acknowledgement of spouse and family", and "proper compensation", and the reaction/mutual reaction strategy to correspond to this situation was "to put effort to understand spouse". Such results will contribute to understanding the essence of marriage adjustment of remarried elderly, and are expected to be the fundamental material to tend to realistic problems that the widowed elderly face and to lead successfully remarriage.
